Very impressed with Vix's accommodation and the hotel was fantastic. Great surrounding, very friendly staff and great food. I have no problem in recommending this resort to friends and family. We will certainly be back.

A beautiful house in stunning rural surroundings. This is the perfect house for those who want peace and quiet. Host Giampiero is an incredibly sociable guy who wants to provide the best experience when staying in his house. He responds quickly and fixes what's needed. The only thing I have to postpone on my stay was that it wasn't clear from the listing that there was an external annex with 2 beds. This annex should be upgraded due to a fairly extensive moisture issue. In addition, unfortunately, 8 persons received ear infection during the first week due to poor water quality in the pool. Overall, though, it was an amazing stay where Gianpiero really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Stunning hosting from Marco, he met with us to learn our preferences and then spent time to suggest tailored activities which were all superb. Lovely very quiet location with stunning views. Well designed villa with everything you need.

Francesco and Rosalba were very kind and very easy to get along with when we arrived. Rosalba gave us a lot of useful tips on what to visit in the area and where to find typical products. The accommodation met our expectations and the spectacular view that can be enjoyed from the garden really enchanted us. Having breakfast and dinner with the view and the spectacle of the mountains in front of us was wonderful. We left early in the morning and we couldn't say goodbye to Rosalba and Francesco, but we will definitely be happy to return.

Beautiful house set up with a lot of care, from the living room with a well-equipped kitchen, to the terrace overlooking the pool with the wonderful view. Thanks to Maria and Gianfilippo, very discreet and available if needed.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

The house is very charming and the secluded location offers plenty of privacy and space for our loudly playing children. The number of loungers and seating outside is great. The saltwater pool is super nice and pleasant . It is not enough for proper swimming, rather splashing and refreshing. The house is special, the decor is functional. For very small children with the gallery in the children's room and the steps difficult. Our youngest is 4, that wasn't a problem. The terrace is great for sitting together! Great view! The road is clearly audible, which should not bother you. There is very little room for improvement...with the kitchen equipment. (Sharp knife/number of cutting boards,..) And a few more mosquito nets. Unfortunately, a few windows do not have a terrace door and bathrooms. We were far too short to explore the surrounding area. You can certainly spend a week busy with beach excursions, looking at castles, towns, Fernando knows and has lots of tips!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay! The place is exactly as described — actually even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The surrounding nature is stunning, the bed was very comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. We even managed to enjoy a nice barbecue! I truly couldn’t recommend this place more — it’s absolutely magical. Check-in was super smooth, and the host was perfect: not intrusive or anxious at all (which has happened to me before elsewhere). Everything went perfectly. Thank you so much!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

The listing is as described. The view from the terraces is magnificent and from May we were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. The apartment is a little old but perfect for 2 people. Please note that the spiral staircase that leads to the bedroom is quite steep and access by car is not very easy. Sometimes from the terrace you can hear the busy road but it's not at all annoying inside the house. Poalo is a very nice, kind and responsive host who was able to perfectly respond to our requests even though his English is basic. He was very flexible for check-in and checkout times.

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend staying here! ♥️♥️

Loved my time in Fabriano- the unit is spacious right outside is a flowing river and you are close to main square as market- 15 min walk to train station- Loved that she had all the amenities you would need and just so Pleasent great light!

A beautiful villa with fabulous views and spectacular sunsets. Everything had been well thought out and the villa was really well equipped, comfortable and homely. Daniela was a great host and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The area was quiet and tranquil and also within easy reach of areas of interest. We went climbing and hiking in the spectacular natural park, drank coffee in the pretty square of San Ginesio, visited unique small Italian villages and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The pizza oven and the bbq were brilliant and we loved the outdoor kitchen. We had a great family holiday and would thoroughly recomemend a stay at this villa.

We spent a very pleasant week in Casa Carotondo's apartment: sober, cared for, equipped with all comforts, it is perfect to enjoy a holiday full of rest. The terrace and the wonderful garden that surrounds the house are a gift to the heart and mind, they invite you to stop to contemplate the calm profile of the mountains that is offered to our view. The house guide we found in the apartment contains, in addition to practical information about local services and shops, a set of suggestions about the many centers of interest nearby . For his part, Rob was very helpful and showed us some nice walks to do in the Sibillini mountains. Our stay. If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

Excellent typical heart-shaped grandmother's cake that we found on our arrival, excellent mulled wine, fantastic swimming pool, the rooster's alarm clock led us every morning to a rural and relaxing life... a breathtaking view of the village and mountains and a spectacular orchard. We loved our stay in Le Marche. It’s an unbelievably beautiful region. There’s really everything for everyone here—country side, historical towns, and beaches all within 30 minutes drive. Graham was a phenomenal host—knowledgeable and friendly with amazing recommendations. His place was a great stay for our family with 2 kids. Tons of space in a renovated farmhouse. Make sure to inquire about home cooked meals Al Fresco, overlooking the beautiful views and drinking wine from the vineyard across the valley. Truly unforgettable!

We had a wonderful time in the cottage. It was a spacious and simple cottage. The pool is really lovely. You are looking at Macerata from the cottage. Nice place, we had 3 wonderful weeks.

A week of true relaxation! The house is very cozy, familiar and super stocked. The place is wonderful! Take a bathroom with Sibillini mountain views, unparalleled! Great location to get away from it all. Caterina is very available and flexible. We will definitely want to return during the sunflower flowering period! Highly recommended!

Judith’s Italian home far exceeded my expectations. The surrounding fields of sunflowers, barley, grapes and more are indescribable. The 5 bedrooms in the main house are all upstairs and each has a private bathroom. There is also a downstairs bathroom. Everything was charming, clean, comfortable and decorated as if it were truly a home. The casita has 2 rather small bedrooms upstairs with no attached bathroom, but they were clean and comfortable. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs in the casita. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the outdoor bbq was great, as was the retractable sunshade and swimming pool. Steps are required to get to the bedrooms, which was an issue for my 90 year old parents, but not for any of the other 10 of us; and there are a couple of low beams which can easily be avoided. Judith and Maja were promptly responsive to a couple of minor issues and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Italian countryside!
