Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Psychiko

A lovely place to stay when you are in Athens! Perhaps a bit further away from the 'tourist centre', but therefore so pleasant. After a day full of impressions it was wonderful to 'come home'. And what was so wonderful: you didn't have to leave the neighbourhood in the evening! In the immediate vicinity there are many nice restaurants, trendy coffee bars on the nicest squares. Lively and in the middle of the daily life of the inhabitants! The apartment is beautiful, quietly located and is equipped with everything you need. The building beautifully renovated. The only thing is that we are still curious about the other 2 apartments! The shop/studio/workshop of Stravoela is around the corner and if you have even a small question, they are ready for you. Top!

We had a great time in this apartment! Beautifully designed space with an amazing view of Athens. Hot tub was very clean and easy to use! Kitchen and bathroom were supplied with everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day. Hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with - loved this place! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Contact was persoonlijk en hij reageerde snel! Leuke restaurantjes in de buurt, supermarktje zit tegenover het appartement. Totaal niet gehorig!

I would like to thank Rinaldo so much for his hospitality. The apartment & the facilities were exactly as described at the advertisement. The host (Rinaldo) was responding immediately to my phone call & he was always so friendly. Furthermore, he allowed me to stay some more few hours to the apartment since my flight was in the evening. His apartment is strongly recommended & next time I will be in Athens it will be my first priority for my accommodation!!! Rinaldo, once again THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!!!

Had a lovely extended stay here this May whilst undertaking fertility treatment. The apartment was clean, spacious and bright and the perfect place to relax. The Balcony was perfect for enjoying the sunshine! The kitchen was well equipped and the shower was amazing with toiletries! I used taxis to get around but also found the bus to be very good! There is a big supermarket within walking distance!

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Eşim ve iki kızımla 3 gün kaldık, kendi evimizdeymisiz gibi rahat ettik. Cumartesi günleri pazar var, oradan alışveriş yaptık. Metroya çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Hem Atina merkeze, hem de plajlara yakın olmak istiyorsanız, burası konum olarak çok başarılı.

Kleio's hospitality and graciousness as a host was truly the highlight of staying at her property. She clearly went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and taken care of, especially after a long overseas flight or after a long day of hiking around Athens or nearby cities. She had ample supplies a weary traveler might need or forgotten on hand. We are super grateful for the attention to detail Kleio put into thinking about her guests. The location was ideal for launching off on daily adventures and delightful to come back to after exploring all day and into the night. Simply a perfect location and property beautifully appointed and maintained. Hands down one of the best AirBnB stays I have had. Don't hesitate in selecting this place. Book ASAP.....

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Chris. Le logement est bien situé et bien aménagé. La terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Chris a été disponible et réactif a nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb — the first was two years ago — and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The place is spotless, comfortable, and has such a cozy atmosphere that it instantly feels like home. You can tell the host truly cares about the details and guest experience. Everything we needed was available, and the communication was quick and friendly. We’re so glad we came back, and we’d absolutely stay again!

An incredible oasis in the heart of a hip neighborhood in Athens. Great food, accessible to other parts of the city, very walkable, and the apartment is GORGEOUS. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, and the pool is *chef's kiss*

Before leaving for Constantines place he sent us lots of helpful information. He was available to answer any question before we arrived. I appreciated the referral Constatine gave us of a dependable taxi driver that meet us at the airport and took us to his apartment. Further, when we arrived at the apartment the lady who cleans the apartment opened the door and welcomed us, explaining where everything was and how it worked! The place was absolutely immaculant and the attention to detail was appreciated. A wonderful entry to a great vacation! Thank you for sharing your very special place with us!

Our stay was great! The hosts were excellent and always responsive. The location was really close to the metro station and close to restuarants and several super markets. We appreciated that the hosts were flexible and allowed is to check-in early. We had a ton of luggage and it would be hard to carry around. We highly recommend and would stay again!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Το νοίκιασα για την προετοιμασία μου ως νύφη και πραγματικά ήταν το ιδανικό σκηνικό: φωτεινό, καθαρό, κομψά διακοσμημένο και με υπέροχη ενέργεια. Είχε άνετους χώρους για μένα, τις φίλες μου και την ομάδα που με ετοίμασε (μακιγιάζ, μαλλιά κ.λπ.), ενώ η αισθητική του σπιτιού έδωσε τέλειο φόντο για τις φωτογραφίες της προετοιμασίας. Όλα ήταν προσεγμένα μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια, και ένιωσα σαν στο σπίτι μου – ή μάλλον, σαν πριγκίπισσα! Δεν θα μπορούσα να φανταστώ καλύτερο μέρος για να ξεκινήσει η πιο σημαντική μέρα της ζωής μου. Ευχαριστώ από καρδιάς! 💕

Πολύ ωραίος χώρος με θέα στον Παρθενώνα και την ακρόπολη ! Πεντακάθαρο , εφοδιασμένο κατάλληλα , οργανωμένο και το τζακούζι πολύ χαλαρωτικό !

I had a great time at this property. Located in the 6th floor you have a great city view, Acropolis being visible from the terrace. The jacuzzi is an amazing experience at night. The place both smelled and looked clean, and in my experience the host did the little extra to account for a great experience - which it really was. Good instructions, easy check-in and access by app. Overall a really good stay at this property.

Great flat, matches the description and photos. Easily walkable to the Acropolis and Plaka. Main road is not noisy in the flat but excellent access to rental cars, taxis and buses (down Piraeus). Would recommend.
