Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Pula

Les vacances en famille dans ce gîte ont été excellentes. Les instructions de Erika pour l'arrivée ont été précises, très faciles pour trouver le lieu exact. Erika nous a fourni de nombreuses informations sur les sites à voir, sur les restaurants. Le gîte est très bien situé, très agréable à vivre, bien équipé et très proche de la plage. C'était très agréable.

Bardzo fajne miejsce ,zostaliśmy bardzo miło przywitani. Czysto w środku wszystko czego potrzebujemy ( np.automat do kawy +kapsle,sól, garnki ) całe wyposażenie na zewnątrz (parasol,leżaki) .Pościel i ręczniki czyste- był to nasz kolejny wyjazd na Sardynię i byliśmy tym pozytywnie zaskoczeni . Piękny widok z domu na morze ,długa,szeroka i czysta plaża,na spacery z naszym psem-idealnie Puste plaże i piękna pogoda w październiku Sympatyczny,uśmiechnięty i zawsze pomocny gospodarz . Polecamy na 100% Stefano grazie mile Filip,Katarina,Lukas

Wir waren 5 Tage in Simones Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Es war genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben. Unterdessen gibt es neue Böden und eine zusätzliche Holzterrasse die auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen sind. Lasst euch überraschen. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech und es war z.T. recht kalt. Zum Glück konnte man mit den Klimageräten heizen ;) auch haben wir den Kamin genutz und es im Wohnzimmer Kuschlig warm zu haben. Trotz des Regens kann man dank der überdachten Terrasse draussen sitzen und die Ruhe geniessen. Ich fand es echt toll:) Simone war ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er ist immer erreichbar und gab und viele Tipps. Leider hatte aber nicht jedes Restaurant offen. Trotzdem kann man in Pula gut Essen. Ich habe ihn gefagt wo man Flamignos gut sehen kann und wir hatten Glück mit seinem Tipp es war wunderbar. Su Gideu Beach, das müsst ihr sehen. wenn ihr Glück habt sind Flamignos dort. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub in Torre Delle Stelle! Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, der Blick aufs Meer war fantastisch! Wir waren die meiste Zeit am Pool und an den Stränden! Gloria war immer gut erreichbar! Sehr empfehlenswert an alle die Wert auf Ruhe und Entspannung legen!

Hemos disfrutado muchísimo nuestra estancia en Calaverde, cerca de hermosas playas . La casa tiene todos los detalles y comodidades para que la estadía sea excelente. Nos esperó con masas, desayuno, vino , helado etc,...esto demuestra que le importa mucho sus huéspedes. Siempre nos respondió en el acto cualquier duda o solicitud que le hacíamos. Eramos 2 matrimonios y el hecho de que uno de los baños no tuvierq ducha no fue un inconveniente ya que la ducha de afuera fue perfecta para poder bañarnos con comodidad. El unico inconveniente que podría mencionar fue que no podes llegar con el auto hasta la casa y el acceso con valijas por un camino desparejo de lajas fue algo dificultoso, esto es del barrio y no de Ludovica. Un séjour parfait dans un écrin paradisiaque, un petit bout de la Sardaigne rien que pour nous, des hôtes d'une gentillesse incomparable, d'une discrétion totale, toujours à l'écoute, un accueil merveilleux, pleins de petites attentions gourmandes, un lieu exceptionnel pour pouvoir explorer le Sud de cette belle île, un séjour que nous n'oublierons jamais. Merci Francy et Léandro vous êtes au top !

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour ! La proximité avec la plage est un grand avantage avec deux enfants ! Pas besoin d’utiliser les toilettes publiques, nous pouvions retourner à la maison en 2 minutes ! L’emplacement est génial, la plage est littéralement l’autre côté de la rue! Je recommande fortement !!! Merci pour tout !!!

We had such an amazing time staying at Riccardo’s villa, it’s in a stunning area and the place is beautiful and has everything you need. We were given lots of local recommendations and Riccardo was so helpful during the arrangement of our stay. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to visit again in the future!

What a beautiful apartment, such a great location and so easy to walk to all of the different areas. A stunning view from the balcony with amazing sunsets, a gorgeous bathroom and kitchen with a comfortable bed and lounge. If you go to Sardinia you must book here!! Wonderful hosts who greeted us warmly and responded quickly to any questions. 5 stars from us-thank you Lucio and Silvia! Grazie x

Appartamento molto bello, grande e spazioso. Tutto ben curato, dalla pulizia (impeccabile) ai comfort serviti. Francesco è una persona estremamente disponibile e reattiva in caso di necessità. Ci siamo veramente sentiti a casa. Grazie mille per il fantastico soggiorno!

