Very nice and comfortable apartment, clean and within walking distance of the center. Despite the holidays, we always found parking. Very kind and quick to respond. We also forgot one thing and she made herself available to take it to relatives who live there. Highly recommended!

Great accommodation, the description is very reliable, everything is done to make you feel on vacation! Close to Buccine where you can take the train to Florence, 1 hour trip (free train station parking). Great location for visiting Tuscany. We loved our vacation. A great Moto GP stay, just the path not very convenient by motorcycle but we quickly got used to it. Luca is super welcoming, a worker who takes great care of his large estate. It's very clean. Nice relaxing place off the beaten path, beautiful views. Well cared for. You can walk around their vineyards and Olive Grove, and even buy local wine from the host.

Lovely location, about a 10-minute drive from Lucignano, and just a few meters away from Calcione castle, which has a fascinating history. Very peaceful, and great for large groups. We came over Easter break and our host let us come to the castle for the children to participate in a little Easter egg hunt on the grounds. She also explained some of the details about the castle and surrounding properties, and even brought one of her horses for the kids to ride on. Be aware that even in the springtime it can get quite cold at night—there was an extra, unexpected charge to heat the house. The house itself is also quite old and does not have some of the modern amenities you might expect, like a microwave or dependable WiFi. Otherwise it was very charming and well worth staying at for a few nights.

We had a great time in Tuscany. The house is in the countryside, quiet and peaceful. We just regretted that there wasn't a basic kit (salt, pepper, oil, sugar and something to make laundry) for the first day because we hadn't thought of everything and the shops aren't all ready. Other than that, everything was good.

A wonderfully peaceful and beautiful villa to stay at in a remote countryside location at the top of a hill in Tuscany. Great views and visits from wild deer, pheasants and hares in the mornings and evenings. Had every amenity needed - the pool, hot tub and Turkish sauna all added bonuses. The best bit was the friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts - Elena and Alesandro (at Tenuta do Rota) a big thank you to them for making our stay so special.

The property and location is absolutely idyllic. The views are stunning, and the food is fantastic. Oscar is extremely helpful. Would highly reccomend.

The accommodation was good for my colleagues, neat and clean. Communication with the host was also good, fast and efficient. I recommend it to everyone!

We arrived in Rigomagno Scalo by chance, traveling by motorcycle halfway between Genoa and L'Aquila and we were pleasantly impressed by the location. A Ranch immersed in olive trees and oaks with all the comforts you want, from the swimming pool with the sunbathing patio to the whirlpool. A barbecue area is also available. The house upstairs was all at our disposal and the furnishings were just refurbished with great care. Three bathrooms available (impeccable) and of course air conditioning. The two tables in the hall and the kitchen counter are of great value, suitable for hosting over 20 people for any conventions, built by Alessandro with sections of tree trunks and finished with wisdom. A heartfelt thank you to Alessandro and his wife for their hospitality! We promise to review it again.

A fairytale location- so beautiful! We attended a wedding close by and could not have picked a more stunning spot to use as our base with our two young adult children. Gorgeous pool surrounded by lush trees and gardens overlooking the rolling hills of the Umbrian countryside. Outdoor tables to chill and dine al fresco. The apartment was cool inside and very spacious. 3 x large bedrooms all with lovely views and comfortable Queen beds. Large kitchen/dining area and separate lounge. Good showers. No washing machine and lacking sharp knives and some kitchen utensils such as platters and large plates, but nothing could detract from how idyllic the place is. Absolutely amazing - we highly recommend it! 💙🩵

Totally recommended. The apartment had everything you need to spend a few days. Annalisa was very nice and left us for breakfast. Communication with her was very easy and gave us total flexibility to get to the apartment. The only upgradeable is that in the small bed two people fit very fair. Everything else was excellent!

A wonderful place to relax, quiet and peaceful, yet a great base for exploring the surrounding towns. The place was very clean, with all that amenities that you can need like washing machin and dishwasher and the private pool was a blessing on hot days. There is a beautiful view that can be admired from the terrace or the garden, which smelled of herbs and lavender. Elisa was a fantastic host, taking care of everything. I am very pleased that we could be the first guests :)

Antonella, Andreas and not to forget Lullu are perfect and so relaxed hosts. They sweetened our mornings with fresh bread, croissants & coffee. The apartment is well equipped and of high quality. We felt very comfortable right away. The garden invites you to linger and is particularly well maintained. Thank you for this special stay!

The stay was perfect. The attention to detail sets it apart. The possibility of bringing the puppy was super appreciated. The restaurant deserves a big round of applause. I highly recommend it.

The swimming pool and stunning views of the Tuscan countryside created the perfect setting to relax, read a book, or enjoy a glass of wine. We absolutely loved this apartment, it was spacious and spotless, with modern bathrooms and the most perfect “farmhouse” kitchen. The view from the apartment and infinity pool was breathtaking. It’s the best Airbnb we have stayed in!

We had an amazing weekend at Villa Lama. Elected one of the kindest, most helpful people I know. The home has a family feel that makes you feel at ease right away. The very spacious rooms, the beautiful outdoor spaces, in particular we really appreciated both the pool and the volleyball net. We were a group of twenty guys and we are all satisfied with the good experience. We hope to be back again soon !

Comfortable month-long stay in a well-equipped home with great amenities: super comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and thoughtful extras like candles, bug sprays, cleaning products. The space has genuine character – clean but slightly cluttered, with an older interior showing some wear. Bathrooms need renovation, but overall a good stay with potential for an even better experience. Great and clean towels, bed linens, nice pillows. It is a beautiful area, there are kind neighbors, and there is a very nice and sunny terrace with a lot of seating space and furniture. It is charming, old Italian house :) thanks for hosting us!
