We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

For Casa Colorata, we have nothing but praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hill; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated it with love and equipped it with everything, down to the smallest detail. We spent beautiful sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

Alba's house is located in a beautiful area in the Marche hills in the province of Macerata: the house is comfortable, well equipped for cooking and spending relaxing moments in the living room and garden. From the house you can walk for beautiful walks in the surroundings; towns with shops and restaurants can be reached in about ten minutes by car. Alba is a kind and always available host; we spent a beautiful rustic New Year's Eve in her home and recommend it to everyone.

We stayed in this wonderful place with our two dogs and had a great time. The house is as pictured, comfortable and rustic as expected. The exterior is very large and fenced, perfect for those with animals. The location is panoramic and the garden is very enjoyable, even for outdoor dining. The house is easy to find and well connected to many beautiful villages. In 10/15 minutes you can reach the sea and in about twenty minutes Senigallia. Lucio and Edwin are always very kind and helpful. They recommended nice places to visit and great restaurants:) In the area, you can eat both meat and fish, and drink excellent wine everywhere. It was a relaxing week among green hills, the sea and beautiful people. Highly recommended ❤️

The property was well-equipped and very clean. The location on a small hill is a dream, sunset included. Martina is a very thoughtful host!

We were received in a very friendly manner by Caterina's sister. We felt very comfortable in our bungalow. The complex is located in a large, idyllic garden with olive trees. There was plenty of space and everything important is available. We especially enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and the evening barbecue on our terrace

This is part of a larger Agriturismo inn that was just amazing. Felt so at home and peaceful. First night in my life I’ve had more than 5 hours of sleep. The venue is off the beaten path but so worth it. We are definitely coming back and highly recommend to anyone trying to get away. Extremely clean and our host Marika was amazing.

The apartment is really ideally located in Sirolo. To unload the luggage, you can drive up briefly and then park the car (there is an ID for this). After that, you don't need the car anymore. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are all nearby. You can also walk to the beautiful beaches - but the way back is a bit difficult because it goes uphill. The small pool and outdoor kitchen are unique,

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Great accommodation. Beautiful house and friendly and helpful host. Even though the host lives in the house, we didn't see or hear him, it was very comfortable. We didn't use the living room downstairs, we moved the small sofa to the kitchen and rearranged the table, it was convenient. The Internet is not very fast, but if you put the router in the kitchen by the window, there is enough signal to watch online TV.

We had a memorable time at Claudia's villa. It's a nice place with friendly hosts that live in the house portion above. Spacious rooms, incl. the bathrooms and the kitchen area. Grazie mille!

I booked a two-night stay, arriving late Friday night. We had no problem finding the place or checking in. Unfortunately, the next morning we had to leave. But Roberta and Riccardo were very kind and understanding the situation they changed our reservation to allow us to have a refund for the night not used. We really appreciated the gesture. The location is located in a spectacular place, very well cared for and close to the sea. Too bad we couldn't enjoy this beautiful place more, but surely if we are passing through again we will not hesitate to contact them again.

It was an amazing stay at Stefanias apartment, we really enjoyed the surrounding of the mountains. It was perfect to relax and chill at the pool with a great view and also to explore Fabriano and Frasassi area. There was nothing we missed, the multiple bathrooms were really great for staying with friends. We would really recommend to stay there.

We were guests in this house for 11 days and we had a very good time. The apartment, with careful cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciated the TV that allows different connections (Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with different capsules available, as well as the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with availability of change of sheets as well as towels. The private garage is very useful, and in any case there are free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both for reaching the sea in a few minutes and for visiting, within a few kilometers, the numerous medieval villages of great interest located on the green hills of the Marche. We thank Alessio and his mother for the courtesy with which they welcomed us, sending them a cordial and warm greeting!

The apartment is incredibly cute, cozy and VERY clean - the location is unfortunately difficult to find, but that is more due to the one-way streets and not Lucas' accommodation. Luca was available for me in the very late evening and very helpful. The location is wonderful - perfect to leave the car and explore the city on foot. Thank you!

The apartment is nice, clean, beautiful, large, with all the comforts including washing machine and dishwasher. We stayed a few days but it was worth staying longer. Well served in the area, pharmacy downstairs, minutes away from the center and very close to the beach.

Chiara is a very responsive and kind host, we had a very good time in the apartment which was clean and matched the photos shown. Convenient for walking and two minutes from the center of Macerata, he also gave us great tips on where to eat in the area that were much appreciated. We'll definitely be back.

Niki is a really friendly person, available for everything. New apartment, very clean and with everything you need, even a beach umbrella! A nice, well-kept garden. A strategic location within walking distance of all services and the historic center. The garage is extremely convenient! What can I say, my partner and I can't wait to go back!! The apartment has a very nice location right on the beach, especially practical is the free parking on the premises. Since we were in Italy out of season, there wasn't much going on and we had our peace. Communication with the hosts was very easy and fast. A small suggestion for improvement would be better basic equipment in the apartment (more plates, glasses, hangers, etc.) We would recommend the apartment immediately!

This home is wonderful, a home away from home! I hated to leave after my month stay, it was the most comfortable and clean stay of my 3 months traveling. The village is quiet and the people are friendly, the bar Contini had the best coffee in the area and of course great cocktails. I also enjoyed participating in community events. I highly recommend!
