Nicolas' apartment is excellent, one of the best places I've ever stayed. The building is relatively new, so the facilities and green areas are very well maintained. It is in a tourist area of Puerto Montt where the area's beaches, restaurants, etc. begin, but 5-7 minutes from downtown. The apartment itself is very well kept and clean, TV in the room, all the necessary utensils, etc. Despite being next to the road that goes to Pelluco, you can hardly hear the noise outside, the noise insulation is very good. The best thing is the view of the bay, even on rainy days the view is beautiful. Highly recommended for staying in the city for a few or several days.
