There are two apartments, each of which consists of: entrance hall with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with single beds, bedroom with double bed plus single and private garden. Each of the two apartments has a 12,000 btu air conditioner placed in the hallway, so the air conditioning cools the whole house, not the individual rooms.
