Non potevamo chiedere di meglio! La sistemazione è stata semplicemente fantastica: una porzione di villa fronte mare, curata con semplicità, pulitissima e super attrezzata. Nota di merito assoluta al dehors: uno spazio impagabile immerso nella macchia mediterranea, con una vista sul mare che lascia senza fiato. Giorgia è stata disponibilissima e molto flessibile, rendendo tutto ancora più piacevole. Una vera sorpresa… e una certezza per il futuro: torneremo sicuramente!

Eine besondere Unterkunft, nicht das Übliche. Du hast das Gefühl zu Gast in einem Museum zu sein. Das Haus ist liebevoll dekoriert, der Geist der Architekten ist überall zu spüren. Die Lage des Hauses ist sensationell mit einem einzigartigen Ausblick auf das Meer. Romana hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt, ein toller Service. Sie hat rasch auf Fragen geantwortet und die Rückfahrt nach Rom zum Flughafen mit dem Taxi organisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

il soggiorno da Titina è stato davvero fantastico. il nostro appartamento aveva tutto il necessario ed era dotato di un magnifico terrazzo privato con una bellissima vista dove mangiare o godersi un bel tramonto. la zona è molto silenziosa e servita dal bus che percorre tutta l'isola e porta in meno di mezz'ora al porto. Titina è stata molto disponibile con gli orari di check-in e check-out e ci ha dato consigli su spiagge e attività. Consigliato per chi non ama stare in mezzo alla confusione e preferisce godersi le bellezze di Ponza!

We stayed for the time we booked and liked it so much we asked to stay for an extra few days! Well-appointed house in beautiful, relaxing surroundings. Lovely outside pagada to enjoy! Everything we could have needed was in the house! Plenty of local shops and facilities, with a train station to Rome about a 10-minute walk away. Mauro and Vladimira were perfect hosts. I always felt they were available to help, whilst always respecting our privacy. Vladimira kindly inquired about allergies, etc., and upon discovering that my wife prefers a low-gluten, low-dairy diet, very kindly bought gluten-free pasta and breakfast goods for us to enjoy, as well as dairy-free milk, so we could have a cup of tea upon arrival. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this Airbnb for a visit to the Rome area. There's a lot to see in the area, and Anzio/Nettuno are lovely, while Rome is easily accessible. The perfect blend! Thank you for everything, Mauro and Vladimira, and not forgetting, Mandy the cat!

The host Patrizia is awesome. The place was serene, relaxing and homey! We loved that it has a chapel where guests can pray and meditate.

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der ultra schönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles für eine ruhige Auszeit. Das Dorf ist wunderschön und es gibt ein leckeres Restaurant, einen kleinen Einkaufsladen und eine tolle Bar.

It was a really lovely place. Arianna even cared for our Baby with a Special Chair/bed/bathtub. perfekt for us!

Thank you for a great place to stay in Terracina. The apartment had everything we needed and a magnificent view over the ocean. We also appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the host. We would stay here again!

Ampio e pulitissimo appartamento con bellissima terrazza vista mare. Se dovessimo tornare a Gaeta, sicuramente torneremo qui!

Lovely stay in the centre of Gaeta on Via dell’Indipendenza which is a beautiful little street with shops, fresh fruit, bakeries. You must try the Gaeta olives! The location is close to public transport and in the centre of everything, not too far to the beach, medievale Gaeta and the marina is right around the corner with a lovely bar called Tide bar. Gianpaolo’s son Lorenzo was there to check us in and was very helpful and friendly to let us check out later which we really appreciated! The studio is very small but well equipped, with a washing machine, coffee machine, smart TV, lots of fresh towels, kitchen area. Everything was exceptionally clean. The only thing to note is that tall people may find this apartment challenging as there are low ceilings, both climbing up the steps in the building and then the bathroom and bedroom (attic) ceilings are low. We had a lovely stay and Gaeta is beautiful! Thank you Gianpaolo and Lorenzo!

I stay at Arturo's place frequently. There is such a warm welcome and the location is perfect for Cassino town centre, shopping and railway station. The terrace is a large enjoyable space. Beds are very comfortable. Its secure and safe. Arturo is a great host; comunication with him is easy and response times are excellent.

