We had a fantastic time at this beautiful and spacious house in Tenerife. The ocean view is breathtaking, and the peaceful setting made it easy to relax. The house is clean, very well equipped, and has plenty of room to enjoy. We especially loved the great pool and the outdoor kitchen – perfect for relaxing days and evening meals. Carlos was such a kind and helpful host – we felt truly welcome. Highly recommend, and we’d love to come back!

Place off the tourist route. Lots of small markets and cafes, beautiful ocean view. Opportunity to taste local dishes. Pleasant outdoor courtyard and magnificent views from the rooftop terrace. Located 15 minutes from Puerto del Santa Cruz – a city that has everything. The streets were interesting for a guy from Canada, at first I often missed the streets thinking it was a driveway for a garage or alley 😁 The house was very well equipped - it had everything. Everything was very clean and in good quantity. You need a car to visit what the island has to offer. Host Alban communicated well and was available All in all, an EXCELLENT experience that I would highly recommend to others

Overall, we felt very comfortable. The apartment matched the description, was in very good condition and very clean. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and always easily accessible. It was a bit difficult to find or reach the apartment, as you have to overcome some stairs, which is not easy with suitcases. For older people who lack the strength to carry suitcases or who have knee problems, the apartment is unfortunately unsuitable. For all others who want some peace and seclusion, it is highly recommended. The pool is very nice, but not heated. A car is highly recommended as San Andrés is very secluded. Thanks for a great stay and good hospitality!

We had such a wonderful week. The villa is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. Jose was such a great host, extremely friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The location is perfect. Peaceful, quiet and yet close to amenities. It was great to have a Mercadona within walking distance too. We cooked at the villa every evening and the kitchen is brilliantly equipped with everything you need. We were unable to source a hire car however, there were local buses which were reliable and we went on lots of walks. The weather was beautiful so we stayed at the villa for most of the week, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful garden area. The pool was a bit chilly (as we visited in January) but imagine it would be perfect in the warmer months. Couldn’t have had a better week! Our family trip to Maria Dolores' beautiful home left us under its spell. It's a good place to rest and daydream! Every member of our large family found it to be an excellent rest. With beautiful hikes nearby and then something to recharge at the pool for the little ones and in the sauna for the adults. The ocean has been so good to us. We were very well supported during our stay and found the house and Maria Dolores's hosting impeccable! We will return without hesitation! A dream week 💓

Had an excellent stay for three weeks. Scenery was beautiful, felt very secure, great host, any issues or questions he responded immediately.

The host was extremely nice, and the check-in was smooth. He was also very helpful and respectful. The house is identical to the photos and really takes you back in time. So, if you’re looking for character, it definitely has it. Keep in mind that the house is on a hill at 600 meters, so the weather can be quite chilly in the mornings and evenings - but that’s Tenerife. The house has everything you need, including a parking spot in front, and it’s located on a beautiful street with lots of greenery.

The accommodation is beautiful, my daughters enjoyed it very much, spacious, clean, warm pool and wonderful barbecue. Isabel is a very friendly and helpful host, we are from the island and we will surely repeat! Thank you for everything

Our stay in this house in Tenerife was simply wonderful. From the first moment we felt right at home. The house is beautiful, decorated with great taste and with all the details taken care of to the fullest. We went with the family, with small children, and everything was very easy thanks to the attention of Noelia: they left us a high chair, they gave us everything we needed to make the children comfortable and we were quiet. The location is ideal and the atmosphere is so cozy that we struggled to go. Honestly, we don't think there is a more beautiful house in Tenerife. We will be back very soon. The 5 star reviews are spot on.....though we are tempted to leave a 1 star review to put people off from discovering this wonderful villa so we can return to stay again more easily! Ana Maria and Fran were so helpful and the villa is truly amazing. A huge space for up to 16 people so perfect for a big family gathering (we were there for a birthday party; Fran found us a brilliant Cuban/Latin American 3 piece band to entertain us and he made us a huge delicious paella and selection of tapas). The villa is so quiet yet very close to Puerto de Cruz and with breathtaking views of the ocean and Teide volcano. You do need a car to get around.

