This place was exactly what I had hoped for on our family vacation visiting the Osa Peninsula and Corcovado. We had an amazing time! Our stay was wonderful and we can’t say enough about how much we appreciate the hospitality and experiences that Justin, as well as Yeri and his family helped us to enjoy!

We loved the place. It was very nice and clean and generally well described. It's very close to the beach and has a good parking space. The kitchen is complete, but there is no salt or oil. It has a nice terrace, where you can share and eat. It doesn't say so in the description, but it only has one AC, and it's in the living room. The pillows on the beds are VERY uncomfortable, it was the only thing we didn't like.

This was an extraordinary experience; one of our favorite spaces and trips that we have ever had. The nature is unbeatable. Monkeys and macaws are your close neighbors. The jungle is home, and the energy it provides is nurturing and deeply spiritual. The layout of the house is spacious and open. The beach is private and a beautiful 5 minute walk. Excellent service, location, price, cleanliness and close to everyone

We really enjoyed the days at Keyla's. The place is absolutely perfect for a stay in Puerto Jiménez. Somewhat off the main road and within walking distance to all the important places and restaurants. The washing machine in the accommodation is a blessing, especially after a trip to the Corcovado NP. Thank You!

The truth is that everything was excellent, very clean, tidy, and equipped. We enjoyed it to the fullest and the great ranch was a very beautiful area to share Parking and everything is very securely closed, in addition to being extremely quiet and relaxing

Paz is a special place and Roberto is a wonderful host. The floor to ceiling screens in the living room/dining room situate you right in the secondary forest. Heaven for nature loving bird nerds. If you’ve spent time on the Osa before, you know Howler monkeys wake you at 4:30am. We watched howler, spider, and squirrel monkeys from bed. The beach is a minute walk. A covered porch with hammocks and chairs to enjoy the beautiful Gulfo Dulce. And a small pool to cool off in (key) and watch Macaws, capuchin monkeys, hermit crabs & the waves. We bought groceries in Puerto Jimenez and cooked most of meals for the week. Kitchen has big fridge, sharp knives, and worked well for us. Marluna Lodge (5 min drive) for Taco Tuesday. Visited local surf breaks and surfed the right point break out front of Paz. Tide dependent. Roberto can help you figure it out. Roberto was very attentive, warm, and helpful. He’s created a beautiful space in a beautiful part of the world.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was the perfect place to unwind and truly be together as a family. The animal life was incredible. We woke up to monkeys in the morning and playing throughout the day just outside the house. Both john and Oscar were super helpful and friendly. And if you have a chance to have Jackson’s cook- she was incredible. If you’re in for a rustic, full of nature, full family time then this is your place! Also don’t miss out on scheduling a horseback ride with Carlos at finca tropical! It surpassed our expectations and my husband used to guide horseback rides in Colorado. Enjoy the time together and this charming place in Cabo matopalo!

Casa Lapas was an amazing place. The house is very clean, near the sea, very complete, easy access and very safe if you walk🐶. We are very happy with the house and Alexander's kindness, they even left us a welcome gift, we are very grateful and happy, we hope to return.

The house is very nice, well cared for and everything is very tidy. Lea was very friendly and helped me with all my questions. We were a group of 7 and the house is too comfortable and safe.

We loved our stay here. The bird life alone was stunning - scarlet macaws, parakeets, toucans and so many more. The pool was everything we needed and the space of the home was well laid out. The beds were comfortable and the location was quiet and in a friendly neighborhood. There is a little grocery store just a short walk away where we picked up ice cream and anything we forgot from Puerto Jimenez. It is a little drive out of town but such a beautiful retreat, we rarely left.

Great place nearby to local surf breaks, 10 min walk with a board to pan dulce. House is nice and is entirely bug netted and open to the breeze which is very nice. Peter also gave us coconut from the property which was awesome. Recommended

The house with the best location in all of Matapalo for surfing the different spots and exploring, the spectacular gardens with the best view of the whole bay and the house is very comfortable for groups and families.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful place with very nice people and a delicious soda just around the corner.

Great place! A very nice house, well equipped, very fresh and with excellent hosts. We highly recommend it, we would definitely stay here again.

We Stayed at Casa Escondida with the family. It was a lovely experience. Right next to the beautiful beach of backwash. The house was beautiful and clean, with 2 big bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. The kitchen was a little small, but it balanced well with having the upper deck to enjoy having food in the outdoors. We saw monkeys, armadillos, toucans and more right next to the house! The manager there, Doña Irma and her husband were super sweet and took really good care of us. There is another house right next to Casa Escondida, Casa Luz, they were doing a yoga retreat there and it was calm and peaceful and we didn't feel at all bothered by being close. There was good natural separation with the landscaping. And yeah... the beach 25 steps away is priceless.

I appreciated the warm reception when I arrived. What was most notable was the fruit platter and fresh coconut water to greet me. The location is off the highway and away from town which makes it preferable for quite settling.

The cabin very sweet and comfortable with amazing attention to detail. We came over Christmas and new years and there were seasonal decorations, even the dish towel was festive. Functional WiFi, air conditioning, parking right next to the place made it very easy to unpack luggage and convenient. Homely and comfortable, felt like luxury camping. Very welcoming hosts.

Very nice place to stay, central, the property where it is located is very nice, the trees around it gives it a special touch and everything is arranged in a way that is nice to see the place
