Beautiful house, very nicely decorated. Because we have a large car, we could not park up to the house (very narrow street), but we happily walked back and forth a few times with our luggage. The house is right in the center of a cozy town, with a bar for morning cappuccino nearby :). Carlo was a thoughtful and pleasant host.

Beautiful detached cottage in the middle of a spacious garden. Very quiet location, but Orosei and the beaches are a 5-minute drive away. The house has beautiful outdoor showers to refresh and a gorgeous seating area with outdoor kitchen. Highlighted are the kindness and support of hosts. We arrived at the car with a tire damage and Massimo took care of a workshop and everything else right away. Congratulations to our hosts for this. The hosts were always available and helped us with everything. Once the gas bottle for the stove was all, we informed Maria and for 10 minutes Massimo was already in front of the door with a new gas bottle. Great. The only downside: the hosts can't help it, but every neighboring property felt at least one dog. Unfortunately, these dogs sometimes bark all night, so you can only sleep with the windows closed.

Good stay, The apartment must be very nice in the middle of summer! We lacked a little natural light, which is sought after when it's very hot.

Riccardo was a very welcoming and helpful host, Gergei is an incredibly beautiful town and the apartment exceeded expectations. Can also highly recommend dinner at Domu Antiga which is run by Riccardo and his family, where we had a delicious and traditional home cooked meal in the most stunning garden.

If you are looking for a peaceful spot in Sardinia, this is the absolute best. The house is brand new and in the middle of the vineyard. Beds are very comfortable. The bathroom are perfect. And the kitchen is fully furnished. Stefano made some great restaurant recommendations. We especially enjoyed Lollovers.

If you’re heading to Sardegna, I highly recommend Sergio’s place. It is in a great area right near the port, with a beautiful view, and access to everything by foot. Having coffee in the morning on the balcony watching everyone take their morning dip was a highlight of my stay. The restaurants recommended were delicious. The pistachio gelato downstairs was a tasty end to the night. We also enjoyed a boat excursion with the grotte. It was such a nice day hopping around to all the different beaches. Thank you for such a lovely stay! I hope to come back again!

Beautiful place, beautiful house! I absolutely recommend it and I'll be back! Especially for those with dogs, the beach fifty meters away is rocky and perfect! Because you can stay with dogs without problems!

Lorenzo’s home was fabulous! Right on the beach with a fantastic large patio area outside in the garden. The pictures do not show how truly beautiful the space is. Lorenzo is an exceptional host as he helped us figure out how to pay a parking ticket we had received. This is a great home for families.

We loved staying at Valentina’s place. It’s very comfortable and located within walking distance of marina and a lot of restaurants. A couple supermarkets are a couple minutes drive. Parking was always easy to find right in front of the place. It has partial view of the sea right from the patio. Valentina was super responsive and responding to messages within minutes. There is an AC in leaving room but not in bedrooms. But with fans we made it work and cooled down the place enough to sleep. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking breakfast. Overall a great place to stay in S Maria N. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you! Overall

The hosts were great, knew we were arriving early so kindly got in touch as soon as we coukd get in. Quickly responded to any questions we had, good recommendations for ice cream!

The appartement was wonderful. It is more spacious than it looks on the pictures, so we were pleasantly surprised. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom also clean. We would definitely recommend staying at Alexandra’s place when visiting Baunei.

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

Rosarias place is spacious, full of light and in the centre of town- great location and a great town. Has a lovely balcony for meals and all you need to enjoy your stay. We loved it.

Very clean and stylish apartment in a marine style, everything is neat and in working condition. We would like to highlight the soft bed, comfortable pillows and window screens that allow you to sleep comfortably with the window open. The terrace is great, and the swing enchanted the child. Walking distance to the port is up to 15 minutes, to restaurants 5-10 minutes with delicious ice cream, as well as a park, supermarket up to 5 minutes. Patricia provided additional necessary things for rest and gave recommendations where to spend time in Santa Maria. A place where you want to return.

We had a lovely stay in Cala Liberatto. Eleonora let us check in earlier upon arrival with a short notice which was very appreciated. The condo is only a few minutes to the beach which is great! :) Minor note: There was not much natural light into the apartment (which might be nice on hotter summer days). But the hosts were very kind & responsive so thank you again!

Great little spot up in the hills of Santa Maria, extremely clean, high quality and very welcoming hosts.

Great welcome from Carla. Very large and very well-equipped apartment in an authentic Sardinian house, completely renovated. Total freedom to access the apartment and nearby parking. Carla provides parasols and bath towels; the magnificent beaches are 40 minutes away by car. Great stay.

This was an AMAZING stay! The town of Orosei is full of great restaurants and shops. This was a great spot for us because we rented a boat to explore the gulf of Orosei. It was a central location for multiple dinghy rentals. Free parking on site and on the street just outside of the driveway was refreshing. Domenico was super fast with responses and got us anything we needed. Thanks so much for the great hosting!

Had the most fabulous stay at Valentina’s! She was a fantastic host with exceptional communication. Especially impressed with all the local recommendations. Very peaceful place to stay. Clean, great location and plenty of useful items for our stay (beach towels yay!). Incredible scenery! Great hiking nearby and cruising along the coast is a must! I hope I will be back again. Everyone must visit!
