With its thermal baths and the adventure park "Skyline," it offers further opportunities for activity + relaxation.

Beautiful, centrally located apartment in Egling a.d. Paar. The lovingly prepared house (about 100 square meters) offers a kitchen with dining area, a living room and a bathroom with shower on the first floor. On the upper floor there are three furnished bedrooms (1 × 180 x 200 cm bed, 2 x 140 x 200 cm bed). The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, TV and washing machine. In cool outdoor temperatures, guests can provide pleasant warmth by heating the tiled stove.

The charming accommodation is quiet and close to nature in the immediate vicinity of the Lech – ideal for jogging, walking or switching off. At the same time, you can reach the city center in just 10 minutes. The accommodation is fully equipped with a kitchen incl. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind.
