Vacation rentals with a patio in Puerto del Carmen

Alma was always in touch when needed. At our arrival we were greeted with special treats. The apartment was sparkling clean and all appliances were of good quality. Private atmosphere, two small terraces for our morning coffee and a well maintained pool.

Perfect accomodation with attention to detail for all the little extras included, hairdryer & straighteners in the bathroom. Condiments, milk, water & wine supplied. 3 mins downhill to the main strip, 6 mins back up

Second time staying at this apartment. Great complex, super close to the beach, lovely quiet pool area. Balcony is big and a great sun trap in the afternoon through to the evening. Secure apartment, safe, pleasant to stay in and a good amount of space for a couple.

Quiet area, 5 minutes' walk from the sea. The "facility" with large pool and smaller ones was great, as well as the terrace. Accommodation great in everything.

We have spent a great week in great comfort. The accommodation was perfect. Spotlessly clean and comfortable with every amenity we could wish for. And more! The location is perfect, so close to Playa Bastian and its beautiful beach with walkable restaurants and bars. The swimming pool is fab! Svetlana was so responsive, helpful and kind. We cannot recommend highly enough.

House matches the description, it's better than in the photos. Clean, with kitchen essentials, towels and beach towels available. There were two of us, but there is enough space for 4 people. The exterior is very nice and above all sheltered from the wind that blows inexorably. I would definitely recommend this home The owner is always courteous 👍

Really nice apartment, better than the photos. Spotless. Very helpful host. 20 steps to the main strip and 2 minutes to a gorgeous little beach. Loved the beach chairs. If you fancy a good walk turn left onto the strip and walk along the front. Leads to stunning expanses of beautiful beach and turquoise sea.

It was a perfect stay! The house we had was impeccable, with all the resources you need and even more (tongs, all the kitchen utensils, clothesline...). The house is beautiful, bright, spacious, with amazing views, and very comfortable. We recommend it 100%. Mika is a great host, super attentive and friendly, recommended places to see, and helped us with everything. To access the house you need a car that is prepared to climb a dirt and stone road. Well worth it! Thank you!!

Accommodation that I recommend without restrictions: in line with the photos, very close to the ocean (2-minute walk), quiet. There is everything you need for a great stay: very well equipped for cooking, for laundry. Very well located to visit the whole island, close to a gas station (5 minutes), the airport (20 minutes) as well as all the tourist places to visit on the island. Sara is very responsive by messages for any questions. Thank you again to Sara for the excellent welcome.

Fantastic apartment, very welcoming host, well stocked with home essentials. Thoroughly cleaned, outdoor space was lovely, and peaceful neighbourhood. Within walking distance of a small harbour with excellent restaurant choices, and a 10 minute drive to tourist hotspots. Could not fault it and will return one day soon.

Villa Bonita was exactly as described. It had everything you needed. The heated pool was great as was the jacuzzi. It was cleaned twice when we were there. Beds and pillows where comfortable and was handy not to have to bring beach towels. The pool area with plenty of seating was really great. The area was quite and peaceful and about 15 mins walk to Playa Blanca and 4 mins drive. There was a Lidl and Aldi closeby and the kitchen had everything you needed to make food with plenty of condiments to use. The villa had Netflix and games to play. Would 100% recommend this Villa. David was a pleasure to deal and always super prompt in getting back to us if we had any questions.

Maik and his beautiful villa saved our holiday after a last minute cancellation. We highly recommend it and very much hope to return asap! The villa is lovely, a nice size, comfortable and well looked after. The large living area has doors directly out to the pool area with plenty of space for us around the pool and to enjoy meals together at the outdoor tables. The surrounding location is quiet, has great views and is within walking distance of the town.

The house is very clean and tidy, there is a convenience store on the corner nearby, it is very convenient, the facilities are also very complete, the host is also very nice, he helped us in time when we had problems, everything is very good, especially the kitchen facilities, we all love it, recommended!

Me and my son stayed for 3 nights and it all went well. Area was clean quiet and safe and 10 min walk to the beach. Apartment is in a very small complex. it met all our needs and the private outdoor area and bbq area was the highlight as well as the communal pool that no other residents used while we were there so my son had it all to himself. coffee, tea, water, wine and snacks on arrival was a bonus. communications were clear and quick. some minor downsides was a bit of noise from neighbours at times but that is expected in a complex. was a few hours of loud noise from adjacent construction site one morning. the shower was very good but ran out of hot water after a few minutes. i think it would feel a bit cramped for 4 people but for 2 or 3 its perfect in size. overall very happy and would recommend.

3 of us had the most idyllic 5 days at Marina Elia. The villa is beautiful & tastefully decocarated and within walking distance of the Marina & its nice selection of bars & restaurants (even with the steep hill walk home!) If possible it is even better than the pictures show (no magic camera required) Inside there was everything you could posdibly need, a beutiful fully equipped kitchen, fab comfortable furniture, gorgeous bathrooms. The outside area was stunning & we're missing the pool & hot tub already. Iain & Teresa were brilliant hosts & incredibly responsive. We will be recommending this amazing villa to friends & family. Very quiet and relaxing environment. The pool and other equipment was very good and well adapted!!! The place was very clean and everything was available, nothing to say about hygiene. The host was responsive and gave us tips on a lot of things

This is an excellent apartment at an excellent location. You are a short walk away from the old town of Puerto de Carmen and also not a long walk for the strip if that’s what you are into. The location has sufficient street parking when I visited, allowing me to explore the island with no stress, furthermore, I would also recommend a rental car to explore what Lanzarote has to offer. Then pictures provided are accurate and I would recommend the location to those who want to explore the island more than just pubs and bars.

Virginia's apartment is strategically located near Costa Teguise. The location is excellent, close to essential services and convenient for reaching Lanzarote's attractions. The apartment is nice, equipped with all the necessary amenities, clean and with new and comfortable furniture. I'm having a hard time finding something missing in the apartment. There's really everything!! Street parking is available. The host Virginia is a very helpful and responsive person. Absolutely recommended! The best choice I could make.

We had a wonderful stay in Playa Blanca! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect — close to beaches, shops, and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Playa Blanca!

Amazing experience!! Tamara was very kind to let us in before the scheduled check-in time; responsive, ready and understanding in solving our distraction. She was friendly and kind throughout our vacation. Super recommended! Cottage with everything you need and close to the center of Arrecife, but in a quiet street!

The accommodation is identical to the description and is very well located for quickly navigating between the north and south of the island. Renting a car is highly recommended if you want to have the freedom to move around the island. Mark and Sue are very welcoming and available to answer our questions. I highly recommend this listing!

john This place is stunning I felt really safe a really good deal !There is everything you could in the apartment, the pool is beautiful and is heated. The food and drinks were great really reasonable a safe place for children and families. Andrew is really helpful if you need any advice or assistance. There is a lovely spar shop and small bars and restaurants nearby . John has a great guide with everything you would need to know in case of emergencies or local knowledge . We used his recommendations for dining at night. we really enjoyed everything and will definitely return breda mc hugh.
