Great place with tremendos view on the lake - Harbour, restaurants and swimming area in the lake in walking distance! Shopping Center also in walking distance. Jacky is very responsive and has very well explained all necessary.

We had an amazing time. The accommodation was very clean, tidy, with a great view of Lake Geneva, close to downtown Evian on foot. Sophia and Philippe were very responsive, we thank them for their responsiveness, and their sympathy.

Top apartment, location in the nearby village, private parking and above all the lake view that justifies the price. Recommended without a second thought

Mike is a great host, he helped all the way from booking till check out. He is very responsive all through and clear in his communication. He also suggested local spots to explore and restaurant to eat. Overall, a great experience, will definitely be looking for this stay when i visit next time.

Nice little house with a beautiful view of the lake. The place is quiet and relaxing. The decor is minimalist, a little cold. The whole place is clean, you just have to sweep the dust off the ground floor a little when you settle in. My husband, 22-year-old son and I had a lovely 4-day relaxing stay. Accurate listing. Small but functional, perfect for two people and for a weekend. Clean and well-equipped. The plus: lake view from the bedroom corner. The small downsides: very cramped bedroom area and fairly small parking space, requires some maneuvering despite a medium-sized vehicle.

Very enjoyable short stay. I liked the air conditioning in the hot weather, it was cool in the bedrooms even in the mezzanine. The two beaches below the village are very uncrowded and the peaceful calm of the village is a short bike ride from Switzerland.

This home was perfect for our visit to family in Mies! The home was clean, comfortable, with everything we needed and just as described. We appreciated the clear communication and helpful instructions!

Our stay was a real enchanted break! Impossible to tire of the view from the house. The setting is idyllic and the environment peaceful. The house has canoes that we were lucky enough to use in the middle of sunset. We felt very good during our stay: clean and well-equipped kitchen, quality bedding... the house is spacious, everyone has their own space. We highly recommend this listing and would not hesitate to return if the opportunity arises!

A fantastic retreat right on the lake – with plenty of privacy, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. The lovingly renovated house impresses with its original furnishings and its very own charm. The well-kept garden invites you to linger and play. Particularly practical is the location: shopping, public transport and beautiful excursion destinations are easily accessible (also on foot). All around a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

Carole's place is perfectly located, right on the lake and right by the beach of Lutry. The seaside resort is very pretty and has a good infrastructure. Along the lake you can walk in a short time to the pretty town and reach cafes and restaurants. The train station and grocery stores are also within a short walking distance. The accommodation is "small but nice" and offers a large, well-equipped terrace with wonderful lake views. Carole is a charming host who gave us helpful information and provided us with things we didn't have with us. We would come back to stay anytime.

What a lovely apartment in a vibrant and walkable area of Geneva! The apartment is on the top floor with a view of Lake Geneva on one side and a view of the neighborhood on the other. The apartment is beautifully appointed and quiets down around 10 or 11 pm at night, with a bit of pleasant street noise until then. There are lots of restaurants and cafés, and it's one block from an enormous and beautiful park. We enjoyed taking coffee at Chou, just one block over. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again when we're back in Geneva.

The hosts have equipped it very well and make every effort to make us feel at home: good bedding, array of towels/bathrobes, basic products available, small appliances of all kinds, nothing missing! The accommodation is located in the center of Evian with a parking space which is very convenient. The icing on the cake: the lake view!

Great place to visit Lausanne and the neighbouring towns. 10 min walk to the station and 20 min by train to Lausanne station. Great appartement to stay with a baby/toddler! Anne provided all amenities for our little one to feel at home (including the bath). He especially loved the box of toys. Nice to be able to enjoy a small garden & terrasse. Anne has always been very responsive, despite our delayed arrival. And it is very convenient to have a host living not so far

Great location with easy walking to restaurants, waterfront, museums, and less than 10 min walk to the train station. We used Nyon as our launching point for day trips to both the north and the south and it was perfect. We also took the ferry (2 minute walk from the unit) to Vyoire. There is a public parking garage 3 min walk from the unit as well. A little expensive but very convenient. We cooked in the kitchen several days. The kitchen is well supplied with pots/pans/etc but plan to bring/buy most cooking staples (like olive oil, seasoning, etc) If there was 1 negative, I would say, since there is a bar nearby, 1 night during a football match the bar patrons were very loud and we could even hear them in the unit. Not terrible but noticeable. Also, the toilet paper issue reviewed by a previous tenant and been completely addressed as the closet probably had 20 rolls stored in it! Would stay here again.
