Very impressed with Vix's accommodation and the hotel was fantastic. Great surrounding, very friendly staff and great food. I have no problem in recommending this resort to friends and family. We will certainly be back.

Et vakkert hus i fantastisk landlige omgivelser. Dette er det perfekte huset for de som ønsker fred og ro. Verten Giampiero er en utrolig omgjengelig kar som ønsker å gi den beste opplevelsen når man bor i huset hans. Han svarer raskt og fikser det som trengs. Det eneste jeg har å utsette på oppholdet var at det ikke fremgikk av annonsen av at det var et eksternt anneks med 2 sengeplasser. Dette annekset burde oppgraderes grunnet et ganske omfattende fuktproblem. I tillegg fikk dessverre av 8 pers ørebetennelse den første uken grunnet for dårlig vannkvalitet i bassenget. Alt i alt var det likevel et fantastisk opphold der Gianpiero virkelig gjorde alt han kunne for at vi skulle trives.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Marco und seiner Frau. Die Villa ist wunderschön. Marco kümmert sich sofort wenn man etwas braucht. Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen! 😊Marco hat uns viele Sehenswürdigkeiten empfohlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ☺️

Location incantevole e alloggio che permette di rilassarsi in mezzo alla natura. L'alloggio è dotato di ogni comfort e l'host disponibile ogni qual volta doveste averne bisogno. Il posto è un paradiso e risulta perfetto a chi cerca relax e benessere con viste mozzafiato. Ovviamente spostandosi in auto o si possono raggiungere, con viaggi di circa 20-60 minuti circa, le migliori località marchigiane e vivere le bellezze di questa magnifica regione. L'accesso alla struttura risulta a un po' scomodo e impervio ma basta guidare piano e fare attenzione soprattutto se non avete un'auto alta come nel mio caso. In ogni caso questo non ha pregiudicato la qualità di una delle vacanze più belle che abbia mai fatto, quindi posso dire che l'esperienza è stata assolutamente magnifica tanto che, se solo avessi più tempo, la ripeterei anche domani. Godetevi questo magnifico posto e complimenti all'host! W LE MARCHE!

Splendida casa allestita con molta cura, dal salone con la cucina molto attrezzata, al terrazzo che domina sulla piscina con la meravigliosa vista. Un grazie a Maria e Gianfilippo, molto discreti e disponibili all'occorrenza.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

Das Haus ist sehr charmant und die Alleinlage bietet viel Privatsphäre und Platz für unsere laut spielenden Kinder. Die Anzahl an Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten draußen ist super. Der Salzwasser Pool super schön und angenehm . Zum Richtig Schwimmen reicht er nicht, eher planschen und erfrischen. Das Haus ist was besonderes, die Einrichtung zweckmäßig. Für ganz kleine Kinder mit der Empore im Kinderzimmer und den Stufen schwierig. Unser jüngster ist 4, da war das kein Problem. Die Terasse ist super zum zusammensitzen! Toller Blick! Die Straße ist deutlich hörbar, das darf einen nicht stören. Verbesserungspotential gibts ganz wenig…bei der Küchenausstattung. (Scharfe Messer/Anzahl Schneidebretter,..) Und paar mehr Mückengitter. Ein paar fenster haben welche, Terassentür und Bäder leider nicht. Wir waren viel zu kurz da um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Man kann sich bestimmt eine Woche gut beschäftigen mit Strandausflügen, Burgen, Städchen anschauen, Fernando kennt sich aus und hat viele Tipps!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. La vue depuis les terrasses est magnifique et dès le mois de mai nous avons pu petit déjeuner, déjeuner et diner dehors. L'appartement est un peu vieillot mais parfait pour 2 personnes. Attention l'escalier en colimaçon qui mène à la chambre est assez raide et l'accès en voiture n'est pas très simple. Parfois de la terrasse on entend la route assez passante mais ce n'est pas du tout génant à l'interieur de la maison. Poalo est un hôte très agréable, gentil et réactif qui a su parfaitement répondre à nos demandes même si son anglais est basique. Il a été très souple pour les horaires d'arriver et de départ.

Famille très chaleureuse et disponible… fabio et Lucia sont très réactifs et ils donnent des supers idées d activités à faire dans la zone! Le logement possède une très chouette piscine, environnement très au calme. Maison dans le style rustique italien avec les équipements nécessaires. Idéal pour les voyageurs qui aiment la nature, le village de Sarnano présent à côté de la maison est très mignon, chouette glacier, bar pour les apéros et restaurants…

Loved my time in Fabriano- the unit is spacious right outside is a flowing river and you are close to main square as market- 15 min walk to train station- Loved that she had all the amenities you would need and just so Pleasent great light!

