Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of La Spezia

This place was wonderful and very good value. It was well situated in Riomaggiore and close to everything. The host greeted us at the door and gave us a full introduction to the apartment. They had just remodeled it so everything was clean and shiny. Far enough away from the train station so there were no loud noises at night. The sofa bed was really comfortable, as comfortable as a regular bed and the separate bedroom was cozy with also a very comfortable bed. Good shower pressure and the bathroom was accessible from the hallway, not the bedroom. The host also provided olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, Sugar, and coffee for both the old fashioned espresso maker, and the new automated espresso makers. Definitely rate this Apartment as 10 out of 10 and I would return here in a heartbeat.

Great Location! right in the middle of everything, close to the train station, close to nice restaurants, nice views from the patio, we really don't think we could have found a better place. This was just perfect! Andrea was a great host, we would see him around town from time to time, he communicated extremely well. We stayed 5 nights and slept with the windows open and could hear the ocean waves at night. We hope to return as there is still so much to see in this area! If we do we will stay here! We loved our stay at Simonetta’s place. Very easy to communicate with. The terrace had such a beautiful view of the town and water. We were greeted at the train station by Simonetta’s husband so the check in process was seamless. We had all the amenities we needed. Would recommend!

Our family of 4 had a great stay at Fabrizio’s place. A Short walk from the train station with clear instructions, a fantastic view, and outdoor patio we used all the time. Plenty of space and all the amenities. You can hear the trains, but they didn’t bother us at all. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful apartment right in the heart of town! The steps are accurately described - not as bad as we imagined. It was perfect to be able to explore Vernazza before and after most of the crowds left. The beds were big and comfortable and the balcony and view were amazing! The only mentions are that every time the toilet was flushed, the sink in the other bedroom would make a loud noise and that the front door lock was a bit difficult to use, but none of that was important to affect the stay. Would definitely recommend for location as a home base to explore all the cities of Cinque Terre!

The hosts were very responsive and great. The apartment was sunny, airy, overlooked the ocean, and also close to the restaurants. Would love to come back.

Great stay! Lerici is an amazing destination 😍 The accommodation is very well located, next to everything (beach, restaurant, market...) The apartment is well arranged, for two it is quite spacious. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

One of our best AirBnB experiences at LungoMare Nostra thanks to the beauty of the location and to our extremely thoughtful host, Iris. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with from check-in to check-out. On arrival to Monterosso, she greeted us and showed us to the apartment, which had some complementary treats available (including local limoncello!). She then provided us with recommendations and a map for everything from restaurants, hiking, ferry tours, grocery stores, and more. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful - right on the ocean with sounds of the waves through the doors leading to a balcony with stunning views. It is comfortable and private with many thoughtful touches. Easy walking distance to the beach (right in front of the apartment), the train (<1 minute), many good restaurants, the old part of the city (~8 min), and the hiking trails connecting towns (~10 min). A fantastic experience, we might come back to Cinque Terre just to stay here again!

I stayed with my girlfriend and a friend of mine at Marianna's. She was super hospitable and very helpful with our requests. The house lacked nothing, very clean and tidy upon our arrival. In addition, Marianna was able to point us to many restaurants and activities to do in Monterosso. I would love to return to Monterosso as a guest of Marianna.

We loved Janet’s place. The house is even prettier than on the pictures. The view of the ocean and surrondings is beautiful. The teracce is perfect. We liked Corniglia a lot. It is a beautiful little town with a lot of restaurants. Would really like to stay there again.

Antonellas place is the best! We particularly enjoyed the rooftop patio overlooking the coast. We weren’t sure which town to stay in when we booked but ended up being so glad we chose Corniglia- each Cinque Terre village gets busy and crowded during the day, but Corniglia in particular gets so quiet and peaceful after all the crowds leave. It was so relaxing!! Thank you Antonella!!

We had a pleasant stay at Alberto and Graziella's. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped. Great for 4 adults or 1 couple and 2 children. Close to visit the 5 lands and Levanto. Alberto and Graziella were responsive to all our messages during our stay and extremely kind. Delighted with my booking 👌

Very welcoming accommodation with comfort as described and clean with private parking for the car. Lydia gave us good advice about restaurants, trails, different cities to visit accessible by train and ferry. Very attentive person and attentive to her guests, small gifts on arrival, we really highly recommend this house. Maybe see you next time. Sylvie and J-Marc.

