Excellent host!! 100% recommended. Monse was very kind and accommodating in everything requested. I was delighted with the apartment and the welcome. The only thing, apart from the apartment, is that we couldn't use the pool on either of the two days, as it was under maintenance. The rest of the facilities are very good, I would come back again.

Bernhard's apartment is nice, everything is as shown in the photos, clean, nice decoration and impeccable. Bernhard was very proactive in responding to any concerns I had. The building's pool is impeccable and the beach club is unbeatable. I'm sure I'll be back with my family.

I have nothing but positive words about both the department and the hosts. Great place, great location, very safe place, comfortable, clean, and with all the amenities me and my family needed for this trip. In regards of René and Maite, great hosts. Very responsive, very respectful, they were very attentive to every detail to make our stay memorable; and it was memorable.

The stay at Silvia's place was very relaxing and quiet, which was something I was looking for. The swimming pool and beach access are a definite plus to staying here. A large modern shopping mall and grocery store are about a ten minute walk from the building. The building staff was very helpful with the check-in process, and the guards were friendly and were helpful in calling a taxi when needed. The apartment itself was clean and functional. Only one air conditioner in a bedroom did not seem to function, but the other two worked fine when needed. I informed Silvia of the air conditioner and she was responsive about checking on it. In fact the the air was not needed that often, just during the hottest part of the day. In the evening the fans kept the place cool with the terrace door open to the ocean breeze, and the sound of the surf made for pleasant sleeping at night.

Gabriel was very friendly. Always responded to my inquiries on time. The house guard Jonny was very helpful and his wife Zuley helped us with cooking. They both were amazing. The house is big and had everything as described. Me and my family had a great time in the pool especially.

We had an excellent experience over the weekend. The house is just as shown in the pictures: clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect for relaxing, with quick access to the beach and a very quiet atmosphere. The host was very attentive and was always available for any questions. You can see the love with which they maintain the place. Ideal for relaxing, sharing with family or friends. We would definitely go back!

A dream place. We spent a week there on a family vacation and retreat. An excellent place that gives you peace and tranquility. The staff that assists you is 10/10. Super recommended. We are already planning the date to return
