New apartment in Puerto del Carmen, located in a very quiet complex with a community pool with ocean views. The best thing about this apartment is its terrace, which has a round sunbed, an outdoor grill for cooking, and a large table for eating or working with ocean views. Inside, it has a living room with an international smart TV, a very comfortable sofa, and a small breakfast table. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, refrigerator, pans and kitchenware.

The Shell House 3 is an elegant and charming apartment that pays homage to the island's palm trees with its color and decoration. It stands out for its very first beachfront (one of the doors opens directly onto the sand of the beautiful Los Pocillos beach). It also has a heated and private pool inside the complex. On the other hand, it has all the amenities (bars, restaurants, shops or supermarkets just 50 meters away) as another of the complex's doors is located on the same avenue in Puerto del Carmen.

Cosy and peaceful independent apartment, not part of a resort, well located in a residential part of Puerto del Carmen. It is only a 1 minute walk to the main avenue and the beach. You are staying in a quiet area surrounded by palm trees and vegetation. Restaurants, supermarket, shops and entertainment are located nearby. Small and bigger sand beaches are all within walking distance. Bus stops are around the corners as well.
