A large 15m2 terrace and a clear view towards Socos and Tongoy beaches, perfect for resting and relaxing while looking at the sea all year round. Located on the 2nd floor, this 2D and 2B apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It has direct access to the pool, beach and all the condominium facilities. Unbeatable view on a wonderful beach, super cozy, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom + spacious terrace in Club Playa Blanca, 15 min. from Tongoy. There is no internet connection in the apartment but the complex has a Wi-Fi point, swimming pools, restaurant and mini market. Paddle court for extra cost. Excellent starting point for coastal hikes. No suitable for pets
