Luca è una persona molto precisa, disponibile e amichevole. Con la neve fuori abbiamo trovato l'abitazione calda e accogliente, e il posto molto bello. È andato tutto benissimo.

Tutto ok. Siamo stati accolti da una persona gentilissima. Il camino all’interno della casa è un qualcosa di eccezionale. La casa è davvero calda.

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

Great host! She welcomed us warmly and showed us the property. The swimming pool is kinda panoramic and quite big. We could also do barbecue in the evening :) Dogs are allowed in and this is a plus

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend tranquillo e piacevole in questa villa. Luogo silenzioso e lontano da rumori. Marco è stato molto gentile, ci ha dato indicazioni sulla zona e in quali ristoranti mangiare. Villa uguale alla descrizione, immersa nella natura. Ambienti spaziosi e puliti. Piacevolmente soddisfatto

Zusammengefasst: Grosse Empfehlung! Vor Reiseantritt war der Kontakt mit Paolo super. Sehr aufmerksam. Wegen einer Strassensperrung mussten wir früher anreisen. Paolo bot uns unaufgefordert an früher einzuchecken. Die Villa ist genial. Die Kinder haben sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Eigener Gartenbereich, eigenes Jacuzzi und riesiger Gemeinschaftspool. Alles sehr gepflegt. Paolo war jeden Morgen da um nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Ansonsten war seine zuckersüsse Mutter immer vor Ort. Niemals aufdringlich - wir hatten maximale Privatsphäre und Freiheit. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und sehr grosszügig. Das Bad und die Küche hätten einzig bei gewissen Fugen eine Auffrischung verdient. Aber alles war sauber! Dass nicht alles Geschirr bei jedem Neuantritt gereinigt werden kann, ist klar. Hier ein Appell an Airbnb Gäste. Paolo hat uns mit Tipps versorgt, Wünsche erfüllt und war mit seiner Mutter der perfekte Gastgeber. Für uns ein „superhost“. Anna e Paolo, un grande abbraccio!!!

Costanza was very friendly and we very much appreciated her flexibility with check in time (we had two young kids). The place was a bit cold when we arrived as it had been closed for a while, but we texted Costanza and she helped us get the settings right for the heating. Overall, the place was big and comfortable and we had a very nice stay!

Casa pulitissima e ordinata, c’è tutto quello che serve, molto carina e accogliente. Francesca amichevole , disponibile eflessibile negli orari. Consiglio il suo alloggio. Noi torneremo sicuramente!

L’appartement est très propre et spacieux, exactement comme décrit. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement, avec de nombreux restaurants et cafés à proximité. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel. Nous n’avons que de bons commentaires à faire sur la propreté et le confort du logement. Le seul petit bémol : les voisins du dessus étaient malheureusement assez bruyants en soirée (vers 22h-23h), ce qui rendait l’endormissement difficile et réveillait notre bébé. Mis à part cela, notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Nous recommandons cet endroit !

La casa di Alfredo corrisponde pienamente alle descrizioni da lui segnalate e dalle foto. L'appartamento non è grandissimo ma per due persone con animale domestico è assolutamente comodo e con tutto il necessario per trascorrere al meglio le ferie. Alfredo è una persona super disponibile, risponde a qualsiasi richiesta e consiglia attivita', ristoranti e tutto quello che si puo' in zona. La casa si trova vicinissima alla stazione ferroviaria di Montesilvano con la quale si possono raggiungere le localita' marine più vicine senza utilizzare l'auto. Se si decide invece di rimanere solo a Montesilvano si ha tutto a portata di mano, sotto casa due banchette di frutta e verdura con prodotti ottimi, supermercati a 5 minuti a piedi , una buonissima macelleria sempre li vicino con carne ottima. Nel caso ci sia necessita' si ha vicino anche una parrucchiere (donna Imma) davvero bravissima. Che dire esperienza fantastica per vivere un' estate davvero indimenticabile.

Ottima l'accoglienza della sig.ra Ilde che ci ha addirittura offerto una squisita merenda. Gentilissima ad accogliere piccole richieste per necessità varie. Posizione dell'appartamento perfetta per muoversi a piedi nel paese.

My partner and I came here as nature tourists after I visited and fell in love with Pettorano sul Gizio during a work trip in May 2023. The accommodation itself was clean and homely, and the views spectacular. We spent a lot of time sitting on the living room balcony watching the birds, and even a wild boar family on the last night! If we were at the accommodation we were probably on the balcony, and we got up at 5am some days to enjoy the dawn chorus. The beauty of this place and its abundance of wildlife cannot be overstated. The town itself is beautiful and we enjoyed the local food and drink on offer from the nearby shop and café. There are many walks to do in the area and local towns to explore. The place was a home away from home and we are sure to return!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and peaceful home. The upstairs terrace has incredible views of the mountains and we loved hanging out up there. The cafe right down the walkable alleyway was perfect for an afternoon coffee and the owner was incredibly kind. Lorendana was also kind enough to let us drop off our luggage prior to the check-in time and recommended us a local, private driver Flemenia who we used during our entire stay in Spoltore. This home is a great option if you’re looking for a quiet and tranquil getaway.

