È stato davvero molto piacevole il nostro soggiorno, breve ma molto intenso. La casa è curata ai minimi dettagli e pulitissima. Gode di una bellissima vista con terrazza e a pochi chilometri il mare. Alessandra è stata molto gentile e puntuale! Speriamo di ritornare in questo piccolo paesino! Davvero consigliato 💘

Our family of three enjoyed our stay with Simonetta greatly. The flat was spotless, spacious, warm and well equipped. An excellent guide book provided details of things to do and where to eat. We cooked and enjoyed the kitchen and dining table and the warm showers. Anzio is rich with history from Roman's to WWII and our hosts were enthusiastic guides. We enjoyed Nuttuno's allied Beach landing commemoration at their suggestion - making many memories for our 12 year old son. While it was cold we did enjoy the beaches and can imagine this is a summer dream spot! We recommend a stay!

Wow we loved staying here! This place is so full of comfort, warmth and character and Simonetta and her family could not have been more welcoming. We were wondering before booking about it maybe being a bit of a distance from the beach (we didn't rent a car) but the surroundings and facilities - pool, jacuzzi , private Terrance BBQ - more than made up for that. Plus the short train ride to Anzio and it's great beaches was lovely and the station very close. Highly recommended! We have three sons who spent a lot of time in the pool who described it as follows "always nice to be there, comfortable, exciting...paradise".

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

We had such an amazing time at Cati's place! The apartment itself is simply stunning: modern, clean, has all the necessary amenities (and even more!) and decorated in a very charming and special way by Cati herself. You can see how much effort she put into this place that carries her style and talent. It's located in the heart of Carpineto Romano and you can walk around. The views are stunning. Communication with Cati was always easy and instructions are clear. We would love to come back! Thanks for everything Cati!!!

Andrea ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber. Da er bei unserer Ankunft nicht anwesend war, empfing uns sein ebenso freundlicher Nachbar Roberto. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und Terracina. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 5-10 Autominuten von der Stadt entfernt. Durch die Lage am Hang ist die Anfahrt leicht abenteuerlich, jedoch gut zu bewerkstelligen. Unsere Kinder waren sofort in Andreas Katzen verliebt und kümmerten sich während des Urlaubs um deren Wohlbefinden. Wir werden sicherlich nicht zum letzenmal hier gewesen sein.

Host molto gentile cordiale e disponibile, molto attenta alle esigenze per noi che abbiamo una bimba piccola. Ci ha fatto trovare nel frigorifero delle bottiglie di acqua fresca e molti affettati, latte marmellate e molti altri prodotti piscina e spazi esterni curatissimi, casa pulitissima. Quando abbiamo avuto bisogno per un piccolo problema in cinque minuti ce lo ha risolto. Per chi vuole stare in completo relax lo consiglio vivamente.

My family and I loved nearly everything about this villa. The entire property was beautiful and very well kept. Anna was very communicative throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of the transportation situation, with having to schedule rides due to things like the grocery store being out of walking distance. We also would’ve loved to have more detailed information about the town so we could schedule time to explore. Overall we very much enjoyed the amenities and we would certainly stay again!

Michele e sua moglie sono gentilissimi. Ti fanno sentire come a casa. il giardino è bellissimo, l'appartamento enorme. ho apprezzato soprattutto il fatto che cucinando si potesse ammirare il giardino, che si potesse accedere allo stesso da una porta finestra e cenare fuori sotto il portico. In un'area riservata lontana dal caos in meno di 2 minuti si trovano tutti i servizi possibili. super consogliato
