Had a very nice time in an intimate and cozy house, which quickly became 'our' house. The cottage is located in the hills amidst olive trees and forest, although isolated but it does not feel that way. You easily forget the ballast of a busy life... Well worth it!

We had a lovely stay with friends (with teenagers) at Alberto's. The house is itself synonymous with vacation. The splendid view, the ideal location for visiting the 5 lands. We will keep a great memory of the breakfasts on the terrace at the end of October🤩

We spent an unforgettable week in the small and (correspondingly) fine apartment. Everything is great, wonderful location and high standard. Many thanks for the many tips and excellent communication. A gem - truly recommended!

My family and I were very pleasantly surprised. It is a beautiful and peaceful place, a small cocoon of sweetness with the bonus of a beautiful swimming pool that we enjoyed. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, it was very nice. We also enjoyed the fresh vegetables available on site and the good homemade pasta. It was a great vacation, big hearts when leaving. A big thank you to Stéfania and the others on site. Thanks to them, my mom was able to find her cousins from Italy, whom she hadn't seen in 45 years, it was great!

We had a great time at Lia and Francesca's. The place was very clean and spacious and well located for visiting the area. We appreciated the small touches of our hosts, as well as the advice and responsiveness. We would recommend it without hesitation.

We had a wonderful week at Simonas house. We were two families of 10 people and had plenty of room in the house. The pool was great . The villa was magical! Beautiful and gently renovated with all the old details preserved. A treat to visit! The surroundings were beautiful and rural with a lot of mountains, so car is almost a must. Then you can easily get to different sights on either the coast or nearby villages. We can really recommend Simona and the house as a host!

We had a very good vacation with our 10-month-old son. Everything we needed was present in the apartment. Furthermore, the view was super nice, you are in a very quiet place. Christina and her family live there too, but you have plenty of privacy! Road to unpaved the last 200 meters, which is especially challenging for your car but this also went fine. Very nice quiet place to cinque terre, Portovenere, lerici etc. To visit! Had a great vacation! Communication with Christina very well, she responds within a short time and helps you with questions.

What a fantastic place! Everything so clean and the food was so delicious. What can she cook and how sweet and welcoming they are. The garden is beautiful! And the pool was also very nice. The room was also fine and the shower lovely. We had unforgettable days. And I recommend anyone to eat with her place. A small tip, a fridge and a kettle would be nice in the room. But it didn't end with everything they had to offer. Jerry and Heleen .

We were welcomed by Antonella's mother who unfortunately only spoke Italian. We were still able to communicate with google translators as far as possible. Antonella was always available via wh app and very helpful. She gave us tips on what to explore and even warned us about the thunderstorm that should happen the next day at night. The mother cleaned our room every day which we found really super accommodating. You can tell that the accommodation will be preserved with a lot of love and effort. If you like something quiet family where the beach and the center can be reached quickly on foot, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back :)

This is how an Airbnb should be. Cristina and Marco were super friendly and helpful. They provided us with drinks and food during our stay and were very quick to help us when we needed something. The accommodation itself was great. The view was stunning, the pool was great and the house was cosy. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Just returned from an amazing, fun and relaxing week at Nicole and Gunnar's house in Tuscany. Was perfect for our 2 families - peaceful, beautiful and unbelievably well equipped (everything we needed in the kitchen was there, which is rare in our experience!). We loved the pool, gym, the view, the dining space and the fire/oven. All extremely well looked after. Nicole and Gunnar were the perfect hosts, ensuring we had all we need and guiding us on the best local places. Lovely people with a very high standard of care, which hopefully guests reciprocate. A beautiful place to stay, with lovely views. We didn’t brave the walk to Vernazza which meant we were reliant on the car as the property is very remote. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed and the bedroom was very comfortable. Our queries were answered promptly. I was a little perturbed by communication via messages rather than Airbnb app, and from someone other than Debora. Also by the request to send photos of ID. There was an additional cost for tourist tax to be left in cash. This was €3 pp for the first 3 nights.

A very unique place, wonderful views with max. comfort for a family vacation. Great facilities, incl. superclean and maintained pool. Surprise, we had a juicemaker in our kitchen. We definitely enjoyed the stay at this place! If you look for an apartment away from bling bling tourism and you are not afraid of twisty roads to get to your place you find a nice possibility here! Lisa and here parents are extraordinary lovely people and when we left we felt as part of their family and not as guests anymore.

Well - what a tremendous and charming villa plus superb location. Our two families really loved our week with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their chosen activity: top pool and loungers, hip bar, lots of games available, pizza oven and bbq proved a success, lush mountain views at the breakfast table and shady and fragrant lunches underneath a arbor of jasmine. Loris our caretaker was very hands on, responsive, helpful and made the best tiramisu! We were very sad to leave! Would recommend: a trip to see the marble quarries, Pietrasanta and the Cinqueterra - all within 50minutes drive of the Licciana Nardi. Famille Hickeys and Chiaruccis.
