La Presentosa is an independent accommodation with a nice living room, a breakfast nook, a bedroom (for two people) and a comfortable bathroom. The flat is very close to the historic city of Chieti and only half an hour from the modern city of Pescara. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new.
