Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Vercelli

Sesa apartment was great! The location works very well with an easy drive to Stresa. Recommendations for sights and restaurants were provided. The place was spotless. The view of mountains and Lake Maggiore was breathtaking! What a great apartment! Salvatore and Serena were terrific!

Nicolò's place was clean and airy, free of clutter, but with lovely art on the walls and great books and magazines too, the right balance of personal touches. Bed linen was brand new, everything was spotless. Lovely view of mountains and a bit of lake to one side and a great location. Suna is cute and quiet and the flat is very close to the lake, right where there's a small beach, plus cafes and restaurants. Nicolò also sent us a great guide of the whole area and let us use his parking spot which, unlike many buildings in the area, was easy to come in and out of, and spacious. There is indeed no wifi, as it says on the listing, but it was not a problem for us. We definitely recommend and will be back. :)

Le logement est impeccable,et super bien situé ,nous étions 6 amis motards ,nous avons eu l'espace ,pour chacun,la cuisine est très bien équipée,deux salles de bains pour un groupe,c'est très confortable Il y a un parking juste devant l'immeuble l'endroit est calme et central,celanous a permis de visiter la région ,les lacs, Notre hôte, à été très sympathique, nous a accueilli avec gentillesse ,malgré notre retard... nous conseillons vraiment cet endroit.

Alloggio ristrutturato a nuovo estremamente pulito, ordinato all'interno di un tranquillo vicolo caratteristico. A piedi si raggiungono le spiagge di Suna, il Lido con piscina ed intorno abbiamo locali dove mangiare, fare aperitivi ed una deliziosa gelateria. Daniela è veramente un superHost, è stata estremamente disponibile anticipando il check in, sempre reattiva ci ha consigliato cosa poter visitare. consigliatissimo!!!

Casa Manuela is a great place for a quiet holiday in the Lago d’Orta area. The location is perfect for those who like hiking in an amazing nature, visiting lovely small cities and enjoy eating and drinking in nice restaurants. Manuela is a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment is quite small, but perfectly equipped with everything you need. We and our two dogs had a great time and perfect weather. We can recommend Casa Manuela to anyone!

Logement parfait ! nous avons passé un très bon séjour sur cette île qui se vide des touristes le soir. Le logement était d'une propreté impeccable, il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour cuisiner et se sentir bien. Nous recommandons cette location pour visiter le lac majeur car les ferrys sont réguliers et il est très pratique de se déplacer avec vers les autres points d'intérêt. Hôte réactif.

A great base for exploring Lake Maggiore. Really good sized house with two bathrooms at a very reasonable price. The house was very close to either a public or private beach. Five minute walk to the Baveno town – and with easy access to the wider Maggiore area via the train station/ferry. Carlo was a perfect host – with friendly, clear communication as well as recommendations for the local area. Grazie Carlo!

This little place is just off the main area of stresa, which means it is in a quaint little suburb. The house feels just like home with Simona and Enrico leaving some goodies as required. The only thing is that it seemed that there was a little bit of a party at one of the locals houses, which kept my partner up and the church has a bell tower so no need to set an alarm! Otherwise was exactly what we needed!

Casa die Sophie ist ein nettes Appartement mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage ist zum Lago und Zentrum sehr gut, einziges Problem ist die Hauptstraße mit viel Verkehr ( aber das war bereits so beschrieben und wir waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs , entsprechend hat es uns nicht gestört) Wenn man mit einem Hund da ist ist der Garten Goldwert. Gaetano ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit! Er hatte für unseren Hund tolles Spielzeug zur Verfügung gestellt. Unbedingt in seine Pizzeria Vizio 5 essen gehen! Alles ausgesprochen lecker! Es lohnt sich!

siamo stati 3 giorni ed è stato tutto perfetto.. alloggio confortevole, con tutto il necessario. Valerio è stato molto disponibile e anche la sua mamma. la posizione è speciale..vista lago e comoda a raggiungere qualsiasi meta nei dintorni del lago. è stata una bellissima vacanza e consiglio l'alloggio!!!!!!

We had a lovely time, Davide’s beautiful home was in the perfect location as you walked out of the door if you looked to your left the lake is in view and everywhere was extremely walkable. Everything was extremely clean and also was equipped with everything you may need. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting the picturesque town of Arona.

