Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The one-bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor in the former sauna house right at the entrance to the Lammer Valley. You can reach the Lammertal virgin forest in less than an hour and you can take many more hikes directly from the house. For cross-country skiers, a 10 km long cross-country trail awaits just 100 meters away. Even though our house is a little older, it is powered by 100% renewable energy. Accommodation looked like the photos. The kitchen was well equipped, you just had to go shopping and you could get started. Clean and nicely furnished. Typical Austrian country mentality: hostess offered me the you directly, everyone greeted everyone and it was very familiar and quiet. Very nice scenery, typical alpine flair

A very cute little place which is spic and span and well-maintained. The lobby and cute little hangout area was so vintage and cottage core. The view of the mountains was so picturesque. Our host was very friendly and kind. She gave us all local recommendations from restaurant to activities. If I come back to Abtenau I’ll be staying here again. She even accommodated our dog.

Arnestgut's flat was brand new, it boasts a beautiful Chalet design with a modern look, one of the most architecturally beautiful Airbnbs we've been to. The place had a beautiful view of the Wolfgangsee Lake, and is in a quiet and peaceful location. The place was spotless and had anything you needed. But, more importantly the hosts were super friendly and flexible, making us feel comfortable and right at home.

Peter is such a nice person. He is very communicative, Friendly, and Helpful. I would say it’s a nice place with beautiful surroundings, location is great, the apartment is clean and peaceful only I found a bit insects at the night although it’s not harmful. I really recommend Peter apartment.

We stayed here for a little over 2 weeks and absolutely loved it!! We felt right at home, the space was lovely and cosy, and we especially loved the kitchen and bathroom (with a bath)! A highlight was definitely the beautiful view of the mountains from the kitchen and living area, I could sit and look out the window for hours at the rain and shifting clouds. Annija, the co-host, was super friendly and welcoming from the first moment. She was proactive, helpful, very responsive to messages and a great communicator. Truly an amazing host! The apartment is also in a great location, close to the train station, supermarkets and shops. St Johann im Pongau was a great base for hiking and exploring the surrounding mountains, with hikes starting very close by. So grateful for such a wonderful and memorable stay here — we would love to be back!
