Reina’s place was exactly what we needed! Convenient, clean, very comfy bed. Will stay here again!

What a GEM of a place!!!! Book this house you will not regret it for a second!!!! First the house is so spacious and easily fit our two families on our weekend getaway and it was perfect!! The fish pond was perfect for our kids entertainment they stayed down there for hours fishing, we did have one rainy day and still managed to get some playing on the porch inbetween the rain storms. Porch is huge with a beautiful table for eating outside. I loved the entertainment room in the lower level we were still able to play games and the husbands played pool, they have a great restaurant style booth seating down there which is perfect for kiddos to eat or do crafts! Absolutely loved the layout of this home. Every room was big with big closets too! Easily could’ve fit a pack n play in each one. This house was built to perfection and to house some amazing memories and that’s just what we got some beautiful memories and a weekend of fun!!! Absolutely will be back!!! Great hosts!!!

The house was wonderful and in a great location. Communication was clear with the hosts. Only feedback we would give was having more items in the kitchen like sheet pans, Tupperware, something to wipe the counters down, etc.

Very responsive hosts who helped us with restaurants. House was very clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. Great for families or a girls weekend!

Our family just had a wonderful time at Stacy and Mario‘s house. The house was immaculate, comfortable and extremely well appointed. The views were beautiful especially the sunsets. The hosts were extremely responsive and considerate

Absolutely incredible stay. The host was very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, and the lake is stunning. The basement was so so fun- darts, ping pong, billiards, and more games. We miss the house already!

No words to describe how beautiful Victor’s house is! It feels like you are staying in someone’s home and not just Airbnb! It has everything you may need, very specious and comfortable. I use Airbnbs a lot and this was the best one to date! Victor was very accommodating and easy to communicate with! Highly recommended! I will be booking again for sure.

Jamie was an amazing host! From the moment we booked to the time we left she was responsive to our needs. Location is great! She gave us great recommendations to restaurants around the area. The house is great for large families and extremely well equipped with anything you need anywhere in the house! Jamie did a quick walkthrough at check-in which was different from most hosts I’ve encountered. Even the neighbors greeted us! We felt so welcomed! I’m highly recommend Jamie and her lovely home. Thank you Jamie for messaging me about the fairy lights, my daughter loved it and enjoyed her room ;) Hope to stay again in the future!

This home is perfect for large groups who want to be together while having the space to spread out and find privacy when needed. It was clean and comfortable, and the owners were responsive and helpful. We were in town for graduation and it was just what we needed!

Awesome stay! Aubrey is a great host. Easy to communicate with and responded to our questions right away. The house is lovely. The fenced yard was a plus as we had dogs with us that were showing in Warwick. The outdoor deck is great to enjoy your coffee, listen to the birds and just relax. The house was well stocked from kitchen to toiletries. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We highly recommend this home. You’ll love it!

Very large space. bedrooms are equipped with the necessities. Kitchen isn't stocked immensely well if you plan to do any real cooking but it's fine in a pinch. The house is a little draft in the winter, probably because the window ac units were left in and the exterior doors have large gaps on the bottom of them, but for the price is was fine. There is a park nearby which is convenient for those bringing pets. Communication was sparse but existent prior to the stay and covered the explanation regarding how to get in, but nonexistent during and at checkout when concerns/questions arose. There is only parking for 3 cars, even though the house sleeps 8. Something to keep in mind. It is very obvious that the house is exclusively used as a budget airbnb and it shows in the care in which the property is kept. that said, it gets the job done.

Our family of ten had a wonderful time at the large dining room table and in the spacious living room. We took the short walk to the beautiful beach twice a day!

Loved staying at Jean’s - we had the floor to ourselves, and could make coffee in the morning in the sitting room. Lots of space and privacy for the price. It’s a short walk to Brown/RISD, and the neighborhood seems quiet and safe. It was very clean, cosy and homey. Jean is a responsive and thoughtful - we did not see her, since we had our own entrance + self checkin, but she had left tips for places to eat nearby. We’ll definitely stay here next visit to Providence!

We had a wonderful time at Maria’s house. The place is truly incredible and the view is spectacular. Tons of space and great for a big group. Maria thought of everything and even left us provisions, that were so helpful like eggs, bread, and a coffee cake! Would love to come back.

Kelly’s place was perfect for our weekend stay! It was clean and uncluttered. Had just what we needed; two bedrooms and a bath. We did a lot of walking and were not in the home much so the simple amenities were perfect for us. Under a mile to Brown, very walkable to campus and also just a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe. Kelly was gracious and friendly. Will stay here again if we ever make the trip back!

Wow! What an incredible place to stay. it's absolutely beautiful. You can legit walk down the street to the water. Quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are so friendly. Kimberly was very responsive and really friendly! The house was very clean. Had a fantastic time. Highly recommend this place

I had such an amazing stay at this Airbnb. One of the things that’s really important to me is a clean space and it surpassed my standards. We had the entire house it was very large and spacious and great for large families. The house was easy to find with great checkin instructions. The host was friendly and responsive. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul’s place! The house was exactly as described. I chose this house because it is dog friendly, but especially because of the huge yard out back! My dog is very active so the yard was a huge plus for us! This house was also perfect for our budget which can be hard to find when bringing a dog along! I would definitely recommend Paul’s place. Lucky’s Bar and Pizza was great as well and we loved that it was within walking distance. I also recommend going to Shady Acres Diner which is just two minutes down the road and definitely a hidden gem! We will definitely stay at Paul’s again if we are in the area!

Our family was in to see my son's graduation from Brown University. The home was ideal for that purpose. It appears to have been recently updated and everything was clean and new. Plenty of space to entertain and bedroom space for a our family of 7. Very nice back porch/deck area that was private and with gas grill which we used to grill steaks. The area was safe, quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. We had 3 cars and put 2 in the driveway and one on the street (which was safe). The drive to Brown University Campus and access to the I-95 was approximately 12 minutes. A number of bakeries, pizza shops, and a Shaw's Supermarket near by. All in all Reye's house was great for a family visit to Providence and particularly if you are visiting Brown University. Thank you!

Really happy with my stay here. Very peaceful Airbnb and also very easy to get inside. I loved the kitchen and how spacious it was. The Shower was my absolute favorite.🤩 10/10 would stay again! Thank you!!!
