L’alloggio “il Cottage“ è un delizioso appartamentino di due camere che si trova proprio accanto alla fortezza (che lo rende ancora più suggestivo). Francesca e Aliek ci hanno accolti con gentilezza e professionalità, facendoci sentire come a casa nostra. Tutta la loro famiglia è stata molto carina e disponibile, inclusi cani, gatti e asinelli che sono stati per noi una compagnia inaspettata e molto gradevole. La fortezza si trova in un’area molto tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicino alle maggiori attrazioni turistiche dell’Umbria facilmente raggiungibili in auto, al massimo in un paio d’ore. Assolutamente consigliato sia per coppie che per famiglie, o semplicemente per persone che amano la tranquillità e la bellezza .

Talosta löytyy kaikki tarvittava usean päivän yöpymiseen. Kaiken kruunaa hieno uima-allas kukkulan päällä luonnon helmassa. Ympäristössä on paljon nähtävää ja koettavaa. Suosittelen käymään ainakin Orvietossa ja Monteleonessa, jotka ovat aivan lyhyen ajomatkan päässä!

Het huis en de omgeving zijn ongelofelijk prachtig! Leuk ook dat het zo rustig gelegen is. We genoten ook van de everzwijnen die we in de verte konden waarnemen. Alles is in het huis aanwezig om je een tof verblijf te bieden. Wel spijtig dat het douchegordijn en de keuken echt wel vuil waren. Voor de rest was alles prima schoon.

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

Casa ben oltre le aspettative, zona molto tranquilla, circondata da persone molto gentili. La casa in sé è molto meglio che nelle foto,molto Luminosa, la cucina offre tutti i comfort di cui si può avere bisogno, l area sala da pranzo comomoda e ampia, le camere da letto spaziosi, i bagni confortevoli e ben organizzati. Tutta la casa si presenta ben pulita e con l aggiunta di accessori come sapone, lavatrice, materiale per pulire, che rendono l'accoglienza come a casa. Raffaella è splendida, gentilissima, pronta ad aiutare e consigliare, subito reattiva nelle risposte e a venire incontro alle esigenze di tutti. Non dimentichiamo il bellisismo terrazzo e l ampio giardino fornito di una ampia piscina che ho avuto il piacere di poter provare. Fastello è una piccola frazione vicina a moltissime aree di cultura e a montegrotto che offre tutto. Inoltre la fermata del bus è a pochi passi. Alloggiare qui è stato un vero piacere.

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

We had a great stay at Anna's house. It was just as described, very beautiful and peaceful. Anna was very helpful during our stay, answering to all our questions quickly.

Wir, 6 Erwachsene und 3 kleine Kinder, haben heute ein kleines Paradies verlassen müssen. Nicoletta hat einen wunderschönen Ort geschaffen. Die Pflanzen im Garten, der schöne Pool, das liebevoll eingerichtete und geschmackvoll restaurierte Haus, einfach ein Genuss. In der großen Küche gab es alles was es für das tägliche Kochen für viele Personen braucht und der Essbereich draußen mit Blick auf die schöne Umgebung ist perfekt. Verschiedene Plätze mit Hängematten, eine Schaukel, eine Tischtennisplatte und viele Spiele und Bücher für die Kinder gab es auch. Wir haben gut in dieser Ruhe geschlafen, nachdem wir Glühwürmchen beobachtet haben, und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Nicoletta ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und in der Nähe wohnen Elena und ihre Familie, die sich um alles kümmern, wenn Nicoletta nicht da ist. Es blieb keine Frage unbeantwortet. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had wonderful stay at Casale Zeno. The pristine environment is exactly what we needed and the beautiful sceneries surrounding the property were divine. Jo and Tony are very friendly hosts and it was pleasure staying at their place. We really appreciate all the small details provided in the accommodation along with the super comfortable mattress and pillows. The house is a perfect base for exploring Orvieto and the fantastic region around it. We would happily come back and recommend it. Thank you for a magical stay!

