The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house with garden in the northern district of Am Hart. It offers a quiet relaxing stay as well as the possibility to get to the city center with its many sights in a short time. The Am Hart U-Bahn [subway] station is just 5 minutes away. By U-Bahn, you can reach Marienplatz and the main train station as well as the Olympic Park or the English Garden in 15 minutes. You can get to the airport in 45 minutes by U2 and S-Bahn S1.

Hello there! As I travel a lot (mostly for sailing or hiking), my small flat in the middle of Munich is often vacant. During this time, I like to rent it out to other travellers. My flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the Isar river and it has good public transport connections that take you to the city centre in a few minutes. The appartment is a quiet oasis with lots of green plants.

From the centrally located accommodation you can reach all important places (main station Hauptbahnhof in 25 minutes). The 2. floor of a terraced house is rented, consisting of a living room, bathroom and roof peak. 5 sleeping options are available: living room (2P), sofa (1P) and in the attic (2P). The bathroom with window has a shower and a separate toilet. The apartment is lockable and can be reached via the house entrance.

By S-Bahn in 20 minutes to the city center

The property is located approx. 15 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn, which takes you 20 minutes directly to the center of Munich. Supermarket, bakery, butcher, various restaurants and a bus stop are within 500 meters. The apartment is located in the basement of a small apartment building with 6 parties. There is a private entrance. A lot of light enters the room through the slope and a large window. There is no cooking.

Good connection to Munich: bus stop 2 min away, S-Bahn in 15 min walk, from there 20 min to downtown. Shopping within 8 min walking distance. Swimming lakes nearby. Ideal for city travelers and nature lovers.
