Apartment vacation rentals in Province of Terni

My wife's comment a few minutes after check-in: "This is the cleanest apartment on Airbnb ever." On site, Marcos' parents, who live in the main house on the property, took care of us: totally sympathetic, hospitable, helpful. We arrived at night and the two waited for us in front of the house late at night. Previously fast, hassle-free communication with Marco in English to coordinate the arrival. The apartment is very spacious, pi-co-bel-lo (!), cozy, functional, fully equipped. The blinds provide a pleasantly cool indoor climate despite the June heat. Parking on the premises, dishwasher, washing machine. Wifi was fast enough to stream the Nations League. The apartment is "countryside" and was perfect all around for two people like us, who set off from here on their Umbrian city tours and on the mountain tour to Monte Vettore.

Roberto is an excellent host. He accompanies you quietly and discreetly throughout the stay and is always available to answer questions. The kitchen equipment exceeds all expectations and prepares you for a nice start and stay. Gladly again and highly recommended.

Silivia's place is in the heart of old town and a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed the are quite a bit and will definitely stay at Silvia's on our next visit. She is extremely responsive and goes above and beyond to be helpful with recommending restaurants to arranging car services - such an amazing host!

The apartment is in a quiet and peaceful village, far from vehicular traffic, surrounded by unspoiled nature and with beautiful surroundings to visit. The town of Sant'Angelo (the town of fairy tales) deserves special attention, a short distance from Roccalvecce, where almost all the facades of the town have murals with subjects taken from fairy tales, a must-see!

Bettina is very warm and helpful. There was a delicious piece of cake waiting for me when I arrived. Bettina has good tips to discover the area. Recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Orte. Arturo was an excellent host - flexible, helpful and great, responsive communicator. Old towns are not always easy to navigate or access, but he made it easy for us with clear instructions and local advice for the train, bus, parking, etc. The apartment was charming and comfortable and the town itself is beautiful, surrounded by stunning locations and an amazing place to stay. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

We stayed with family for a weekend at Dylan's. The place is very peaceful, and the views and scenery are beautiful. Access by car was a little winding but it was the price to pay for this calm! Dylan was very welcoming and the comfortable apartment matches the photos. Recommended!

Such a perfect place to stay in Orvieto! Extremely centrally located (<5min walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go) and Barbara made it super easy to park, reserving a spot for us on arrival. Spotless, tons of new features and appliances, and I LOVED the sauna… I would give it 6/5 stars if I could!

Had a fantastic 3 night stay in Oxana’s apartment. We were met by Oxana’s partner Giulio at the car park who showed us to a parking space then took us to the apartment, oriented us and gave many recommendations of local restaurants (tried many and all were excellent ) and the sites to see in Orvieto. The 3rd floor apartment is super well equipped, very clean, quite large and stylish and has beautiful views of rooftops and surrounding countryside. This is a superb Airbnb.

Spacious, clean. Parking at Spoletosfera was convenient. Close to all the main tourist attractions.

Beautiful accommodation in the heart of the "Civita de Bagnoregio". There is a parking lot for €5 and the walk takes about 20 minutes to the central square. The apartment is super classy and well equipped. When you step out the door, you are right in the middle of the action, but it is quiet at night, as the visitors then leave the village. We recommend an early evening sunset walk, as everything is full of tourists in the morning. It was an indescribably beautiful experience and is definitely worth it - even for one night.

Really a good experience. The house is not far from the airport and the pool is really the added value with a comfortable poolside shower that helps if, as in our case, there are 6 of you. The house has two bathrooms, but in the house the actual shower is 1 (the other bathroom is more of an emergency treat not having curtains). The house is very spacious, the garden is well maintained and the owners are really nice. Good people. I hope to stay again in the future.

We spent a couple of weeks in this beautiful apartment a stone's throw away from stunning Todi. Franco, the very friendly owner, has transformed his childhood home tastefully into a spacious, cosy and immaculate guest house. The use of traditional Umbrian materials, the comfy beds, the chimney give the place a warm atmosphere which immediately makes you feel at home. We spent a lot of time in the large garden with picturesque views across the hilly landscape around Todi. The house is just below a provincial street which thankfully isn't very busy. It's a great base to explore large parts of Umbria, from Orvieto and Perugia to Trevi and Spoleto. Franco went out of his way to make our stay worthwhile - and he very much succeeded.

Small but very nice apartment, equipped with everything you need. Everything is clean and tidy. The host was very helpful, especially regarding check-in and check-out times.

The house is really nice and clean, in a convenient location within walking distance of downtown with easy parking. Riccardo was a perfect and very helpful host, a helpful guy, and he gave us a lot of advice on where to eat and what to do.

What do you say about the most perfect place imaginable? When we booked it, we knew it was special from the pictures. But to be there. To feel its immense history, picturesque scenery, and thoughtful touches throughout. Well, it’s the stuff that makes life worth living. Brass tacks wise — there’s really everything you could ever need right there in the space or nearby. Valeria is amazing — so much fun, so kind. We cannot recommend her pasta making class enough. We’ve been on a two week trip and unanimously agreed: it was the best thing the entire time. Go to Al Baciamano and Seven Cafe. You will not regret it. Bruno and Anna own the former and are so kind and welcoming. She also owns a shop right across from the Airbnb with unique Italian goods. Seven is like going to a Michelin restaurant but completely unpretentious. The brothers who own it are so passionate about food and wine. It really shows. We are so grateful for this experience — it’s impossible not to love it here!

The room is simply wonderful: very clean, with attention to detail and equipped with many amenities, including a fantastic hot tub that made the stay even more relaxing. The environment is cozy and tastefully decorated. A special thank you to the host, who was really kind, helpful and attentive to every need. A perfect place to unwind and feel pampered. We loved our stay at this cute cottage with beautiful views! We were kindly welcomed by Michele's sister. We got some fun tips to do in the area. The parents, who live in the yard, were ( just like the sister) very friendly, cheerful and helpful. They even washed clothes for us. Beds sleep well. All necessary items are provided. We would highly recommend Michele's property.

Pleasant stay. It doesn't have a kitchen, so you depend on the place's restaurant, which limits long stays. We stayed one night so it was perfect

the house is very clean and very welcoming with a magnificent hot tub for 2 on a panoramic window from which you can also see the famous MOAI statue. Luciana was very kind and provided us with a lot of useful information to best visit the area. the house is comfortable and equipped with everything even chargers on the nightstand. Vitorchiano, already beautiful in itself, is an excellent solution for visiting Bomarzo, the village of fairy tales, Celleno and its ghost village, all very interesting stops recommended by Luciana on the way to Civita di Bagnoregio, tips that we treasured and that made our stay even more interesting. highly recommended

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

The location of this apartment was a nice surprise since we thought we were going to be in the town of Spoleto (an error on the Airbnb website) but instead we stayed in an apartment within a historic building where we had spectacular views of the Umbrian countryside. The apartment was rustic and cozy, the views from the balcony were fantastic and the village was so quiet and serene. A nice bonus (even during the chilly autumn months) was having access to the jacuzzi located in the garden overlooking the valley. The welcome snack basket was a nice touch we certainly appreciated. The kitchen was fairly well equipped with a microwave, moka coffee maker and stove but there is no oven. There is a laundry room in the building which is accessible to guests. The house may not be suitable for people with limited mobility as there are a few flights of stairs to climb to get inside the unit and also to access the bedroom which is on a level above the living space (a loft like configuration).