Sehr gute Lage mit Ausblick auf das Meer. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf der Terrasse und am Strand verbracht. Für uns sollte es auch ein reiner Strandurlaub werden, was auch super gelungen ist. Auf der Terrasse hatten wir den ganzen Tag Sonne. Die Außenbeleuchtung der Wohnung, die Zimmer, die offene helle Küche und die Terrasse waren schon etwas besonderes. Einfach gesagt, wir haben uns sehr wohl und zufrieden gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist zum entspannen wirklich zu empfehlen!

l'alloggio organizzato e pulito. c'è tutto quello che serve per una sosta o una vacanza. Climatizzato perfettamente. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Mimma e Miky ottimi padroni di casa. A beautiful villa with fabulous views and spectacular sunsets. Everything had been well thought out and the villa was really well equipped, comfortable and homely. Daniela was a great host and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The area was quiet and tranquil and also within easy reach of areas of interest. We went climbing and hiking in the spectacular natural park, drank coffee in the pretty square of San Ginesio, visited unique small Italian villages and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The pizza oven and the bbq were brilliant and we loved the outdoor kitchen. We had a great family holiday and would thoroughly recomemend a stay at this villa.

Abbiamo passato una piacevolissima settimana nell'appartamento di Casa Carotondo:sobrio, curato, dotato di tutti i comfort, è perfetto per godere una vacanza all'insegna del riposo. Il terrazzo ed il meraviglioso giardino che circonde la casa sono un regalo per il cuore e la mente, invitano a fermarsi a contemplare il profilo calmo dei monti che si offre alla nostra vista. La guida della casa che abbiamo trovato nell'appartamento racchiude, oltre ad informazioni pratiche su servizi e commerci locali, un insieme di suggestioni circa i numerosi centri di interesse nei dintorni . Dal suo canto Rob è stato molto disponibile e ci ha indicato alcune belle passeggiate da fare nei monti Sibillini. Il nostro soggiorno. ahimé troppo breve, ci rimarrà impresso e conserveremo il ricordo di un luogo di pace ed armonia. Grazie a Rob e Vanessa per questo bellissimo posto . Aline e Giancarlo

If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern für zwei Wochen bei Graham und bräuchten eigentlich nur ein Wort um zu beschreiben wie der Urlaub für uns war: PERFEKT ! Graham ist mehr als nur ein guter Gastgeber, er ist empathisch, klug und hilft sofort, wenn nötig. Das Haus und der Garten sind ein Traum und der Naturpool wurde von uns täglich genutzt. Es ist toll, bei der Hitze immer eine Möglichkeit zu haben in kühles Wasser zu springen ( das Meer war wesentlich wärmer). Die Häuser haben Stil, sind liebevoll, persönlich und in wunderschönen Farben eingerichtet. Wir haben den Urlaub so sehr genossen, dass wir wieder kommen werden. Auch die Umgebung ist ein Traum, ein toller türkisfarbener Bergsee in 35 Minuten zu erreichen und ein genial leerer Strand in gleicher Entfernung. Wir wollen zurück !!! Danke an Graham und seine wunderbare Familie, inklusive Siggi dem Hund !

pam and alex‘s home is by far the most astonishing air- bnb experience you can get! the house is to find over the „le marche“ hills around filottrano with an amazing view in a secluded location, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. the breathtaking sunsets, the calmness, the quiet surrounding eases the mind and has given us full relaxation. we (3 adults, one 11 year old , one baby) especially enjoyed the pool time and you can easily stay around the house for days without ever being bored. Yet if so, the area provides the stunning conero beaches, pretty villages, amazing food and a countryside you can hike, ride your bike etc. pam and alex are the loveliest hosts, they help you with any questions, provide a „what to do, what to see“ sheet and are very discret at the same time. A place to fall in love with - we sure come back!

Eravamo in quattro coppie . Abbiamo trascorso uno splendido soggiorno. La casa è molto bella, dotata di tutti i comfort, ha un bellissimo spazio esterno , dove si può anche mangiare. La vista è spettacolare. Unica cosa negativa è che l’annuncio non era molto chiaro nel dire che il bagno della camera superiore, non è dotato di doccia

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het huisje. Het was een ruim en simpel huisje. Het zwembad is echt prachtig. Je kijkt vanuit het huisje op Macerata. Fijn plekje, we hebben 3 heerlijke weken gehad.

Una settimana di vero relax! La casa è molto accogliente, familiare e super fornita. Il luogo è meraviglioso! Farsi il bagno con vista monti Sibillini, impareggiabile! Ottima location per staccare da tutto. Caterina molto disponibile e flessibile. Vorremo tornare sicuramente nel periodo di fioritura dei girasoli! Super consigliata!

Judith’s Italian home far exceeded my expectations. The surrounding fields of sunflowers, barley, grapes and more are indescribable. The 5 bedrooms in the main house are all upstairs and each has a private bathroom. There is also a downstairs bathroom. Everything was charming, clean, comfortable and decorated as if it were truly a home. The casita has 2 rather small bedrooms upstairs with no attached bathroom, but they were clean and comfortable. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs in the casita. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the outdoor bbq was great, as was the retractable sunshade and swimming pool. Steps are required to get to the bedrooms, which was an issue for my 90 year old parents, but not for any of the other 10 of us; and there are a couple of low beams which can easily be avoided. Judith and Maja were promptly responsive to a couple of minor issues and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Italian countryside!
