We liked the apartment, the location and features. We couldn't enjoy the exteriors a lot because of the weather and our short stay but they surely add up too.

Very nice house in a privileged place in Tongoy, in a quiet setting. The house looks like it's brand new, no smell of humidity (very common in beach houses), and it's very practical. Enrique and his wife are two excellent Superhosts! They've earned that title 👏👏

Very well located house in a quiet place. It's exactly as shown in the photos. It has an internet connection for fiber optics, so excellent speed and there was a desk in case you need to work. The host and her father, who was the one who received us, were helpful at all times.

The environment is very quiet, perfect for those who want to disconnect, the host was always available to answer our questions and provide help. They must be clear that it is necessary to move to Coquimbo, Totoralillo, Guanaqueros, Tongoy or Serena to find a beach. Transfers between 5 to 15 minutes depending on the traffic

I rented this property for a worker and they took good care of him even though he wasn't the one who made the payment. I had to postpone the arrival by one day and add 2 more people at the last minute and they had no problem. I recommend it 100%

The house is larger than what you see in the photos, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is completely closed for pets. Diana welcomed us in the morning and was attentive to any questions. A good place to rest, it is close to La Serena, but has a Valley climate!

A beautiful, comfortable house, the condominium is quiet and safe, with spaces to share that are always clean and well maintained! And the host is a sweetheart! Reliable, friendly and very loving!!! We'd go back a thousand times! Besides, Playa Socos is beautiful!

We loved our stay at Maximiliano's place, he's an excellent host. Fast and smooth communication, very concerned about us. Our arrival was on the day of the blackout and he tried to communicate with me as best he could so that we would be calm about the arrival from the airport to his house. We needed a couple of utensils and he got them for us. We were super happy and enjoyed our stay at their home. Very quiet area, with very complete mini-markets around. The house is about 5 minutes from the beach. As a tip to keep the house tidy and clean: the garbage truck comes by on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. We hope to return :)

The apartment is very well equipped (with quality furniture) and was super clean. In addition, it is very well located, in the middle of Avenida del Mar. Communication with Jaime was very good, always willing to help. The information was very clear from the start. The only thing I would recommend (to improve) would be to change the curtains and install blackout ones, since at night the rooms were very bright because the apartment is on the first floor, and the lights of the condominium next door bothered you when you were sleeping. It will definitely be our first choice when we want to visit La Serena again. Thank you!
