Campsite vacation rentals in Puget Sound

The airstream worked out great for us! It was comfortable and private. It is exactly as described and the surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. While the airstream does not have running water, Bruce provided us with a jug of drinking water and a small coffee pod machine. We also brought some water with us to wash up if needed. Bruce is also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend if you need a safe warm place to stay on Vashon. Thanks, Bruce!

I wish there were more places like this. The SOL camper is not your typical AirBnB. Don’t expect hotel amenities. It’s as described: a step above glamping, which is awesome if it’s what you’re looking for. I stayed for a month and it felt like home. It’s tucked away in the back corner of the property, so there’s privacy from other residents. I barely saw anyone the whole time I was there, which made me feel like I had the place to myself. It’s close to the road, so you do get some headlights shining through the camper, but not a ton. The shower gets nice and hot. Travis is very helpful and easy to communicate with. He even had it ready for me to check in a few days early. It was a great experience all around and one I hope to repeat.

Went to stay in an effort to get some quiet reading and meditation done. It was more than I could have expected. The birds around the property are out of this world beautiful!!

I love staying here, surrounded with beautiful view, easy access to the beach, complete kitchen utensils, comfy and clean bed, clean bathroom, pet friendly. But most of all, Rachael & Tim’s hospitality was really good and warm. We will definitely come back.

Amazing stay! I wanted a romantic weekend getaway trip to propose to my partner, and the glamping setup was absolutely perfect. It's such an incredible spot—the view is unparalleled, and you feel like you are staying on your own private hillside with virtually nothing around. We were blown away, so peaceful and romantic. I also need to leave a special shout-out to Mary, who left some extra touches for our special event. I also messed up a couple of things, and she was a gracious and generous host—including driving a lost item to us a little out of town. Thank you, Mary! I was a little worried about heading there in the tail season, but a heat pump inside the tent and a heated blanket kept things warm when needed. Luckily, we did not get any rain, but the tent is roomy enough that you could comfortably hang out in there for a while. As others have said, the toilet was probably the cleanest I have ever seen. This is really a luxurious camping experience! We will be back!

This place is a magical oasis! Truly a gem! Travis and everyone else on the property are so nice! The beds are comfy! It is a unique stay that I am so thankful I stumbled across. There really is something special about this place!

Greg is a great and interactive host. He was very accommodating and gave us great info on the local area. Love the camper set up and the hot tub surrounded by the beautiful yard was great. We will go back there again.

Teresa and David were wonderful hosts, and their two labs made our stay even better! The camper was just right for our quick getaway—amazing views of the Olympics and the water.

This was a wonderful stay. Gina and her husband were so accommodating and helpful. We were able to have a late check in and when we needed propane they were right there to fix it. Super friendly couple. RV is clean as a whistle and very modern. The space is private and the river so peaceful. We will be back!

Best experience ever!!! We loved the view and Michael was such a great host, he was good communicating with me and so nice !!! The place is nice for a quite different experience with your love one. We didn’t get to enjoy the lake but hopefully next time we do.

Positives: Cozy camper with a surprising amount of space. Nice outdoor space with fire pit and hammocks as well. Space feels private and close to nature, yet near enough to the town for convenient access. Negatives: Bunk bed mattresses are very thin, hot water doesn’t last long, no wifi (but we had LTE signal). Overall, great value for a home base while exploring the Olympics.

Think outside the box and try this lovely RV sitting in a park like setting even though you're in the neighborhood with other residents.

Lisa was amazing! We arrived pretty late on our first day, and I appreciated that she had lights set up to easily find the RV. Getting in was straightforward, and she was always available if you needed anything, but gave you space if you wanted privacy. The RV had almost everything you could need, it was spacious and clean. We also brought our lab, and she was so accommodating. Truly the greatest host ever!

Yumi and Ben’s place was as great as always! We have stayed with them a few times and they welcomed us with open arms every time! They were able to fix the concern we had super quick. The located was quiet and safe. Parking was always available right outside the unit and there are a lot of options for dinner. We would definitely recommend!

Jason and his family were amazing! The property was beautiful and the animals were adorable. We were lucky enough to meet their calf Maple and got a lay of the land from one of the best tour guides, Chloe! The RV was very nice and we enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. We loved our stay!

Beautiful stay. Lived everything about this spot. Amazing drive there to. Was a little hard for me to get the hot tub and camp fire pit going, all and all great stay highly recommend

Robyn’s place is a perfectly cozy spot with easy access to the national park. The area is lovely and the RV is clean and super cute! She was super helpful when I needed assistance. Would stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Mrs. Daisy! She has everything you need, a comfy bed, kitchen, storage for your things, bathroom with a shower, and a very beautiful, peaceful, and private outdoor space with fire pit! We absolutely loved our stay & would highly recommend staying at this amazing spot. Aaron the host is very friendly & responsive as well. We hope to be back soon! Salt spring is such a magical and peaceful place :)

This was the perfect base camp for our adventures at Mount Rainier! Clean, neat, cozy, and a lovely location.

Audra and Bryan were great hosts, always very prompt to get back to me with anything I needed. I enjoyed a peaceful and quiet stay and the airstream is a very pleasant environment. Nice neighborhood to walk around and also some trails to explore close by.

Was looking for a memorable experience and this was it. A perfect place for two to sit in comfort and see some nature. Would book again!
