Apartment vacation rentals in Puerto del Carmen

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was incredible! Nice and close to the ocean and promenade with lots to do. The balcony was the highlight of the property, so peaceful, private and with greats ocean views.

the place is breathtaking, the interior design elements are very well chosen. it is perfectly clean and super calm. the airport is only 5-7 mins from here, so perfect ending for a Canarian roundtrip.

The apartment was clean and tidy with a large sun terrace ideal for sunbathing and relaxing, it has everything you need plus more for a enjoyable holiday. Very peaceful both day and night and only a short walk to both the old town and main strip to enjoy the local hospitality. Lidl is very close for all supplies and there's a few bars and a restaurant right outside the compex. We had a day on the beach and used the sun umbrella cool box as well as the beach rugs that were supplied in the apartment, we didn't use the adjoining pool but it looked good not to busy and people were eating drinking and having a good time. All in all we would visit here again so thanks to Petra for allowing us to use your holiday apartment and Kasia for your help.

Our stay at Alejandra's place was simply wonderful and exceeded all expectations. The property was exactly as described and photographed - clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. It genuinely felt like a home away from home from the moment we walked in. Alejandra is a fantastic host. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, answering any questions we had promptly. The location is superb! We loved being within easy walking distance of both the beautiful beach and the charming local town. Having a Spar supermarket just a short walk away was also incredibly convenient. One of our favourite parts was the balcony. It's a fantastic spot to relax and soak up some sun rays. We absolutely loved our stay and are already dreaming of returning. Thank you, Alejandra, for such a memorable experience!

El apartamento de Nino tiene todas las comodidades. Está limpio y tiene lo necesario para unas vacaciones. Las vistas de la terraza al mar son preciosas y Nino es un anfitrión espectacular, atento y eficaz.

This was our second visit. The apartment is a lovely place to stay with great views of the harbour from the large outdoor terrace. It is a two minute walk from the local amenities in the Old Town. As before, everything was spotlessly clean and well kept. Everything as it should be as per the listing and the owner is very responsive to any questions. The airport is a fifteen minute drive away, so no long tiring drive in a crowded coach. We highly recommend this apartment.

Nice flat, sea view in a great location just in between the beach and the center where you find all type of shops & restaurants. Quiet at night. All accessible walking distance. Alejandro was there to give the keys and always ready to help. He kindly allowed a late check out really appreciate that. I really enjoyed my stay.

We had a great stay at Caroline’s apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Jack was a great host! The place is exactly as described and as per the pictures. The pool area right outside the door was absolutely immaculate and peaceful. Short walk down in to the old town/harbour area which is the best part of the town. Will definitely be back

We had an amazing time at Lago Verde. The apartment is in a great location, with lots of lovely restaurants near by. The first thing you see when entering the apartment is the view which takes your breath away. The apartment itself has every amenity needed for a comfortable break away . The terrace is very spacious with sun loungers and table where we had breakfast on a daily occurance . Host keeps communication easy and had no hesitation in answering questions. All in all a perfect stay and we will most definitely be returning for our break during winter months.

Adrian’s place was very clean and comfortable in a quiet area of town and had everything you needed whilst on holiday. The sea front was a good 10 to 15 minute walk … I would recommend it to anybody

A very quite area next to the far end of the harbour, beautiful apartment looking out to sea, very comfortable beds, everything there to stay a week plus, within 6 min walk to all the harbour restaurants and bars, a well stocked little supermarket within a 3 min walk, and an amazing balcony to sit and just watch the world go by, and it gets the full arc of the sun from sunrise to sunset, bad points…. Just back from 9 nights at this perfect apartment,Antxon was a super host, his communication, responses, instructions and directions ahead of the trip were great. Check in spot on too, he met us at the apartment and ran through all the necessary bits for entry and security etc. He gave a quick guide of our location to pool, beach etc and was very helpful with lots of recommendations of the bars and restaurants close by, we went to a few and they did not disappoint, they were just as described and well worth a visit or 2 or 3.. 😊. The apartment on arrival was just as the pictures and was very clean and spacious, we needed for nothing while we’re there and he even popped a few nice treats in the fridge for us which was a lovely gesture and really appreciated. The complex was quiet and very relaxing , well maintained and secure. Great location, lovely modern apartment, great host. We would not hesitate to re book with Antxon.

