Cà di Mutti is a 17th-century house located on a hillside in an isolated position, nestled against the forest. The house has been fully renovated with modern finishes and designer furniture while preserving the original stone structure. It features a large garden with a patio, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxation, along with a spacious fire pit. For hiking enthusiasts, the main trails for excursions start right from the house. Accessible via a paved road. Ideal for those seeking peace.

The flat is located in the city center of Busseto and has just been completely renovated. It is divided into 2 floors and consists of kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Busseto is known throughout the world for being the hometown of Giuseppe Verdi and is the perfect starting point for visiting Verdi's places and for a vist of the production area of Parmigiano Reggiano and Parma Ham. It is about 20 minutes drive from Fidenza Village, 30 minutes from Piacenza, Cremona and Parma.

Our house was renovated in 2013, is 5 minutes from Varsi in the province of Parma, 15 minutes from Bardi (famous for its majestic castle), 15 minutes from Varano de Melegari (where the Paletti racetrack is located), 25 minutes from Fornovo di Taro (where there is a highway tollbooth) and 50 km from the city of Parma and Borgo Val di Taro.

Renovated while maintaining the wood and local stones, you will find a large living room with kitchen with wood-burning stove and a bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking or cycling; a few kilometers from Val Trebbia and Val Luretta. Your pet is welcome and the entire apartment is accessible and equipped for the disabled.

Bright apartment, located on the third and last floor without elevator, of a building in the heart of the historic center a few steps from Piazza Garibaldi and the Pilotta, convenient to all services. The apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The house has a double bed and a sofa bed, for two people only the double bed will be prepared (to have two separate beds there is a supplement of 5 euros).