Bellissima location immersa nella natura e nella tranquillità! Piscina funzionante come da nostra richiesta già dal 1* maggio con servizio di pulizia giornaliero! Ottimo lo staff che, per un problema elettrico, e’ prontamente intervenuto il la mattina successiva. Check-in check out flessibili

unser aufenthalt war einfach wunderschön! angefangen mit dem check-in, bei dem alles reibungslos geklappt hat, haben wir ursula und ihrem vater kennengelernt, die beiden sind wirklich super lieb. sie haben uns alles gut erklärt und wir haben uns direkt wohl und zuhause gefühlt. das haus liegt sehr versteckt, umgeben von einem riesigen haselnussfeld, feigen und andern bäumen. wir haben die ruhe sehr genossen, viel zeit am rießigem pool, oder auf der terrasse, mit grill und sogar pizzaofen verbracht. es ist einfach alles da, was man braucht. auch die ausstattung im haus war top gepflegt und blitzsauber. wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ❤️🇮🇹

La ubicació de la casa es absolutament fabulosa, al bell mig dels turons que envolten Todi, amb unes vistes esplèndides. L’apartament on ens vam allotjar és el núm 1, un dels 4 que l’anfitriona lloga dins de la seva propietat. L’espai interior està ben moblat i té tots els estris i comoditats necessàris per passar-hi dies. També té una terrassa privada encantadora per poder sopar a la fresca. Tot el conjunt de la casa està pensat per a la comoditat dels hostes, amb zona de barbacoa i chillout sota un porxo, un jardí molt ben cuidat, i una piscina ideal per banyar-s’hi després de voltar pels lloc d’interès propers un dia calorós d’estiu. Valoro molt especialment el projecte de paisatgisme que enllaça tots els espais exteriors de la casa amb l’entorn natural on està ubicada. La Christiane i la seva filla van ser molt afables i atentes. Hem passat molt bons dies i hi tornarem segur!

VERY rural location,which we loved,but if you are not used to country living and driving on country roads,the location could be intimidating.We were there in April,too early to be able to use the pool,but we did use the charcoal grill and ate outside several times. The surroundings are spectacular and you can hike up to the charming town of Civitella D'Agliano. There are grocery stores available as well as several pizzerias.We used it as a base for day trips to Umbria and Tuscany. We had a lovely 12 days here!

Marge är en mycket bra och trevlig värdinna! Hon håller hög service och är mycket hjälpsam. Villa Nike är mycket trivsamt och vackert beläget. Utsikten är fantastisk! Uteplatsen där man kan äta middag på kvällarna är upphöjd. Det gjorde att vi inte hade några problem med mygg/knott. Vi kunde sitta ute varje kväll. Det finns flera olika sittgrupper i trädgården. Man kan verkligen njuta. Huset är charmigt inrett. Poolen väldigt fräsch!

Casa Mimosa is absolutely amazing place, surrounded by nature, very peacefull and with a stunning view! Apartment itself is kept up to the highest standards- extremely clean, functioning and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Little touches like hand made soap, bread and olive oil, selection of tea bags and a kettle, water in the fridge or cereals and milk for the breakfast made us feel spoiled and very looked after. Teresa is more like a friend than a host. She is very knowledgeable about the area and will give you tips and recommendations at any time. We loved talking with her about pretty much everything. At the same time she is very discreet and attentive. There is so much more I could say about her and Casa Mimosa... An absolute paradise! And of course cannot forget about Penny the dog- officially my husband's best friend and her new boyfriend😅

Fantastic place and fantastic hosts. We spent a month here with our baby and it could not have been better. Pietro and Christina are friendly, helpful and warm. Strongly recommend to those who are looking for a peaceful and charming place in the middle of Umbria

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

We felt mesmerized by the beauty of the location. The surroundings were very beautiful and also the inside of the house was so well taken care of. It is even more beautiful than in the pictures and clean. Also for kids there was enough to do. Our 10y/o son could enjoy the swimming pool, lay in the hammock and play with the 2 cutest dogs. The host Monika was very friendly. She explained about where to visit, what restaurants were good, etc. She also was helpful in making reservations for us. Pomantello lays quite remote, but we loved it so much. It was definitely a place where we could relax. There was so much to explore in the near surroundings like Orvieto, the Bolsena lake and it's nearby cities and villages. The medieval cities on the tuff mountains are so beautiful and the views are stunning. Also the locals are very friendly and helpful. We definitely like to come back one day!

This villa was just perfect for us for a delightful late August week. The view from the pool never grew old, just breathtaking rolling Umbrian countryside. A lovely quiet location, with loads of great Agritourism eateries nearby, and the delightful town of Narni a short drive away. The local host was great at ensuring our stay was perfect, giving us some great local recommendations. Plenty of space, effective air conditioning and comfortable beds - always important for us.

Maison conforme aux photos, très calme avec une jolie vue. Elle est située le long d’une route peu fréquentée, et à proximité d’un stand de tir (à noter pour les plus sensibles au bruit). La piscine est impeccable et très bien entretenue, et la cuisine est parfaitement équipée. Paolo a été très réactif tout au long du séjour, et suite à notre demande, il nous a rapidement fourni des ustensiles pour le barbecue. Un excellent séjour dans l’ensemble !