Myriam’s appartment will absolutely not disappoint! We have stayed in Puerto del Carmen a number of times and this has been our FAVOURITE stay so far! :) The interior of the appartment was gorgeous and it was absolutely spotless! We had everything we needed for our stay and the appartment is so well equipped and has anything you could possibly need. If you are looking to stay in a quieter area, I couldn’t reccomend more! My sister and I love traveling to Lanzarote for a more relaxed holiday and the location of this appartment was perfect for this! Myriam met us on arrival and went through everything with us and she couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a week of bliss in Myriam’s appartment and there isn’t a thing we could fault. Thank you so much for such a gorgeous stay!! :)

La casa es preciosa, impoluta de limpia, no le falta de nada. Lugar muy tranquilo y a 15 minutos de todo, en coche. Los anfitriones amables y encantadores. Hemos estado muy muy a gusto. Sin duda volveremos.

Wonderful stay at Casa Conchi in May 2025. The property is truly stunning, with an exceptional standard of decor, furniture and fittings. Spotlessly clean and everything as described. The roof terrace with seating area, loungers and hot tub is a real highlight of the property and a wonderful space for outside relaxation. Location is very convenient with the promenade and Playa Grande within 5-10 mins walk. Very convenient 15 minute drive to the airport. 2 x local supermarkets within a 5 minute walk also very handy. Communication with Naomi was easy, polite, professional and very responsive. This included a very swift response late in the evening (after 10.30pm) when I had to report a minor issue. Excellent service.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce logement. Tout était d’une propreté irréprochable, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir à l’aise dès notre arrivée. L’hôte a été accueillante, chaleureuse et bienveillante, toujours disponible tout en restant discrète. Le cadre est magnifique, avec un paysage reposant qui invite à la détente. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement des installations de bien-être : entre la piscine, le jacuzzi et le sauna, tout était réuni pour un séjour relaxant et ressourçant. Un grand merci pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

The apartment was immaculate and very spacious with all the amenities you could ask for on holiday and more. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and steam room, which added to the relaxed and quiet surroundings. The local town is nearby and you can catch the local bus or take a taxi into PDC. I have to recommend the local tapas and Chinese in Tias, both were fantastic. The locals are very friendly and are happy to help, if needed. The host, Nacho is very friendly too, and most accommodating, even took us a wee tour around the village of Tias. Everything in place for a chilled out holiday away from the drama of normal life. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Alessandro und Daniela! Bei der Anreise haben uns die beiden mit zahlreichen Tipps zu Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflügen versorgt – allesamt echte Geheimtipps, die unseren Urlaub bereichert haben. Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben ihrer Villa, aber dennoch wurde unsere Privatsphäre zu jeder Zeit respektiert – wir haben uns vollkommen ungestört gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Whirlpool: Er ist riesig, sehr sauber und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht – ein absoluter Lieblingsplatz zum Entspannen! Außerdem ist die Wohnung voll ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es lohnt sich den Plattenspieler anzuschmeißen und die schöne Kollektion an Platten zu genießen! Auch nachts war es besonders schön: Bei geöffnetem Fenster konnte man mit dem Gesang des Windes einschlafen – einfach magisch. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolutely incredible stay – we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect getaway! This property is the ideal spot for anyone looking for a beautiful, private retreat with unforgettable views and a true sense of peace. From both the dining area and the terrace, the views are absolutely stunning – you can see the sea, the surrounding mountains, and the local area, all without anyone overlooking the terrace, so it feels completely secluded and serene. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus – easy to use, private, and the perfect way to unwind while taking in the scenery. Inside, everything was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is also brilliant – just under 10 minutes’ walk to all the restaurants, shops, and the beach, yet the road itself is incredibly quiet and peaceful. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The host was wonderful – so helpful, proactive, and genuinely welcoming. Thank you so much!
