Located on the top floor of the villa, this Penthouse Premier Suite Apartment with air conditioning welcomes you in a living/dining room with a characteristic white wooden beamed ceiling and a fully equipped kitchen. It boasts 3 arcade windows and 4 further windows overlooking the lake. The elegant bedroom with a double bed has an en-suite bathroom with a multifunction shower cabin complete with steam bath, chromotherapy and radio. The suite faces a panoramic balcony of 12 sqm. with arcades.

Located on the lakefront of Suna on the second floor of a historic palace. The spacious room has a balcony overlooking the Borromean Islands and the Gulf of the same name. The bathroom is private. The living room where breakfast is served is also with a balcony; refrigerator and microwave are equipped. Possibility of shelter for bicycles. Pets are welcome. Central location for the services offered by the neighborhood: parking, bus stop, bars, restaurants and various shops.

We offer three sunny double bedrooms and one bathroom (no kitchen), ideal for a family or group of friends, maximum 6 people. All rooms have beautiful views. A delicious, appetizing breakfast is served outside on the terrace, free of charge. The private unit lies on the upper floor of our vacation house in the quaint little town of Belgirate (population 484). The host Matteo (born in Milan, 1960) and his American wife reside downstairs during the hosting season.

Mini apartment on the first floor reachable with external staircase and sheltered. Entering there is a kitchenette equipped with table and chairs, kettle, sink, shower oven and refrigerator. The bedroom is double and has an additional single bed. Two more beds consist of the double sofa bed in the living area. The room has a wardrobe to store your clothes and items. From the toilet, the bathroom has a comfortable shower.

Prunent room is decorated in pastel tones, ranging from ochre yellow to mustard and tobacco, colours which reflect the sun and earth. The room offers direct access to the garden and a semi-private patio which is exposed to the sun for much of the day. This serene, exceedingly quiet room, measuring 25 sq m, has a spacious ensuite bathroom; there is also a divan which can be turned into a bed.

Our B&B is located on the most romantic of the Italian lakes: “lago d’Orta”, in the county of Alzo in the municipality of Pella (on the western side). The house is only 5 minutes from the lake shore of Pella (the beach, sailing club etc), 15 minutes from Omegna, Borgomanero, Orta Saint Giulio and the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Sasso, at 30 minutes from the Mottarone and Valsesia.

Independent house in the residential area of Santhià, a short walk from downtown, ideal for a recharging pit stop, immersed in a peaceful corner, full of relaxing corners for your stay. The room consists of a double bed or upon request 2 single beds . The bathroom is shared. Breakfast buffet is included in the price. In the courtyard there are animals (1 dog and 4 cats).
