Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Province of Chieti

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Wonderful villa divided into apartments, the outdoor spaces are the added value of the house, the pool is wonderful. There is a well-equipped barbecue area, a huge table (we fit 13 people and there was still room). The private garden is very large, with ample indoor parking for at least 6/8 cars. Eugenia is always on the ball, available and kind. I highly recommend it for both families and trips with friends.

Staying at Sara's Garden, guests of Alberto and Rosanna was a very pleasant experience. The house is presented as in the photos, with modern decor, all the necessary services and with a particular attention to total accessibility; an entire room is in fact equipped with all the comforts designed to guarantee an easy stay for people with disabilities. The property is located in a strategic position, which guarantees tranquility but also proximity to the main points of interest. The hospitality that Rosanna and Alberto reserve for their guests is special: from check-in to check-out they have always been present and available to respond to our every need.

Beautiful place surrounded by greenery, where peace reigns, for those who want to rest and more, since it is just a few minutes by car to the beautiful Trabocchi coast! Very clean house with everything you need, well-defined space and beautiful paintings on the wall that give freshness, not to mention the hot tub if you want to have a romantic evening but also great for a well-deserved relaxation🤩 Very kind, nice, friendly owners and available for everything! I immediately felt comfortable... I really enjoyed it! I'll be back ☺️

We spent a wonderful week in this apartment - 2 adults, 2 small children and our dog. The apartment is beautiful, clean and full of history and details. It has 3 floors, 2 bathrooms, 2 beautiful bedrooms, 2 small balconies and one large terrace, equipped kitchen, fast wi-fi, space for work, smart TV - everything you need for a longer stay. Apartment is located in the historic center of Vasto, in the small magic street, nearby to the free parking, the market Santa Chiara, churches, bakery, restaurants, the park and an amazing views to the see. The bars in the area have turned into restaurants, so we had no problem with night noise and we slept very well. Letizia is a fantastic host, she responded quickly, she helped us with everything and she gave us great tips in the area. The only thing to mention is the stairs in the apartment - they are bit steep, but we got used to it and everything was fine. We fell in love with Vasto and also with this apartment. We occupied both apartments for a week in August . Our first criteria was to find a place for 15 people for a vacation with a children's and cousins' families. We wanted a comfortable home with an outdoor space for large family tables. And be close to the Sea so that everyone can be autonomous at their own pace . In that, Villa Arzilla was perfect! In addition, we were greeted by very friendly owners who were very attentive to our needs and super responsive! Even if it remains secondary The style of the apartments we really liked with its vintage flea market spirit! The small beach accessible nearby is not paradise there are of course prettier beaches nearby but to us it has much more because it was our almost private beach very uncrowded and also because we were able to bring all the beach equipment beds and umbrella made available by the owners . To be more comfortable, I advise you to meet Mario the "boss" of the beach and make yourself an ally . Despite his acariate appearance, he is very friendly and he will tell you his story as a great stylist and swimmer! Happy holidays at Villa Arzilla to discover the beautiful Abruzzo region!

Danny's place is truly wonderful that you don't expect! The house's location is in a quiet area but close to the beaches and village. The place is very clean and equipped with all comforts. Too bad we only had a week, we'll definitely be back!

A beautiful house immersed in the Abruzzo countryside, we stayed 10 days in Leone's house, here is everything you need for a relaxing vacation, from the spaces of the house , to the large private pool, and to the beautiful barbecue. The house is extremely clean and tidy and is suitable for both families and friends , both lion and his dad Ivo , are very kind and very discreet people. They gave us great advice about the area . Really great discovery , difficult to get home…

We came to Davide after a bad experience and it was a beautiful surprise. Davide and her sister Patrizia were very helpful and kind, they welcomed us perfectly, giving us many useful directions. The house is very large and comfortable, with a wonderful and very enjoyable garden, with a gazebo pool and barbeuqe. The exterior is newly renovated and everything new, the spaces inside a little more dated but very spacious and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Drop-dead gorgeous property and location! The house and grounds are well maintained, and clearly cared for. The location is perfect if you are looking for a bit of quiet and seclusion (with a 5 minute climb down to a perfect beach). I would recommend having a vehicle if you are looking to explore the surrounding area.

We had a beautiful vacation: the location is perfect for being able to reach the sea, visit the historic cities but also to be able to enjoy the freshness in the hills and stay in a place away from chaos. The house is well furnished, there is everything you need and even more, very spacious with a beautiful garden. Antonio is an exceptional person, a real landlord of the house who was available 24 hours to give us valuable tips on what to visit, where to eat, practical tips on how to reach various tourist destinations, etc. We could lean on him for a little trouble. A great man we've connected so much to. Thank you very much, Antonio!