Good value for money. The place is comfortable and fully equipped for what one needs for a perfect stay in Tenerife. Jari is easy to communicate with.

We had a fabulous relaxing week in the villa, despite a few windy and rainy days. The place was in a stunning location in a private road, views across the sea at sunset were fabulous. Lots of different outdoor space areas, plenty of outdoor tables, chairs and loungers. Walking distance to los Gigantes. Inside was very spacious with everything you could possibly want including a fully stocked spice cupboard. Andrea was very responsive and facilitated all our requests quickly.

We really enjoyed the house, everything was according to the photos and expectations. We had a very stay. House is very well equiped, outside is beautiful and well decorated. The pool and jacuzzi are a plus. Location is isolated and only accessible by car.

It was an incredible experience, a luxury with all the amenities,perfect for a couple,family or friends. And Maite and Alberto are hosts of 10 ,friendly, close and always attentive that we did not lack anything. Of course I recommend them 100% (I will rent again it was definitely unforgettable and a dream )

We’ve just spent two very relaxing weeks at Villa San Benito as a family and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house is spacious, full of character, and well set up for groups or families – plenty of communal space but also enough room for everyone to have their own quiet corners when needed. The pool area is a real highlight and a great place to spend a lazy afternoon. Moises, the host, was excellent – incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything run smoothly from check-in to departure. The villa is on the north side of the island, which many tourists overlook in favour of the sunnier south. While the weather here can be a bit more changeable, it more than makes up for it in other ways – the landscape is lush and green, the area feels much more local and authentic, and the pace is genuinely relaxing. We stayed at Maria’s place for a week with the family and had an amazing time. The house is fantastic with loads of space and it was super clean when we arrived. The children especially loved the heated pool and the cinema room is brilliant. Maria and Ivan were great hosts with lots of very useful information and they were extremely responsive to the few questions that we had. We had an amazing holiday and this was one of the things that made it that made it one of the best family holidays we have had. Overall, we would thoroughly recommend and plan to be back again.

Amazing place to stay! The small village has enough on walking distance, the garden and views are are amazing and we barbecued almost every night. Kids of 3 and 1 had best time in the pool and with all the toys available there. Definitely want to come back!

Margot’s place was perfect for our family holiday. The pool was a huge hit with both us and our little girl. Margot has thought of everything, from pool towels to sun hats. Margot was great at communication and gave us some local recommendations too. We couldn’t recommend the place more.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Maximus. The house was spacious and perfect for our group of four, with all the amenities we needed. Our teenage boys loved the heated pool! Janie was a great host, meeting us at the villa and providing some essentials for our first evening. We rented a car via Auto Reisen as recommended — the directions were clear and the villa was easy to find. The location was ideal, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and family activities. We went whale watching, played tennis and mini golf at Tipsy’s, and had great meals at Maria Rosa’s in the harbour (amazing local food) and Mamma Lucia (fantastic Italian and seafood). We also enjoyed Siam Park and Loro Parque — perfect days out for the kids. A peaceful, beautiful haven with stunning views. Highly recommended!

Our 16-night stay at Isabel's was simply great! We were particularly impressed by the open kitchen, the beautiful pool area (with 22 degrees a pleasant refreshment), the large and practical garage as well as the exceptionally friendly and helpful communication with Isabel. Another highlight was the wonderful balcony – perfect for relaxing hours with great views of the surroundings. The house has three floors, with the lowest currently being developed. Nevertheless, it was absolutely quiet and pleasant. A big plus was the well thought-out amenities: There were plenty of dishwasher and washing machine tabs, paper towels, toilet paper – and even a bottle of water in the fridge to welcome us. All these little details helped us feel comfortable right away. You can tell how much Isabel cares about providing a perfect stay for her guests. We had a wonderful time and will be happy to come back!

photos really don't do it justice. it's north of the island so away from everything but only a hours drive from the south. 5 of us stayed here and it was lovely, great cooking facilities and everything is clean and tidy. would definitely stay again.
