While it is not a waterfront property, the beach, known as KVI beach, is a stone's throw away. Central to the interior of the open beamed bungalow is a stone faced Envirotech masonry fireplace. Surrounding the masonry are the living room, office, dining area, kitchen and bedroom. Appliances are Fischer Paykel--propane cooktop & electric oven.
