Apartment at the sheltered end of the former village school. The apartment has a kitchen, an open bedroom and a bathroom. Sleeps four. Double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has a teacher's platform and outdoor stairs, so it is not accessible. The outdoor sauna is heated for an additional fee. The apartment is located in a quiet area, 8 km from the city center. The rest of the building is for the host's own use. There is room in the yard to stay and, for example, barbecue. The cottage is electrified, service water must be carried from the lake, guests must bring their own drinking water. Dry toilet. Not far from the cottage is the Kyläkuppila Käpälämäki bar, where in addition to the classic offer of drinks and meals, you can also buy basic groceries, various consumer goods, and fishing permits. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Renovated historic cottage

By the waters of Kalainen, the historic ferry house delights in Savonranta by the Oriväri river connecting Paasvesi and Pyyvesi. The house has been completely renovated and the environment restored to its new splendor. The property has two kayaks, a rowboat and the possibility to rent a tub (in summer) and a motorboat, as well as fishing guide services! Our company's professional fishing uses the jetty at the cottage, so the fish are transported through the jetty.