Beautiful apartment on three floors directly on the sea in the oldest area of Tellaro, fantastic terrace overlooking the gulf. Sleep lulled by the waves.

Cinzia's place is as described, there's really nothing missing! The view is great and the exteriors too (even if the rain didn't allow us to enjoy it). For us the access by car was a little difficult at first, but once the help was taken it was easier. (the path is suitable and in very good condition) The village of Bonassola is full of charm, and the surroundings really beautiful. Access to the 5 lands is very convenient and easy with the train. Communication with Cinzia was always easy and prompt and was able to adapt to us. We recommend this place!

Michele is an exceptional host! Responsive, helpful, and friendly. We appreciated the detailed check-in instructions, including YouTube videos demonstrating how to get to the house. The house is beautiful and well stocked. We enjoyed the lovely view from the balcony and easy access to the main street and train station on foot. The stairs leading to the house and inside are quite steep (as mentioned in the listing) and could be challenging for small kids or older guests, but we had no issues! Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Antonella’s place in Monterosso. She provided clear instructions for arrival and checking in and out. The place is a short walk from the old Monterosso town and only about 10 minutes to get to the main beach area. Very convenient to get into town while staying in a secluded private area of the town. She also provided coffee and espresso which was a plus. Would highly recommend this place for your home base if you plan on visiting Cinque Terre!

If you are looking for a space with one of the most amazing views in the world, then book this space immediately! Watching the sunset from the balcony every night is incredible and made our first experience in Manarola unforgettable. Erica's space was super clean and beautifully designed. More of a modern set up, with unique lighting options and a large jacuzzi tub. Although we didn't use much of it, there are plenty of kitchen items, to make you feel at home, plus a washing machine! All that being said, there is a pretty impressive climb to the space. Unfortunately, we arrived in town after the assisted check-in window, so my wife and I had to push our luggage up a pretty steep incline, through the town, and then up a good amount of steps, plus the room is three flights up from the entrance. So, if daily climbs and steps aren't your thing, then maybe this isn't the spot for you. All in all, Erica's place is amazing and made our stay in Manarola a really great one.

We had a wonderful stay in Michalea's apartment. It was clean and easy access to the train that takes you to Cinque Terre. Short walks to many restaurants, supermarket and the beach. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

Ilenia’s place is adorable, clean, and, quiet and has a great vibe. Ilenia’s check-in and check out instructions were so clear with detailed photographs showing the way. Ilenia was so responsive and kind, even bringing us additional toilet paper and beach towels. Ilenia is a great host and we loved coming back to the calmness of her place after long days out hiking, etc. P.S. the stairs getting in are steep, but just hold the handrail, there are steep stairs all over the cinque terre. 100% recommend

We were so pleased with our choice to stay here! The place was great, good layout and enough space for my husband and I and 2 teenagers to all have our space. The location was amazing, the town is beautiful and the balcony is key! You could see people walking by and looking up like they wish they were staying there. We felt pretty lucky and the weather even cooperated to get a couple legit beach days...which was conveniently right outside our front door. You can walk everywhere and the train station is literally a 2 minute walk. Very accessible to the other 4 towns either by enjoying one of the many gorgeous hikes or the easy access train system.

Maltide’s place was lovely. Only a minutes walk to the center of the old town, it was a peaceful refuge after a hike. Clean, comfortable, efficient with all the modern updates. Queen bed was very comfortable with a ensuite bathroom and large closet, quality hangars and generous shelf space. The kitchen is small, but very efficient and complete with all necessary utensils & dishes in well maintained condition. Included was fresh, good quality olive oil, 2 types of vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, and a couple of laundry detergent pods. The small clothes washer worked great. Apt has very good lighting throughout and a well placed full length mirror. A/C, WiFi, water pressure and temperature all excellent. Once we mistook the switch for the on-demand gas heater for a light switch, so lost hot water, but corrected it quickly. The only issue we found is the unit is a 4-floor walkup, which would be difficult for the mobility impaired. We would definitely stay here on our next trip!

I definitely recommend, a very nice and helpful hostess, a comfortable apartment in a good location both for those who want to relax in a quiet place and for those who want to visit Cinque Terre.
