Our carpenter house is located in the rural sector of Puerto Montt called Lauca, 30 kms from Puerto Varas, 27 kms from the city of Puerto Montt and 40 kms from El Tepual Airport. A place surrounded by native forest, where you can see Canelos, Tiacas, Arrayanes, Coigues, Ferns a few meters from a small river, besides listening to the singing of birds like the Chucao, Wed Wed, Woodpeckers and some frogs at night.

A 65 sq. meter house built and decorated with details that will make your stay a pleasure from the moment you enter the grounds. It is located on a plot with 2 houses and 2 friendly and quiet dogs. This special 65 sq. meter Puerto Varas house was designed with a large common space that integrates the kitchen, living room, and terrace designed especially to enjoy family gatherings and connect with the environment. Located 5-10 minutes by car from downtown Puerto Varas and the lake.

Rent by the day a beautiful and cozy new cabin, very comfortable! Located in a quiet and safe environment, accessible to transportation to the city center, Hospital and Puerto Montt Clinic, especially for a couple or single person. It is characterized by its modest size and its warm and comfortable atmosphere ideal for resting. Relax with the whole family in this home where the tranquility is breathable. Located on a plot with restricted access 15 minutes from Puerto Montt and 5 from a shopping center. Close to parks, nature reserves, lake and beach. The house has 5 beds, 1 double, 4 single, a futon and also two comfortable sofas that can be used as extra beds. Next to the house there is a forest adjoining the river, it is enabled for barbecues or outdoor bonfires.

The loft sits on top of a small barn. It has large picture windows with a clear view of Lago Llanquihue and Volcan Osorno. There is a small balcony with outdoor seating. The interior decoration is entirely local hardwood, stone, and wool. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a pellet stove that keeps it warm even on sub freezing days. The loft is a 20 minute walk from Puerto Varas center.
