La struttura si trova in una posizione molto comoda, perfetta per spostarsi facilmente nei dintorni, e allo stesso tempo silenziosa, garantendo un soggiorno ideale per “staccare la spina”. L’appartamento é perfetto se viaggiate con un amico a quattro zampe e un punto di forza è sicuramente il giardino, tranquillo e ben tenuto, ideale per rilassarsi. Un ringraziamento speciale a Edoardo, sempre presente, gentile e disponibile. Torneremmo volentieri!

Belle maison, très propre. L’environnement est calme. Bien placée pour découvrir la Riviera del Conero. La piscine est un grand plus lorsqu’il fait très chaud. Elle a été très appréciée par les enfants. Nous recommandons ce logement

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

Erholungsoase auf dem Olymp Ein großes, historisches Steinhaus umgeben von einer unglaublich schönen Gartenanlage mit üppiger mediterraner Flora und Fauna angelegt auf drei Ebenen mit Olivenhainen und vielen verwunschenen Sitzgelegenheiten zum Staunen und Träumen. Das Haus hat viel Platz, ist hochwertig eingerichtet und geschmackvoll dekoriert. Es überrascht mit zahlreiche Nischen, alte Türen, Stufen und atemberaubender Aussicht. Es ist absolut ruhig hier und man lustwandelt durch Haus und Garten, genießt den weiten Blick über die Hügellandschaft und die malerische Kulissen von Mondavio und Orciano und entdeckt immer wieder neue Perspektiven. Das Haus und der Garten geben ein Gefühl der Weite, Stille, Abgeschiedenheit im Einklang mit der Natur. Es gibt hier flinke Eidechsen, einen Wiedehopf, Spatzen und Glühwürmchen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit vielen,Gläsern, Geschirr, Töpfen, Pfannen und allem, was man fürs Kochen braucht. Die Besitzer teilen großzügig alles.

Abbiamo soggiornato 8 notti a casa di Elio coi nostri bimbi di 5 e 3 anni ed è stata un' esperienza meravigliosa! La casa ha stanze molto ampie e luminose, arredate con tutto il necessario e il giardino offre una vista sulle colline circostanti e una pace impagabile! Ancora meglio che nelle foto! Abbiamo usato la casa come base per visitare praticamente l'intera regione ed è molto vicina anche al mare. Nei pressi si trovano una panetteria e un supermercato ben forniti. Elio è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e pronto a fornire consigli sulla zona. Al nostro arrivo ci ha anche accolti con un bel cesto di ottime ciliegie! Davvero super consigliato, soprattutto a famiglie con bimbi, che potranno godersi questo meraviglioso giardino!

Es war eine wunderschöne Unterkunft! Wer Ruhe finden möchte in herrlicher Natur ist hier genau richtig, Irene ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin und hat den Hof mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist einfach perfekt wir fühlten uns unheimlich wohl♥️ und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Jeder der ein Auge für's Detail hat spürt dass hier auf einfach alles geachtet wurde. Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The villa had everything you need, both inside and outside - and the surroundings was amasing. The host was very helpful - helped us to book both lunch at a restaurang and a wine tour. Any question that we had, they respondend and help us quickly with a friendly approach. Can really recommend to stay here!

Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage auf einer kleinen Anhöhe ist ein Traum, Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Martina ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin!

This is the best airbnb experience I have ever had and me and my dog loved staying in this paradise for 5 days. Tiziana and Hubert are the nicest people imaginable and straight from my arrival I felt their warm and welcoming vibe as they showed me around and offered me wine and snacks. They were also super flexible regarding check-in and check-out, which I really appreciated. There are so many beautiful trails just outside the house because the house is in the middle of a nationalpark and the view from the house is simply mesmerizing. I spent so many hours just admiring that view! Hubert rebuilt this magical house and it has so many enchanting details. I would have loved to stay longer and definitely plan to return. I highly recommend this place - you will feel invigorated after a stay at Casa del Monte. Thank you so much Tiziana and Hubert❤️

Wendy was very welcoming and helped us with late check-in and a clear description of how to get to the place. The stay was very calm and pleasant and the property is beautiful, even better then what depicted by the pictures. We will hopefully come back soon

Enricos Wohnung ist wunderschön. Sie ist sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Man kann auf der Dachterrasse und auf den zwei weiteren Balkonen mit Meerblick eine wunderbare Zeit verbringen. Wir haben uns uns bei Enrico sehr wohl gefühlt! Enrico ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er ist sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und sehr um seine Gäste bemüht! Wir haben uns auch privat sehr gut mit Enrico verstanden! Lieber Enrico, vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Per chi conosce le Marche e sa come muoversi, trova nell'abitazione di Alexandra la casa ideale, a 2 passi da tutto. Parcheggio privato e terrazzo da sfruttare a pieno per cene e barbecue con amici.

Wszystko zgodnie z opisem, spokojna okolica, dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania Umbrii . Gospodyni bardzo pomocna w znalezieniu miejsca na wycieczkę. Mieszkanie posiadające wszystkie udogodnienia

Soggiorno incantevole!!!! L'agriturismo è un una zona molto tranquilla immerso nel verde, la piscina pulitissima e molto grande con lettini sempre disponibili. L'appartamento era dotato di ogni comfort inclusa aria condizionata e zanzariere a tutte le finestre!! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di vino in frigor e qualcosa per la colazione. Host Super ospitali, gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno offerto un'eccellente degustazione dei loro buonissimi vini! Ci sono molti spazi comuni che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole, ad esempio un pranzo all'aperto in veranda. Che dire ... agriturismo consigliatissimo !!!! A presto!!

La posizione è uno dei punti di forza principali di questo appartamento. Essere a metà strada tra il mare e la montagna offre il meglio di entrambi i mondi. Al mattino, ci si può svegliare presto e raggiungere rapidamente le spiagge o i monti. L'appartamento è situato in una taverna tradizionale, che conferisce un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. In ogni occasione in cui ho avuto bisogno di assistenza o chiarimenti, l’host è stata prontamente disponibile e pronta ad aiutarmi, con consigli preziosi sulla zona e per quanto riguarda le attività. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento in taverna a chiunque cerchi una vacanza versatile e rigenerante.

host : molto gentili , accoglienti e reattivi ... molto apprezzato il drink di benvenuto location : come in descrizione e come da report fotografico ... vista sui colli incantevole , un angolo dove potersi rilassare ... appartamento praticamente nuovo e dotato di tutti i confort con plus doccia idromassaggio... spazio esterno immenso e curato , ampio spazio dedicato per il nostro amico a quattro zampe ... peccato per la piscina non attiva... location consigliata ...

Soggiornare nel rifugio è stato molto piacevole, gli host sono davvero premurosi e accoglienti e il rifugio è molto ben tenuto oltre ad essere un ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni nella natura circostante. Questa volta ero solo di passaggio ma cercherò di tornare con più tempo a disposizione. Grazie e speriamo di rivederci presto!

Posto spettacolare! Se cerchi una location immersa in mezzo alla natura, con spazi ideali fini a 10 persone questo posto é ideale! Noi abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni in una compagnia di amici, tra camminate e qualche bevuta in chill e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Enrico e Giuseppina sono stati super disponibili e pronti a consigliarci

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Battista. Battista a été très flexible et arrangant à tout point de vue. La maison est propre et charmante, très bien équipée et située dans un environnement Incroyable. Seul bemol de notre côté, la nécessité d'avoir une voiture pour se déplacer vers les points d'interets et aller au restaurant. Nous conseillerons pour sur ce logement à des amis et esperons revenir un jour.
