A large and spacious house, all air-conditioned in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The host is very kind, ready to help. A place worth recommending. Comfortable beds, fresh clean linens. Everything you need in the kitchen. Garden with a terrace to relax. We highly recommend!:)

Beautiful, airy, and fresh vacation home, complete with everything.

We liked it very much! The house is super equipped (kitchen utensils, towels, sheets, etc.,), the children could play well outside, even toys were provided by Walter and his family. We were warmly welcomed, a gift basket with treats was ready and we were even able to check in a little earlier which made it easier for us. The very nice spacious beach was for us with the children in about 15 minutes walking. A supermarket can be reached a few minutes by car, the shop at the campsite also has a small selection for urgent purchases. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime!

Fred and Ioanna welcomed us into their accommodation with extreme kindness, helpfulness and at the same time discretion, making us feel comfortable at all times. The location of the house is fantastic and the large outdoor terrace, covered, which we were able to take advantage of for all our meals and relaxation at home is superlative. The sleeping spaces are spacious, fresh and well equipped. Everything really nice, cozy and relaxing. In the village, not far away, there is a small but well-stocked CRAI supermarket with reasonable prices, the beach of Porto Alabe is excellent and from Tresnuraghes you can also make many nice trips inland. Definitely a great place, highly recommended and I wish Fred and Ioanna all the best for their Sardaigne au Naturel project!

Beautiful apartment with lots of space and everything you'd need to go explore the lovely town of Bosa.

Federico came to house to meet us which was nice. His partner Dori speaks perfect English and kindly supplied instructions in english. She was very responsive and extremely helpful recommending restaurants and places to visit. We both really enjoyed our stay at Sea Land. We loved sitting outside under on the veranda in the shade and it was so peaceful. Only a short walk to the beach and a restaurant and bar was just along the beach. Putzu Ido is a small quiet place which is what we really liked. Thank you for all the food and drinks left for us to keep us going until we went to the shops. The house was very well equipped and we felt at home.

The place is really quiet with amazing view. Well placed from Bosa or Magomadas beach. The communication with Ignazio was easy with lot of advice for hike, restaurant..

We stayed in Marco's villa and it was very pleasant for me, my husband and our 3-year-old daughter. The villa is equipped with everything you need to stay in comfort. Spacious and very clean. Right in front of the house is the beach that offers incredible views. Marco was a super host, very kind, helpful and gave us a great welcome by providing us with cold drinks upon our arrival. Flexible and easy check-in and check-out. We recommend it for this stay.

This house was so beautiful, peaceful and as shown in pictures, truly breathtaking views. We did spend most of the 4 days at the Airbnb and went to local walkable restaurants for drinks as the drive in and out is cliff side and could be quite dicey so didn’t feel comfortable driving late at night. This felt like an off the grid spot, so tranquil and peaceful. Alberto and his mother were great hosts, responsive and accommodating. We did have an issue with the shower and gas bottle but they were quick to resolve. If you are planning on staying here you have to come with all of your groceries as this house is quite secluded and with drive in and out you might end up staying close to the house. We had beautiful home cooked dinners and charcuterie boards with local produce and enjoyed sunset drinks and spectacular sunrises with beautiful local walks.

We were in the house with 2 families (4 adults and 4 children). We enjoyed it very much. The sea is right next door, it's so beautiful. At the house, the terrace and the barbecue area are to be highlighted. Inside the house, everything is also good. The host was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again.

We were very happy with the apartment. The location at Oristano and Capras offers many opportunities for good restaurants and was a starting point for many excursions in the area. We will be back!

Great house, very comfortable bedrooms, each with air conditioning and fan, super equipped kitchen and large living room with dining area. We liked the huge garden, the shaded terrace and the pool the most!!! The garden is well fenced and our dog also used it. We spent a lot of time outside! A quiet town, a quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors over the fence. Claudia, the person contacting us, is nice and helpful. Beautiful beaches in the area! A wonderful region of Sardinia. Attention!⚠️ Be careful of messages from whats... regarding the confirmation of your stay and providing payment card details after making the payment, if they are not from Airbnb, they are fake!!!!! Someone is trying to steal your money by citing a booking confirmation and a micro-payment for the amount of the booking that is supposed to be returned after a few minutes. Be careful!
