Nice CLEAN close to I26 downtown Newberry quiet

NO CATS! We manage and clean our home personally. It is a newer , super clean home that sits on an acre and a half of land. Close to downtown newberry, 7 mile. And 30 mile from Columbia/Irmo. About 4 mile to get on I-26 . easy to get to, off 176 on a nicely paved dead end road ,right near Sumter National Forest. There are beautiful country roads to ride bikes!! We are not fancy but we are super clean, and super comfortable, with everything you need. NO CATS , ALL DOGS MUST BE APPROVED !!

If you have a pet there is tons of space for them to run around and even go swimming in the lake. The location is a bit remote, so it is super quiet and serene. Our boat is on one side of the dock, and you’re welcome to use the other side for yours. There is a public boat ramp less than a mile away. Siesta Cove is the next cove over and has a general store and gas pumps for your boat.
