Zona molto ben servita, ricca di ristorantini, tipiche osterie, supermercati etc. possibilità di trovare parcheggio gratuito in zona o sotto casa a pagamento. l ospite avrà a disposizione un intero appartamento con due enormi stanze, ognuna con TV, due bagni di cui uno completo ma entrambi con doccia.

The apartment has been renovated in October 2018, the furnitures are completely new. It has a kitchen with a big oven and a nice work plan. There is a bedroom and also a comfortable sofa bed. Wifi and a flat TV complete it. It is only 2 minutes from the train station and by walking on a pedestrian area you can reach the shopping area and the main tourist attraction. In the neighborhood there's a grocery store, some parking places, lots of bus stops and the best ice cream shop in town.

In the immediate vicinity is the Burlo Garofalo Children's Hospital, excellence in pediatric pathologies. The accommodation, with a wonderful sea view, overlooks the cycle path that leads to the Valle Rosandra reserve. Very quiet and comfortable accommodation equipped with smart TV and home automation.
