Lovely, comfortable 2 rooms flat with a private terrace facing the ocean. Enjoy the astonishing panoramic view, relax with the sound of the waves and disconnect from your daily stress. Within a quiet residence, built onto the cliffs with a heated outdoor swimming pool (27ºC all year around), the flat is spacious, cozy and well equipped. Located in the district of LA PAZ, you will find shops and restaurants around and are within walking distance from city center and beaches.

Wonderful 70 m2 attic with amazing panoramic views to the ocean, plus 30 m2 private solarium on the top. Nice ambient with special decoration. Ideal for couples or families of 4 people, although it can afford 6 using the bed sofa in the living room. It has two bedrooms, one looking to the sea and another one to the common gardens. A swimming pool is also available in the common areas. The complex is a quiet zone, no parties allowed. Sorry but no pets either.
