The perfect location, not the busyness from the city centre but close enough to walk there. The accommodation was incredible and bigger then it seems the living room is a big plus and bathroom realy nice

We felt right at home at Paolo’s place. He welcomed us personally and showed us around. The bedroom in the cave is definitely the highlight. Restaurants, shopping etc. is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

We (three people) felt very comfortable at the place. The location is great – very close to many nice restaurants and downtown Cagliari. Check-in went almost smoothly and the host always responded quickly. We would book again anytime! A little note: a few more hangers would have been handy.

The house was super clean and the views were incredible. It was nice to eat on the terrace. You can see the Island of San Pietro and Sant Antonio from the balcony. The house is very well equipped and very comfortable and nice. We went with our 2-year-old daughter and we were very comfortable, they also provided a crib and a high chair for her. We also really enjoyed the barbecue. It's a quiet village, ideal for resting. It has a small but very nice market. It's a good place to explore the southwest of the island by car. The ferry port to go to the island of San Pietro is very close to the house. We are very happy and would repeat!

A beautiful place with wonderfully accommodating hosts! We had a delightful stay in Cagliari. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and peaceful at night. Its central location made it easy to explore everything on foot, with restaurants, shops, and sights all just a walk away.

We loved staying at Emanuela’s place and she was an amazing host. Very responsive and helped give tips on where to go. The place felt like home away from home, and was comfortable and quiet haven after exploring Cagliari. It’s walking distance to some great bars and restaurants too.

We really enjoyed the magnificent view of the sea and cliffs. Beautiful beaches are quickly accessible by car. The resort is very well maintained, at the end of May / beginning of June it was pleasantly quiet there. The apartment is fully sufficient for two people. Glad to come back!

Great place for a family of kitters with kids. The large garden, pool and trampoline delighted our children.

The apartment was exactly as described and has a wonderful view. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. There was everything you needed. Shopping facilities are next to the apartment, as well as the bus connection that takes you to Cagliari in 30 minutes. We had wonderful hosts with Elena and Marco. Sincere thanks for the nice days

Our stay with Cinzia and her wonderful family was just perfect! From the start, they were incredibly helpful and warm. Although there was a problem with our rental car on arrival and we did not receive a car as agreed at the airport, Cinzia was immediately at our side. The taxi prices were extremely high, but Cinzia was kind enough to drive us personally to the nearest train station on our return. We are extremely grateful to her for this generosity! The apartment was also spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the morning cappuccino in the park directly opposite, at Gabriel's – it made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you Cinzia for your kindness and helpfulness. The location was ideal — all the places we wanted to visit were easily accessible. Federica, our host, was incredibly helpful. Whenever we needed something, she responded almost immediately. She also recommended many great restaurants and local markets with fresh fruit, vegetables, and other local products — which was an amazing experience for us. I’ll try to keep this short. Sardinia felt a breeze, and was a relaxing trip greeted by local friendliness from start to finish, and Marco was a big part of that. This AirBnB was 100% the best decision. And in the most ideal location possible - the super market opposite is more essential than you think. We could grab some snacks and drinks whenever we wanted, or even buy some ingredients to cook something in the flat when wanting to relax in the flat with the cool A/C and smart TV setup. It was such a touch to have the bus stations to town, marina, and the beach right by the door…and all 5-10 mins journey max! Marco is proactive, friendly, and makes sure the flat delivers to expectations. Grazie mille for going above and beyond, to ensure we had a good experience with Sardinia. Ciao, Sam and Sophie

Vanda and Endrio were great hosts. They greeted us at check-in and were always available for our questions and requests. The apartment was truly "spotlessly" clean. And very comfortable. The location is great --walkable not only to the many restaurants in the area, but even to the castle.

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean, Erika was always available and asked if we were okay and if anything was missing. There was beer and water and juices available as a welcome. There was also milk, yogurts, croissants, etc. for breakfast. By car you can reach Cagliari and its surroundings within 15 to 20 minutes. The morning and evening stay on the terrace was very pleasant. Everything was very cozy.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful walkable place that fit our entire family. So many great places to eat right outside the door and my 5 year old really enjoyed being so close to the pick up for the train.

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

This is a lovely place within a minute's walk from the beautiful beach of Poetto. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. There is a even a large, sunny private courtyard type terrace. The apartment feels like a house and has its own entrance. Parking is free in the area and it is generally easy to find a space. The price is also very reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Marco is a very responsive host and I would definitely return.

Giulio has always been there for you throughout the stay to solve any problem. Beautiful and clean room, great and central area, perfect for walking.