Mariapaola è stata gentilissima e velocissima nel rispondere, mi ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per aprire l appartamento che si trova in una zona ricca di attività vicino al centro di Latina ed è molto grande e pieno di tutto. Dalla cucina all utilissima lavatrice. Mi ha fornito indicazioni sul dove mangiare fuori. Consigliatissima

Norman e la sua famiglia sono stati eccezionali! Hanno sempre risposto immediatamente con gentilezza e in maniera accomodante a tutte le nostre richieste. La casa è molto bella, ben arredata con due balconi di cui uno con vista mare e ha veramente tutto ciò di ciò si ha bisogno (Lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro da tiro, phon, macchina per il caffè nespresso con cialde, asciugamani, accappatoi, lenzuola, bel divano, poltrona, due tv con tv in streaming gratuita, ottimo wifi, ripostiglio, ascensore, due bagni, armadi con stampelle in abbondanza, scarpiere, scrivania in cameretta, aria condizionata in tutta casa etc etc) È molto vicina alla spiaggia e anche ad agosto si riesce a trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze (liberi o a pagamento). Se avremo ancora intenzione di passare le nostre vacanze a Terracina sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta!

Vacanza breve ma indimenticabile. Ottima sistemazione. Visitato posti splendidi sia Nemi, che è un confettino, che i dintorni del lado di Nemi con Genzano e il lago Albano con Ariccia, Castel Gandolfo. Siamo stati anche a Tivoli in una mezz'oretta circa a visitare Villa Adriana e Villa d'Este - FANTASTICHE. Ottima cena al Ristorante Le Colombe consigliato da Matteo, così come la colazione al Byron Bar. E per finire, senza saperlo, abbiamo vissuto la celebrazione dei 100 anni della Sagra delle Fragole. INDIMENTICABILE ESPLOSIONE DI GIOIA- Complimenti agli organizzatori. Anche da parte dei miei compagni, anzi compagne di viaggio, un grazie di tutto, è andato tutto alla perfezione. E...sicuramente faremo un pensierino per ritornarci dove la natura, la bellezza, i colori e la cordialità della gente del posto, "esplodono" a 360 gradi. Bello Bello Bello. L’appartamento è molto pulito e assolutamente come in foto, Giuseppe è stato davvero tanto disponibile, presente, attento a tutti i dettagli per farti avere l’esperienza, la coccola, di casa tua ma in vacanza. Addormentarsi e svegliarsi con il rumore del mare rende tutto spettacolare, l’unica nota dolente è stata dover andar via! Torneremo sicuramente, un pensiero anche per Daniel che ci ha aiutato con lettini e ombrellone, gentilissimo anche lui, sempre molto disponibile. Consigliato assolutamente.

Lucilla has a beautiful property. The photos in the ad don’t do the view from the balcony justice! Lucilla responded quickly every time we reached out. She keeps the place spotless and the apartment is very well equipped. Lucilla’s restaurant & gelato recommendations in the area were fantastic. Would book again in a heartbeat.

fin dalla prima occhiata c'è piaciuto, siamo entrati anche con un ora e mezza di anticipo. Servizio di portineria cordiale e gentilissimo. la vista appena entrati è stupenda, sembra quasi distare in crociera. l appartamento è perfetto per trascorrere giorni di relax e per raggiungere la spiaggia senza le solite rogne degli spostamenti. Host sempre disponibile anche a ferragosto. Speriamo di tornarci quanto prima. un salutone a Daryl e Giorgio. 😃

Hyvä paikka isommallekin seurueelle hyvältä sijainnilta. Ravintoloita ja ranta lähellä. Kävellen pääsi hyvin myös Gaetan vanhaan kaupunkiin.

Silvia's holiday apartment is thoughtfully put together with all of the amenities one needs for a beautiful time in Ponza. The location of the apartment is just perfect -- overlooking what we discovered to be some of the most beautiful swimming spots on the island. We slept comfortably and had hot showers. We appreciated that they left toiletries for guest use, as this can sometimes be difficult to carry when traveling light. And also appreciated that they left espresso for us to use. I highly recommend this location -- the hosts were communicative and kind. Thank you! Natasha

Monica is a wonderfully helpful host who always responded quickly, arranged a taxi from the station, and provided valuable tips. Someone previously wrote here in the reviews that on a scale of 1 to 10, the apartment gets a 12. I can only agree. Such a beautiful and clean apartment with a fantastic view. We are so happy with our stay at Monica’s place.
