Lanzo is between Aurelia and the sea. The house, in a building completely renovated recently, is very clean and tidy, third floor with two huge balconies. The equipment is perfect, and the spaces are well used. Less than a 5-minute walk to the sea and a 15-minute walk from downtown. Six supermarkets are a 3-minute drive to the area. The host was very kind and made us find mineral water in the fridge and a small cadeau was welcome. A pleasant point of reference.

This is a lovely apartment well positioned facing the sea in Loano. It’s big enough that staying for a week or more is not claustrophobic, and the living room is great for a family to sit and chat. The balcony is small, but it has enough space to catch the sun and sit and watch the world pass by. We were there when there was Loano fireworks , and the view was perfect. The bedrooms are at the back of the house away from the street, so street noise wasn’t a problem. We were unlucky that the elevator was broken during our stay, Giuseppina offered to find us alternative arrangements, but as it’s a single flight of stairs we managed and appreciated her willingness to help.

The apartment is very tastefully decorated and absolutely clean, in a great location, right on the sea of Ceriale — the small balcony directly above the sea, really fantastic! We spent 10 days here and felt totally comfortable. ✨ We can absolutely recommend the accommodation and Salvatore as a host! ✨

we stayed a weekend . We had a great time, Enrica was very kind, very nice and very clean apartment! crazy location in the center a stone's throw from the sea! The only difficulty is the access without an elevator... if you have small children you have to take the stroller up the staircase a little steep. Nothing is impossible! highly recommended!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this apartment in the heart of Genoa, in one of the most charming squares in the historic center: Piazza Lavagna. The location is perfect for those who want to experience the authentic city, among picturesque alleys, typical trattorias, and small venues with live music. Everything is easily accessible on foot: the Old Port, Via Garibaldi, and the main museums are just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment has every detail, very clean and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bed is very comfortable and the atmosphere is really cozy, perfect for both a romantic getaway and a short business trip. A special thanks to the host, always available and attentive, who welcomed us with kindness and excellent advice on what to see and where to eat in the area. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back.

Great spot for a relaxing holiday!

I spend 6 nights here with friends and we absolutely loved it. The villa was comfortable and private. It had all the amenities we needed. Tina and Gianni (the property manager) were very helpful and found solutions for us whenever we reached out. The instructions and recommendations provided were very comprehensive and useful. The area is just lovely, the food is great. Govone is such a quaint town/village and the surroundings are stunning. If I am ever back in Piedmont, I would most certainly come back.

The site is ideal for rest, recharge and be at peace only enjoying nature. The house is perfect for the European summer. It was clean and tidy. The region allows you to take tours of beautiful villas and still enjoy the best wines from italia. Carlo was super attentive to the tips. You need a car for sure in order to enjoy everything that this location offers. Super recommended. Thanks for providing us these days so pleasant.

The stay was really great! The house is beautiful, cozy and equipped with everything you need to spend a few days in total relaxation. The private garden and parking space are a real plus: very convenient especially in an area where parking can be complicated—zero stress! The host was very kind and always available, he gave us fantastic advice that made our vacation even more enjoyable. The location is perfect: the sea can be reached in a 5-minute walk and you can choose between free or equipped beach. Highly recommended!

Me and my partner visited Ceriale which is my hometown for him to meet the family and had a lovely time at this apartment, for two it was very comfortable and the view is amazing! Manuela was a wonderful host and helped with whatever questions we had. I really recommend everyone visit as it is a beautiful place, especially during summer. We’re really looking forward to coming back at some point in the future!!

Salvatore was always available for any information and needs both before arrival and during the stay. The accommodation is very nice and clean, with a very spacious terrace overlooking the sea, the beach and the center are within walking distance (10 minutes), located in a very quiet area. I highly recommend staying in this apartment!!

Very nice place with 2 rooms,plus kitchen and bathroom with shower... It is located less than 50 meters from the sea and close to basic amenities such as supermarkets, shops, etc... We'll definitely be back for another stay! Thanks again Patrizia for your availability 🙏

The apartment corresponds to the description, there is everything you need and even coffee. It is located close to the sea, the beaches are very clean. Very good location, everything is nearby, shops, restaurants - a great place to relax. We decided to take a spontaneous break and didn't quite calculate that there would be traffic jams on the road. We arrived 3 hours late, it was already night and I was very worried about it. Alex was understanding and always available - we checked in within one minute, for which we thank him very much! Our two-day vacation was great and personally we had enough! We would love to be back to see you! All the best 🙋🏻‍♀️😊
