Great value for money! Paolo was very helpful in offering us advice on the area! Perfect for visiting Monferrato... the bathroom is visible (indicated in the description) but being a couple and a small child there was no problem! See you next time!

Alessandro's place is a real gem. Clean, quiet and well-private apartment. The terrace is great. Please note that there are no shops in the village, so bring food with you. The car is left in the village's common parking area, from which you can't drive into the village but walk uphill. This is the second time we've stayed here. Alessandro is a great host who responds to messages at lightning speed. Thank you!

We stayed in Claudia's apartment for one night on the way from France to Austria and it was perfect for us with a dog. The large garden and the lovingly furnished apartment were as described and very nice. Claudia is a very friendly and helpful hostess.

Our stay in this Airbnb was lovely!! The house and garden and the views from the terrace are beautiful, it is quiet and peaceful. A wonderful place to visit the area from, we had a great time with our 2 year old daughter who was able to play in the house and the garden and swim every day in the swimming pool. It is very clean and everything is provided for; from time to time we had a lovely little “chat” (using our hands and feet and what little Italian we know 😋) with the (grand)mother who lives above the appartement. Definitely would recommend this to our family and friends!

The stay at Tenuta Magrini was meant to be a real escape from the noises, smells and gray of the city, but we didn't imagine it to that extent. From the moment you walk through the entrance gate of the house, you can already sense the level of attention to detail that Maura and Massimiliano have put into their beautiful home. The spaces are just as pictured: endless views of the hills, the possibility of walking through the vineyards and enjoying unparalleled tranquility and serenity away from everything. For those looking for an experience totally immersed in the beauty and nature of Monferrato, you will not find better. To top it all off, the extreme kindness of the owners and Maura in particular, a source of very useful information about the area and who welcomed us with a bottle of their excellent wine. We hope to be back soon!

My stay in Gavi at Arianna‘s place was fantastic. I traveled by train and Arianna so generously picked me up at the station and then even dropped me off at the end of my stay! Her place made me feel so at home with the thoughtful decoration such as beautiful lamps her and her daughter make themselves. The flat is in the centre of the little village with a beautiful view of the fortress, close to great restaurants and surrounded by beautiful rolling hills. I highly recommend Arianna‘s flat! This is my first time to Italy and Europe. As someone who works in the hospitality industry I can say I was floored by Renata’s. She was such an accommodating host and went above and beyond despite operating a beautiful wine operation in which I purchased several bottles of wine from. The town is a 20 minute walk from the location with small stores and markets you can purchase day to day goods from. A couple things to note if you do rent from here: 1- RENT a vehicle, public transit is non existent in this area. 2- have euros as some of the shops don’t accept card. Renata let us know about the transportation concerns and being naive we did not heed her warnings. The experience we had was one I will never forget due to Renata’s amazing hospitality. In conclusion I would only stay at Renata’s amazing apartment in the future and I will have a car rented. Renata was so kind to help with securing transportation for us!!!

We had an excellent stay at this quaint hilltop home! The views were absolutely stunning, and the peaceful setting made for the perfect escape. We loved the pool, and we really appreciated how family-friendly everything was. Pier Paolo was an incredibly warm and welcoming host—he made us feel right at home and was always happy to help with anything we needed. This place is ideal for families looking to relax and enjoy nature. We’d definitely recommend it and hope to return someday. Thanks again to Pier Paolo for making our stay so special!

We had a wonderful weekend. Me, my partner and our two dogs had the opportunity to live a relaxing and pleasant stay. A little house full of details and equipped with every comfort was truly a Nest of Love surrounded by nature. Breathtaking scenery and views. Monica welcomed us impeccably and made us feel right at home. Ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax in touch with nature.

Characteristic apartment in a renovated and functional period building. In the central area, perfect for walking around the city. The apartment was not only very clean, but equipped with everything you need: fragrant and abundant towels, ready and cozy bed and then soaps, shampoo, detergents, hairdryer, even an adhesive brush to clean clothes! Full availability of the manager who also called to see if everything was okay.

Fabrizio's place was perfect! The surrounding area is beautiful, and both the apartment and pool are very well maintained. Everything felt clean and fresh, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The local pizzeria they recommended is definitely worth a visit, and the wine Fabrizio makes is also excellent. We'd be happy to return for a longer stay next time.

Laura's place was absolutely wonderful! The accommodation was beautiful, impeccably clean, and felt very safe throughout our stay. The location in Nizza Monferrato couldn't have been better - this charming small town has so much character, and we loved having numerous excellent restaurants just a short walk away. Laura was an outstanding host, responding quickly to all our questions and providing helpful recommendations both before our arrival and during our visit. Her attentiveness really made our trip special. We highly recommend this lovely place and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing views out of just about every window. The area and surrounding villages are very charming. The place was comfortable and well equipped. Should our travels bring us to this area again, we would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Emanuela very much. She is very enthusiastic, helpful and welcoming, she responds quickly to questions and gives a lot of information about the area. The apartment is decorated with great care and taste and is in a fantastic place in the center: restaurants, bars, sights and the weekly market within walking distance. Two extra pluses: a lovely, large terrace and a private parking space. We would recommend a stay at Emanuela's place to anyone.