Paola is a super host, she makes you feel right at home, including our 2yr old border collie. The lake view at the flat is the highlight of our stay. The little personal touch provided by Paola is the added bonus on top. The garden and the surrounding hikes and lake is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended

This 400-year-old lakeside house is a true step back in time, offering breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore. Spacious, impeccably clean, and full of charm, it fully lived up to expectations. The patio, right on the water, was an absolute highlight - we spent hours soaking in the stunning lake view, watching the distant lights of surrounding communities shimmer at night while sipping wine. Ambra is an exceptional host, providing detailed and timely guidance on the island, ferry schedules, free parking, and dining options. Despite our delayed arrival due to traffic, she graciously waited on the island to personally welcome us. The island itself is small yet enchanting, with plenty of restaurants and an ideal location for visiting the magnificent palaces and gardens of Isola Bella and Isola Madre. After the final ferry departs at 7 p.m., it feels as though you have the island entirely to yourself - a truly enjoyable experience.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Silvia, il est extrêmement bien équipé, bien situé et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions qui nous attendaient ( tout pour le petit déjeuner...). D’autre part, la présence d'un kayak et de vélos est un vrai plus, ainsi que la place de parking privative. Silvia est une hôte serviable, discrète et très sympathique.Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce logement.

We had a great stay at the house. It felt like what AirBnB was originally meant for - staying in a lived-in actual house instead of a sanitised holiday home. It is well equipped inside and out and you won’t stay in a better location. It is right on the lake for swimming and water sports, but also a short easy walk into town.

Wir haben uns in der kleinen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Hat viele Stufen und der Aufgang ist eng, das muss man bedenken! Der Ort Lesa ist sehr gut zum entspannen. Zum schwimmen und SUP fahren perfekt! Viele tolle Restaurants in der Nähe oder auch Umgebung! Wer shoppen möchte und Trubel haben will muss nach Stresa oder Arona gehen/wobei uns Arona mehr gefallen hat! Wir haben immer unsere Fahrräder dabei und konnten somit viel erkunden! Ons verblijf bij Lodana en Lele is onvergetelijk geworden. Eentje die we nog lang en dierbaar zullen herinneren.. Wat een warme gastvrouw en wat een prachtige locatie. Ik kan niet anders zeggen dat dit een perfecte uitvalsbasis is voor als je het Lago Maggiore wilt verkennen. Lodana was zo lief voor onze twee maanden jonge zoon, zelfs aan een babybadje heeft ze gedacht! En je hebt het niet van ons; maar Lele's pizza's zijn niet te versmaden! Huisje is ruim en met veel kamertjes, lekker Italiaans ingericht. Uitzicht is fenomeenaal en we hebben heerlijk geluncht en geborreld aan de buitentafel. Nogmaals veel dank voor alles en we zien elkaar graag weer in de toekomst!

Renato est un hôte très accueillant et disponible, de bons conseils. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié Son appartement est très bien situé, il est très facile d'accéder à Stresa, ainsi qu'aux embarquements pour visiter, en particulier celui de Carciano, pour aller dans les Îles Borromées, qui est à 10 mn à pied Nous n'avons quasiment pas utilisé la voiture Les 2 plus de l'appartement : la grande terrasse pour manger dehors et le garage souterrain où laisser la voiture Nous recommandons sans problème le logement de Renato Et reviendrons avec plaisir

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage zwischen Arona und Stresa empfanden wir als perfekt, weil nicht so touristisch. Das Appartment liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und wir hatten immer Glück mit einem kostenlosen Parkplatz vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und strahlt eine angenehme Atmosphäre aus. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Danielas Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung sieht sogar noch schöner aus wie auf den Fotos. Sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig, da die Fenster sich im Innenhof befinden. Daniela war für uns immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ☀️

Wunderschönes liebevoll gepflegtes Flusshaus. Die Lage ist phänomenal. Das Haus gemütlich und bietet so viele Möglichkeiten. Besonders toll sind die Aussenanlage mit Blick auf den Fluss, Terasse, Wiese, Grill, Pizzaofen, Tische, Stühle etc. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist die Strasse die auf der anderen Seite direkt am Haus vorbei geht. Sie ist nicht viel befahren, aber wenn, kommen die Autos schnell. Mit kleinen Kindern ist vorsicht geboten.

Tolle Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt - alles ist zu Fuss in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen und nur 10 Fussminuten vom Bahnhof. Wir haben uns in Valentinas grosszügiger Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und in den bequemen Betten super erholt. Die Kommunikation war stets freundlich und unkompliziert. Also alles bestens 😊
