Excellent location, set in nature yet close to town, lake, and other amenities. Well fit-out accommodation, though a kettle and a couple of other basic kitchen items weren't included. Great option for pure peace and relaxation with no frills.

We had a wonderful weekend, the place is wonderful, the house is perfect, clean, tidy and the kitchen has everything you need. Having breakfast while looking at the lake is lovely!!! The owner is a very kind person, we had a great time. We will definitely be back.

This was by far the most beautiful and most clean Airbnb we ever spent time in. The lake and the little village are also absolutely beautiful. We had a terrific time. We hope we can come back soon. Thank you for taking such good care of this beautiful place.

Clean apartment overlooking the lake. The communication went very smoothly and quickly. The apartment has all the basics, the internet also works well. In terms of areas for improvement: the mattress is hard and the living room is quite noisy.

Really loved this apartment. It was airy and spotless. The only thing I would note is that the balconies are quite high, so you can't see the lake from inside the apartment. You can only see it if you step outside and look over the balcony. Other than that, the apartment is great. The town of Marta is very quiet and charming, making this a great place to stay if you want to enjoy Italy off the beaten path.

Everything is perfect as expected

Comfortable apartment, very clean, located inside a beautiful garden. Easily reached by car and with the possibility of parking on the property. Friendly hosts and very attentive to our needs. Very pleasant hospitality and knowledge of the guests. Super recommended.

The apartment is characterized by impeccable cleanliness and excellent location, a stone's throw from the lakefront and the village of Bolsena. Communication with Maurizio was excellent.

Staying at Paolo's place was really relaxing. Everything was as described and the location was really great, a two-minute walk to the lake and not far from beaches and restaurants. A special compliment goes to the host's availability who has always responded quickly and kindly. Highly recommended

Like many others have said the pictures do not describe how lovely this home is. We had planned to go to Rome for 2 days but we enjoyed our time in Bolsena so much that we extended our trip. We love the area and hope to visit again, it truly was exactly the vacation we hoped for! Thank you!
