Miguel was extremely attentive and took care of us with any questions we had. He is an amazing host and i greatly recommend this stay. House is a block away from the beach and like 2 blocks from a convenience store. Port progreso is in a 15 min drive and everything is close by. Would definitely stay again!

If I could give a 10 star recommendation I certainly would! everything about this Casa is Class, clean comfortable and welcoming… everything about it is screams HOME to us. So much so that we are going to come back next year for two weeks instead of 10 days. The on-site Host Bathurst, was a delight and helpful., and very knowledgeable about the area. He gets the ten star rating also🌟

Fernanda is an excellent host, nice and attentive, and the photos don't do justice to how wonderful the house is. It's super well located, where you feel you will find peace, it's beautiful, and the location is excellent. My daughter enjoys it very much. It's worth the cost, and Fer's service. The house is new and every detail was very well thought out. It gives peace and tranquility and above all security. I would definitely stay there again, and I would recommend it 100%

Roxana is an excellent host, from before arriving she was clear, friendly and I try to make everything easier, she was very attentive and quick responses. He welcomed us with some coconuts 🥥 that are appreciated 🙏🏼 in terms of the house has a perfect sea view, the terrace and pool are very nice to spend hours, the beds are comfortable and the house was very clean. We'll definitely be back, thank you Roxana for everything !!

Vanne was an excellent host at all times, attentive to the needs that arose, the house was very comfortable and the beach location was excellent. The beach is very nice, you can go in without any worries. Luxury sunrises and sunsets, I recommend it and most importantly Vanne's attention, a luxury of a person, of course we will return, I felt right at home. Thank you very much

The house is very nice, very well furnished both in furniture and kitchen utensils, tastefully decorated and very much in keeping with the place. The view is beautiful with the sea in front, a private place without crowds and quiet.

Very nice quiet place to rest and be with family. Everything is very clean and comfortable, in addition to having a card to access the beach club. Communication from the beginning was very clear and he was always available for my questions by message.

Benoit is an excellent host and very kind, he sent us the precise instructions and with these we arrived and entered the house super easily, he was attentive and answered questions we had. A very nice house, inside a private area with security, but what we loved was the tranquility, silence and peace. We slept super well, we rested like never before. The house is very comfortable, with everything you need to spend a few days of total rest. A very comfortable TV room, the bed in the room is delicious and the bathroom is a spa!! A large pool and garden, we & our dogs really enjoyed it. Highly recommended for spending a few days out of town, recharging batteries, resting and sleeping deliciously! Nice house, with kitchen / utensils, and kayaks for the beach. Quiet area, you can feel the privacy and enjoy the beach. They are always attentive and responsive to questions you may have... Good recommendations for tours and restaurants.

The place is well located, with parking. The apartment is small but has everything you need.

The photos do not do the house justice! yes, it is a rustic but divine house!! excellent decor, safe place to sleep, the ocean front pool area is fabulous. We will definitely return. It's worth mentioning that it looks like they just had full maintenance on the house because it looked freshly painted.

A wonderfully peaceful getaway! Can't believe we found such a place! Far from the hustle and bustle of most of the tourist areas, but easily accessible by car, Rodrigo's place was an oasis of calm. It is right on the beach, and you could walk for miles without seeing anyone else on the weekdays. It is a 2 story condo with the three well decorated bedrooms upstairs, along with their bathrooms. The master bedroom looks out right on the ocean. The downstairs is spacious and then has a lot of outdoor rooms too, as well as a beautifully maintained plunge pool. The bed was comfortable, AC's worked (though we often just used the fans), and the kitchen has lovely utensils, pans, and basic spices and necessities for cooking. We were very comfortable in Rodrigo's place - it was even better than advertised. We did need a bit of help on how to operate the door lock, and Rodrigo was able to clear it up for us with a phone call. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly!

Beautiful accommodation, so much space, location! Everything was excellent! Milka is always available for any questions and is very friendly. The place is beautiful, quiet and safe! There are many access keys but nothing difficult to understand, very comfortable, we felt right at home :)

Very good accommodation for the family, I felt comfortable and my relatives were quiet as it is a very spacious house for large families or couples looking for privacy. The host was very cordial and overall the staff who helped us!

Gratitude to the hosts for sharing this stunning home with others - it is a slice of paradise and just like the photos. What better holiday can one ask for then to wake up, step outside your doorstep and into the ocean for a swim? Expect privacy as the beach, although public, has very few visitors. Spacious for 3 adults. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook including a drip coffee maker, french press, purified water cooler, some coffee, tea, seasonings, extra-virgin olive oil and vinegars. The lounge area has reclining seats and a large TV with Netflix for late-night binges. Chelem is a quiet fishing village. There are two great breakfast spots within walking distance (Cafe Paris and Las Brujitas) as well as a fancier place for dinner which we never got to try (Mollusk). Progresso is a 15 minute drive away and has a boardwalk, beachfront restaurants and shops. Merida is an easy 45 minute drive for dinner, shopping and culture. I will 100% stay here again!

The place is just like the photos and the description, very nice both inside and out, having the sea at the foot of the pool is undoubtedly a plus, you have very good restaurants too close as well as tourist attractions. The only thing I think it requires is some maintenance, the lights are burned out, a toilet bowl that didn't work well, the chain to pull... however, it is understandable since they don't live there, I think that having a similar property is quite acceptable and that it doesn't really affect the stay. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back!!!!!!
