The place stays cool with strong AC, perfect for staying comfortable even on the hottest days. It’s an ideal spot for experiencing Cancunwithout paying resort prices especially great for longer stays.

The apartment is wonderful, extremely organized and clean! Super complete as described! The location is perfect, super close to the main area of restaurants, parties and the beach, there is plenty to do in the region. Abril is a great host, she helped us a lot with information and responded quickly! It was an amazing experience, I highly recommend the apartment!

Quite possibly the greatest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in - certainly the best for such a low price and easily the best I’ve stayed at in Mexico. Andrew is a diamond, and his place is somehow even better - don’t waste your $$$ on an overpriced hotel, stay with andrew & save! It’s walkable to so many beaches and restaurants and shops - you really couldn’t ask for more
