The building is relatively new, so the facilities and green areas are very well maintained. It is in a tourist area of Puerto Montt where the area's beaches, restaurants, etc. begin, but 5-7 minutes from downtown. The apartment itself is very well kept and clean, TV in the room, all the necessary utensils, etc. Despite being next to the road that goes to Pelluco, you can hardly hear the noise outside, the noise insulation is very good. The best thing is the view of the bay, even on rainy days the view is beautiful. Highly recommended for staying in the city for a few or several days.

He took the time to call me to tell me about the nearby places to eat and the activities we could do within the complex where the house is located. The house is beautiful, I was with my family to celebrate my father's birthday and everyone was amazed, it is very spacious and super equipped, it has everything. One of the many details we liked is that it has a Montessori-style room with a double bed, a crib and a rug for the children to play on (it comes equipped with toys). Everything in the house is top quality, my brother and his family travel a lot and told us that they had never been to such a complete and luxurious Airbnb. We were so delighted with the house and the city that we will surely be back.