L’alloggio di Efisio é dotato di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, ampio e pulito. Il giardino molto grande e curato, il nostro cane si è potuto godere in libertà il grande spazio. Dalla casa si sente il ruscello che scorre. Ottimo posto per staccare dal caos della città. Abbiamo conosciuto Efisio e i suoi genitori, persone molto gentili ed accoglienti. Efisio è stato un host sempre disponibile, risponde sempre e velocemente ai messaggi, ci è venuto in contro per tutte le nostre esigenze, ci ha fornito indicazioni molto utili sui dintorni da visitare, flessibile con gli orari di check-in e check-out. Per il self check-in grazie alle indicazioni precise fornite da Efisio in precedenza non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. Consiglio a tutti l’alloggio di Efisio! Noi speriamo di avere la possibilità di tornare!

Ewa ist ein super Host! Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und bei allem sofort geholfen! Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht in Pineto. Die Fahrräder waren sehr hilfreich (wir hatten später einen Mietwagen), weil Pineto die nächste Einkaufsgelegenheit ist. Danke!

La Fonte Su - unsere Quelle für acht herrliche und unvergessene Tage bei den freundlichsten und herzlichsten Gastgebern Luigia und Armando. Eigentlich sind es drei Gastgeber - Gino der Hund, küsste jeden Tag unser Herz. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach wunderbar. Besser, friedlicher geht es nicht. Die Terrasse und der Blick ein Traum. Obendrein der Pool. Die üppige Natur. Wirkliche, fast unberührte Natur mit zauberhafter Flora und Fauna, begleitete uns auf Schritt und Tritt. Ein Spumante in der Bar in CANTERANO auf der kleinen sonnigen Piazza macht Freude, genauso wie Besuche zu Fuß oder by car in Rocca CANTERANO, Jenne (sehr, gutes Restaurant La Viletta) Cervara Di Roma. Ristorante Da Anna, Il Cantuccio, Contrada Rapello (unglaublich gutes Restaurant, der Service wundervoll, das Essen so und so und das Olivenöl zum warmen Brot von der Monastero San Benedetto ein Hochgenuß) - alle in Subiaco. Liebe Luigia wir kommen wieder zu Euch aus Abu Dhabi. Ihr habt uns sehr glücklich gemacht. Danke.

L’endroit est magnifique. L’appartement était très propres, bien entretenu et confortable. Les enfants ont adorés la piscine et la proximité avec les animaux.

Letizia und Piero sind fantastische Gastgeber! Sehr zugewandt, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Begrüßten uns alle mit unseren Namen. Erklärten die Unterkunft ausführlich und bemerkten mehrmals, sollte etwas nicht in Ordnung sein, daß sie sofort zur Stelle wären. Meine Tochter fühlte sich nicht gut und sie haben uns zum Hospital begleitet, danach noch zur Farmacia. Und das am Feiertag! Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt, auch schon unseren Freunden von dieser schönen Unterkunft berichtet und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen! Grazei per tutto :)

My wife and I stayed at margherita's Villa on May 18-26 and it was a wonderful experience. The Villa was even more spectacular in person , the accommodations were very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The grounds are maintained meticulously and the pool is inviting even on a chilly day. The panoramic views are spectacular. The location was perfect for us while visiting our family in Bucchianico. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning . 5 stars all the way around !!

We had a lovely stay at Torre Mannella, the views from the apartment are incredible of the mountains and Citta Sant'Angelo. Lea is very friendly and accommodating, she gave us some delicious homemade jam from the farm, and we didn't have any issues with our stay at all. A beautiful and relaxed stay in the Abruzzo countryside, we will definitely return!

Wir genossen als fünfköpfige Familie mit Kindern von 7/9/11 Jahren unsere zwei Wochen Sommerferien in vollen Zügen. Mary und John sind tolle Gastgeber vor Ort und haben uns warmherzig und wohlwollend empfangen und mit allen wichtigen Informationen bzgl. Ausflügen, Restaurants, Hausinformationen eingedeckt. Auch unsere Abreise am Vorabend war für sie kein Problem😃. Das Haus ist abgelegen und grosszügig in der Nutzung. Die Ventalitoren waren im Dauer-Einsatz…. Toller Pool, der sich selber reinigte, vor allem an den heissen Tagen haben wir das kühle Nass mehrmals genossen. Danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit in den Abruzzen! We stayed for almost two weeks at the house, set in a stunning hillside plot overlooking Tagliacozzo. Paolo welcomed us on arrival, giving us a tour of the beautiful gardens and an overview of the house's features. Paolo and Aurora do not speak English, but with Google translate we were able to communicate very effectively. The owners live in the ground floor of the property but are not intrusive, so the place feels very private. We travelled to lots of different places in Abruzzo and Lazio, including a trip to Rome by train. The train station in Tagliacozzo is only a few minutes away and the train takes you to the centre of Rome in 1hr 20. Tagliacozzo is a lovely town. Make sure to spend some time there too, stopping for a coffee, experiencing the market day (Thursday) or walking up to the top of the hill, winding through the houses and churches built into the rock. Thank you to Paolo and Aurora for their warm hospitality (and the water, wine, eggs and grapes!)