So glad we found Daniele’s lovely apartment! It was the perfect place to stay in Cagliari. Inside, it was quiet and spotlessly clean, with good air conditioning. Outside, it was ideally located, conveniently close to the main streets of the city centre for eating and exploring. Daniele was a great host, very friendly and always quick to respond to messages. He also shared lots of local recommendations, which we enjoyed during our stay (particularly the amazing pastry shop just up the street!). Top recommendations from us - we hope to stay again!

Nowoczesny, bardzo ładny apartament z przestronnym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich się zatrzymaliśmy. Absolutnie polecam.

Tolles Apartment! Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit einer super Ausstattung. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Super miejsce, cudowny taras z pięknym widokiem, miejsce przestronne, wygodne, okolica rewelacyjna, łóżko wygodne, wszystko co niezbędne znajduje się w mieszkaniu, wszędzie blisko. W centralnym miejscu miasta, wiele atrakcji w okolicy. Bardzo nam się podobało!

l'alloggio di Marina è in una posizione comodissima, da cui si può raggiungere a piedi facilmente il centro paese. la casa è fornita di tutto il necessario e non solo. la signora è stata gentilissima, flessibile negli orari e disponibile. molto consigliato

Appartamento spazioso, pulitissimo, a pochi passi dal centro ed esattamente come vedete nelle foto. Cucina abbastanza fornita, mancano forse alcune padelle e suggerirei di lasciare dei condimenti (olio e spezie) Fornito di molti asciugamani, anche per la spiaggia. Il letto a castello lo consiglierei più per due bambini, che adulti, soprattutto perchè c'è poco spazio dove mettere i piedi quando si scende dalle scalette. Ci ha accolti la signora Maria, gentilissima e super disponibile. Anche Stefania, seppur lontana durante il nostro soggiorno, è stata sempre presente e tempestiva nei messaggi. Data la settimana molto calda, abbiamo sofferto senza aria condizionata, ma è in programma di installarla per l'anno prossimo e quello sarà un grande plus. Riassumendo: molto consigliato.

Cute and charming apartment, incredible view, perfect for exploring the local stunning beaches. Marina & Enrico were excellent hosts, there to welcome us in person with local wine and pastries. Great communication despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay here again.

L'appartamento è in ottime condizioni, cucina e bagno sono nuovi. Teulada non è un paese strettamente turistico ma ha tutti i servizi necessari e pochi ma buoni ristoranti. E si raggiungono facilmente tante bellissime spiaggie attrezzate e non. Raffaella è disponibile gentile e presente per consigli e indicazioni.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und die Ausstattung ist neu. Toller Aussengrill! Man braucht bei der Lage zwar ein Auto, hat dafür aber einen schönen Ausblick. Strände von Chia 10 min. mit dem Auto, Supermärkte in Pula ebenfalls ca. 10 min. Unten an der Hauptstraße geht es direkt gegenüber durch eine Ferienanlage zu einem schönen Strand ( kleiner Parkplatz nach ca. 400 m rechts). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Stefano ist der perfekte Gastgeber! Immer erreichbar, kompetent und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein späterer check-out war möglich, dafür nochmal unseren Dank!!

Molto nuovi gli arredi e Ben pulita, aria condizionata perfetta, bel giardino, posizione strategica sia per raggiungere il centro con una passeggiata ma anChe alla strada Che porta alle spiagge piu belle dei dintorni, host gentilissima, Ci tornerei molto volentieri, spero presto!!

Very spacious, extremely comfortable spaces. Easy living in penthouse with wrap around verandah, all sides. Great location, close to old town, Belvedere lookout, marina, etc… nice and easy. Fantastic hosts 🙏, kitchen with everything you need; I highly recommend! Cheers

Pro: posizione splendida, con doppio affaccio (anche se con casa di fronte) su poetto e molentargius. Completamente ristrutturata. Tutto il necessario presente anche per stare più giorni. Cons: letto un po' piccolo e materasso non comodissimo. Terzo piano senza ascensore. Prezzo alto. In generale, siamo stati benissimo. Daniela sempre disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ritorneremo.
